Great hotel to spend a great time in Sharm El Sheik

The facilities and the service of all the staff, Tarek and Kirolos on the beach were amazing taking care of us and on the pool Ahmed Merci did an amazing job

Vista mare solo laterale (stanza 4236 da evitare)

Snorkeling, cena al Seafood, mare, ottima stanza n.4241. (Cambiata dopo prima stanza assegnata n.4236, pietosa).

Stanza 4236 orribile: assegnata appena arrivati. Acqua doccia con rumore di motore perenne, pavimento umido non si asciugava mai (2 scivolate con rischio caduta prima sera), vista mare inesistente. Sollecitato hotel per cambio, si sono rifiutati, necessario secondo sollecito tramite Booking, con intervento diretto del Manager, camera cambiata. Servizio iniziale 2 stelle, non 5.

Неоднозначные впечатления, но отель в целом хороший

- был номер полулюкс. Номер хороший: просторный, функциональный, огромная кровать, большая ванная комната, балкон - завтраки, несмотря на, то что повторяются, были просто великолепны! Большой выбор, качественные продукты, превосходный повар. Само помещение очень уютное, людей мало - персонал приветливый, стараются помочь. Организовали бесплатный трансфер до аэропорта - свой пляж с барчиком. Персонал любезно наливает алкоголь (вино весьма не плохое, что редкость для Египте) и прохладительные напитки высокого качества. Приносят сумку-холодильник с водой и мокрые полотенца.

- отель Роял Савой соединен с отелем Савой, который уровнем ниже и в следствие этого постояльцы Рояла получают в соседи кучу орущих и без остановки курящих арабов. Неприятным сюрпризом стал счет за еду и алкоголь в баре возле бассейна, который как выяснилось принадлежит отелю Савой - проектировал отели человек, который до этого профессионально занимался лабиринтами! Разобраться нормальному человеку там нельзя. Выйти оттуда представляется возможным только Тесею!!! Естественно при этом придется убить не одного арабского минотавра. - попасть в отель проблема - надо пройти через Сохо Сквер с дебилами охранниками - свои бассейн в отеле - откровенная лужа. Никому даже в голову не приходит там купаться - ну и проблема , которую вообще не прогнозировали - днем реально голодно!!! Отель работает без системы олл-ин, днем есть нечего!!! На Сохо Сквер заведения открываются в 18.30. В 18.00 начинает подкармливать канапешками своих гостей отель. До 18.00 еду можно купить только в ресторанах Савой и она будет ужасного качества

10/10 and perfect stay

My stay at the report was extremely perfect and I’ve enjoyed a lot with my wife all facilities. The location was perfect comparing to the reasonable room rate. Special thanks to Ms. Hind, Mr. Rami, Mr. Mina, Mr. Mustafa and Mr. Ahmed for their prompt responses about any inquiry or request I’ve raised or asked for it. Definitely it won’t be my last visit and looking forward to seeing/visiting you again.

Unforgettable Vacation

We stayed for 10 nights at Royal Savoy and we were impressed with the high standard followed by the great staff at this wonderful resort. Warm welcoming by Anton at the reception upon check-in. He is a professional gentleman and very hospitable. He looked after us the whole stay. Thank you Anton. I want to thank the housekeeping staff, for keeping the room super clean specially Mohamed; he made a different decoration everyday, that was so special for us. Thank you so much Mohamed. Wasem from the concierge: always ask us in we need anything. Helped us with the language. Thank you Wasem. A big THANKS to Mario who always looked after us whenever we’re by the pool. He was very generous and polite. The food was super delicious. We want to praise the Seafood Island Restaurant, Rosmarino Restaurant and the Egyptian Restaurant at Soho Square for the super taste and delicious food. The staff are super cheerful. We had the whole pool by ourself. That was a beautiful relaxing feeling. The activities at the beach were so joyful. Soho Bowling was another joy as well. I have no words to describe how much I appreciate your efforts to make our vacation unforgettable. Thank you, will definitely visit you again.

Gutes Hotel, sehr sehr freundliches Personal, sehr schönes Riff mit vielen Fischen.

Der Blick aus dem Zimmer, die Grösse des Zimmers, das sehr freundliche Personal.

Es gab keine Hairconditioner. Das Essen in den verschiedenen Restaurants war in Ordnung aber leider auch nichts Überragendes, an das man sich erinnern wird.

The hotel lived up to expectations Staff were great and could not do enough for you

We did not quite understand what S class all inclusive meant to us so it took us a day or two to work everything out I do not think we should be paying supplements in restaurants when we have paid for the top package.

Piacevole soggiorno, da tornare!

Bellissima struttura, molto curata e pulita. Ottima posizione per raggiungere qualunque altra zona di Sharm in non più di 20 minuti, e con affaccio diretto su soho square. Personale disponibile e preparato. Buoni i ristoranti ma ottimo Rosmarino per essere un ristorante italiano in Egitto, siamo stati felicemente stupiti. La nostra junior suite era ampia e pulitissima, con un ottimo impianto di termoregolazione. Colazione continentale variegata e abbondante ma poca frutta e nessuna sezione dedicata a celiaci o intolleranti al lattosio.

Servizio in camera lento e ma non provate a chiedere un frullato la sera… si può avere solo a colazione….

For the Villas evrything was thought in details for guests’ comfort.We enjoed our stay.

Amazing property at an amazing location where you can enjoy snorkelling,scuba diving without going anywhere else. The Hotel’s restaurants foods were delicious.We tried Italian,Sea Food restaurant and Chinese restaurants and we loved all.(Italian was our son’s favorite.) Villa options are super comfortable.You can even check in and out at your Villa.The staff were so professional and helpfull.We want to special thank to Mr Islam for his great efforts. he deal with our breakfast, lunch,dinner, housekeping what ever you need. And Mr Samy at reception,many thanks to him. He always follow our needs. And Mr Makhlouf,thank you a lot for bringing us from Villa to the Airport untill check in point. The holiday was really great with your supports.

If they put one beach bag for guests use it would be great.

A great rest in a desert location.

Excellent location to chill out and relax. The Royal Savoy and it’s staff provided an excellent service to ensure this.

Extremely hot in summer as it is a desert location. If you are a foodie - this is not the place to go as the food though plentiful is not of a high standard.

Welfare vacation

The room was wide and very useful with good furniture, also the room location was excellent as all the rooms in the Royal section. Its near the pools, beaches and the reception. We likes a lot the room service and the cake that was served daily afternoon at the room. The stuff and the service at the pool was excellent, Mahmoud and Mustafa were very kind and helpful. The beach was cool and relaxing, the stuff was also very good and professional. Mohammad was grate and helpful also Ibram. Emad was kind and professional, at the breakfast and at other facilities in the hotel. We likes a lot the idea to have your own boxes with the drinks filled with ice, also serving different soft drinks and watermelon throughout the day at the beach and at the pool. The lifeguards that sat near the sea, were so kind with peoples and helpful. My birthday was on 24.06 , during my stay. They surprised me with a special birthdays cake and a special room decoration with balloons and flowers. Thank you Royal Savoy for your efforts and the excellent services.

I didn’t like the sweets at the breakfast, less variety with baked cakes.

The hotel location was exceptional, with a lovely beachfront and very attentive, helpful and polite staff. Our room was very comfortable, great size and with a lovely balcony. The breakfast was very good with a broad selection on offer.

We found the quality of the restaurants a bit underwhelming for a 5-star resort. The available options were plentiful, especially if you consider the 10+ restaurants in Soho Square (which I understand is part of Savoy group). However (and this is something we noticed on a number of restaurant visits), the quality of the cooking / execution did not necessarily match the expectation (for a 5-star hotel). My personal observation was that while the restaurant menus listed all the dishes one would expect from a Fish/Italian/Greek/etc. restaurant (this building a certain expectation ahead of a visit) the chefs did not actually deliver the end result. For instance… we ordered ‘Fava Santorini’ at Koutouki and we were served a type of a curry sauce, we ordered a Calamari at the seaside fish restaurant and the Calamari was uncooked. The next day we ordered a plate of pasta at the seaside restaurant and unfortunately the dish had not gelled together (i.e. it was a plate of boiled pasta with sauce, but the two had not created a dish of pasta). I hope you do not take this the wrong way, because we really liked our stay at the resort but felt that the food was not up to par and let the experience down a bit, as a result.

Exceptional

We stayed in Royal Savoy, great resort. Especial thanks to Shehab and Mahmoud Hashem of the front desk for the warm welcome, to Pankaj Thakur, Aisha, Chef Samir and Mostafa of the breakfast room who were all smiles and very attentive everytime we come for breakfast, to the staff at the beach and pool, thank you guys. We will definitely go back there and this time with our children and their families.

food choices could be improved. the beef bolognese that we ordered from the room service was dry.
