Great location and staff

Very clean rooms with good self catering facilities. Quiet location but near market and close to town. Staff were excellent and resolved a potential issue for us quickly.

even with the rain we loved our stay, the owners are a great pair, spoiling us, we would love to have them to stay in Au

we liked the quietness, cleanliness, the location, the owners and staff with their care and thoughtfulness

there was nothing we didn’t like, it was perfect in every way, the owners went over and above to make sure we had a beautiful time and were extremely thoughtful

Quiet. Spa bath is great.

The stairs are not great for a solo parent with baby. A bit tricky but luckily I own an ergo 360 carrier so that helped.

Really pleasant. Would happily stay again.

It was a spacious set up, well set up and very tastefully presented. Modern, clean and everything we needed was within the room. The view was a lovely lawn lined with trees, and the room came with a balcony to enjoy the view from.

The bed could have been a little more comfy and the pillows were a little flat.

Always like staying here.

We have stayed here twice before, this time we had a Deluxe studio. The room was a good size with a large comfortable bed. The kitchen was adequate although we did not try to cook anything. The location is quiet with the small balcony overlooking a large lawned area. We were due to fly out of Auckland the day Hurricane Gabrielle was due to hit so we decided to leave a day early and find somewhere to stay closer to the airport. The manager tried to find us a room in a "sister" motel so we would only have to pay the difference in price for the room but unfortunately none were available. We were grateful for his efforts.
