I was impressed by the outstanding hospitality and professionalism of the staff, especially Ibrahim, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The facilities were clean, and the atmosphere was relaxing. The location of the hotel also provided a great view and easy access to nearby attractions.
Overall, it was a pleasant experience, but perhaps some of the rooms could use a little modernization to match the overall luxurious feel of the hotel.

Ants in the closets, the room air conditioner has a bad odor and unpleasant smell, they were doing a renovation in the next floor which leak the paint smell to our room with a gas smell.
The hotel was over capacity which leads to a queue to the main restaurant on breakfast and dinner.
Food was below average and they remove the food before time.
There is no sandy beach as they mentioned, also the allowed area to swim in the sea can’t take couple of persons which make the guest wait till they can have an opportunity to enjoy
The staff were very rude, only seeking for tips without even give the service in a proper way

Cleanliness was 10/10 staff were super friendly and always happy to help. Food was well organised and tasty.
One downfall was little options for people with allergy’s and hard to know what is in what food

I would like to share my experience about the hotel ; let me just say it’s one of the best hotels I’ve been in for a long time , I have visited many places here in sharam but this place is more organized , clean and best service ever, food is just amazing with multiple cuisines and best stuff they all are very cooperative and friendly people, the total atmosphere of the place is cheerful and comfortable, if you are looking for a nice place to enjoy ur vacation I would recommend this place for you surly ❤️🇪🇬

لقد قمت بحجز 4 ايام بالفندق عدد 2 غرفه وتم تسجيل وصولي الساعه تقريباً 1 صباحاً ولم يكن الاستقبال جيد ودفع مبلغ إضافي كبير وتم تغيير الغرف المطلوبه وابعاد الغرف عن بعض وبمستوى لايليق بنا ووجود مع الضيف شخص مسن .الغرفه بعيده وموحشه جداً وغرفة الضيف تعتبر خارج مبنى الفندق الرئيسي وسلالم وصوت مزعج جداً بالتكييف مما جعلني احجز بفندق اخر حجز مباشر والرجوع للفندق لعمل خروج كان في الساعه 5صباحاً اي بعد وصولي ب5ساعات او 4 ساعات وحسب عضويتي لدى تطبيقكم وعضويتي والولاء لكم ارجو منكم حل الموضوع وارجاع المبلغ المدفوع علماً بانه لم اتلقى رد من الفندق او رد من التطبيق

-un dipendente della struttura voleva mettere le mani addosso a mia moglie e ci parlava in modo violento.

-reception non professionale dicono che non ho pagato, ma intanto avevo pagato già il tutto prima di partire per l’Egitto.
- il personale non è per niente educato salvo 2 persone.
-non c’è nemmeno l’animazione, devi per forza uscire fuori dall’hotel a tue spese per divertirti.
Siamo andati in moltissimi hotel in Sharm e non ho mai visto una schifezza di questo genere.
CONSIGLIO LA GENTE DI ANDARE AD SIERRA, PICKALBATROS, REXOS, SUNRISE.

La struttura è un enorme cantiere di lavori di ristrutturazione in corso !! Ci avevano rassicurato che i lavori non avrebbero influito sulla qualità della vacanza ma invece non è assolutamente così ! La piscina centrale ( unica vera piscina dell’intero resort ) è circondata di cataste di materiali edili e operai che lavorano notte e giorno. Perciò “ non accorgersi dei lavori “ come ci avevano rassicurato al momento della prenotazione 6 mesi fa , non è assolutamente vero . Sarebbe bastato un po’ di onestà in più e comunicare ai turisti che le prenotazioni sarebbero state accettate e confermate solo dopo la conclusione dei lavori . Non puoi solo pensare di prendere in giro la gente che spende i soldi che rilassarsi con la propria famiglia e ovviamente non rinunciare agli incassi . Non è un comportamento da veri professionisti del turismo .

They were chasing after late check out for a little money. Even though we didn’t know that it was extra, all stuffs were talking each other and staring at our table. After all they were looking for us like we were meant to run away to take the money. All the stay was amazing till that time and we had already made another plan to visit again with the families but last minute behaviour was terribly annoying.

Hotel under upgrade , only small pool available , aqua park for adult not available , restaurant was not ready and the menu was very poor without variety at all in all restaurants , furniture was new however the bed mattresses was very bad and lead to back pain. Also some construction work was going above my room which made relaxing impossible

Hussein at the reception was very helpful and made sure we have comfortable stay. I definitely recommend here. Very nice and variety food, pool and sea together so you don’t need to travel.

There was a construction work ongoing, but it had no effect on our stay. The complete staff - hotel management, restaurant manager, waiters, receptionist ladies are extremely helpful and all are doing their best. The cleaner (Mahmud) who was dedicated to our building and room did a perfect job every day.
So despite of the hard start I think the whole team made a great job, they are working continuously to provide the best for the guests.
The choice for food (breakfast, lunch, dinner) is wide and delicious. The a'la Carte restaurants are also great.
The beach is wonderful.
The old market and the center is just for a short distance ride from the hotel.
Perfect place to have a relaxing holiday.
At the time of our arrival we didn't get a room we were expected, there was some issue with the cleaning, but thanks for the great hotel management they solved our problem with changing the room.

L’esperienza al pyramisa è stata davvero meravigliosa, il resort è molto grande con tante piscine, aree di svago come il ping pong, la palestra, il beach volley e un campo da padel.
La reception è disponibile ad ogni orario e per qualsiasi cosa si abbia bisogno.
Il resort è a 10 minuti da tutti i posti che si possono visitare, naama bay, soho square, il farsha, si possono facilmente raggiungere con il taxi, che si può facilmente prenotare all’interno del resort, i prezzi sono davvero ottimi sia per l’andata che per il ritorno.
Organizzano anche escursioni di tutti i tipi, il safari nel deserto, la barca che porta all’isola che non c’è e nel tragitto ci si ferma ad ammirare anche la meravigliosa barriera corallina, queste sono solo due delle tante escursioni che si possono fare all’interno del resort.
I ragazzi dell’animazione fantastici, simpatici sempre disponibili e soprattutto organizzano molte attività come lo yoga, stretching, acqua gym, pallavolo e anche balli di gruppo in giornata e serali, sia per adulti che per bambini.
il mangiare è davvero buono ci sono vari tipi di ristoranti gestiti da uno chef e cucinano pietanze di origini internazionali, italia, mongolia, tailandese ecc… davvero tutti ottimi.
questo resort mi ha fatta innamorare l’atmosfera è davvero accogliente grazie al personale. sicuramente ci ritornerò 😉

La habitación es grande (para poner algo bueno), pero cuando llegamos a la misma eran dos camas separadas y nos dijeron q las juntemos. Estábamos en nuestra luna de miel (un detalle)
1- Es un hotel exclusivamente para rusos y algún que otro italiano. Es lo más extraño q vi en mi vida. Nadie habla ni siquiera inglés correctamente. Hasta los carteles de excursiones estaban SOLO en ruso. IMPOSIBLE la comunicación. Al ser un all inclusive hace tu estadía un infierno. Porq la idea es pasar mucho tiempo en el hotel.
2- tiene una muy muy pequeña playa la cual el agua tiene piedras q no podes pisar ya que es arrecife. Si hubiera sabido esto bajo ningún punto de vista hubiera ido ya que nuestra idea era estar en una playa con mar q nos pudiéramos meter.
3- el hotel está un 50% en refacción, la cual no se ve ni cerca de terminar y esta parte incluye la pileta principal. Por lo que no tenes playa y la pileta disponible no es linda. Esto debería ser explicado antes de reservar, de lo contrario estás pagando un hotel que no es, por lo tanto una estafa.
4- la mayoría de los empleados del hotel son muy antipáticos, o por lo menos con los q no somos rusos. Esto es muy criticable en cualquier hotel, pero en un all inclusive es imperdonable.
Estos comentarios sirven para ayudar a quienes están buscando hotel, por eso realizo un comentario así por primera vez. Bajo ningún punto de vista le recomendaría este hotel a un amigo y creo q es nuestra obligación advertir a quien todavía no pago.

Il soggiorno presso questa struttura è stato pressoché perfetto.
Cercavamo una settimana di relax prima dell'inizio della nostra stagione lavorativa ed il Pyramisa Beach Resort ha saputo soddisfare la nostra ricerca.
La struttura è molto estesa con svariati edifici/alloggi, 3 piscine all'aperto (di cui una per bambini) ed 1 coperta, svariati campi da gioco, 1 lobby bar e 6 ristoranti.
Camere ampie, pulite e dotate di ogni comfort.
Il personale è molto cordiale e disponibile ad accontentare ogni vostra richiesta ed una personale lode che mi sento di esprimere va ad Attay e Bilal rispettivamente Barman e Bagnino della piscina accanto al ristorante Speranza.
Se vi capita di riservare presso questa struttura, affidatevi tranquillamente al loro servizio interno di prenotazione taxi. Le tariffe sono leggermente più alte dei taxi comuni ma posso assicurarvi che sono direttamente proporzionali alla qualità del servizio offerto. Il nostro autista personale per tutto il soggiorno è stato Moustafa ed anche lui, mi sento di consigliarvelo.
Unica nota negativa, il comportamento poco educato e corretto del Executive Chef del ristorante in terrazza.

Our room was upgraded to a sea view room upon arrival which was really nice. The room was very clean, the cleaners and staff were very friendly and always happy to help. The water ativities were amazing and the food was value for money.
The aqua park was undergoing renovation and we were not informed before our arrival, that was a huge disappointment.

L’unica cosa buona di questo resort, se così vogliamo chiamarlo, è che le camere sono vista mare, per il resto assolutamente non da consigliare.
La struttura sembra una caserma e fatiscente; le camere sono sporche (zanzare morte sulle pareti e mai pulite, ragnatele in balcone con escrementi di piccioni) e puzzano di fogna (ancora peggio se accendi l’aria condizionata). Per non dire che alle 8.30/9 del mattino iniziano a smartellare perché ci sono i lavori.
Ha una piccola spiaggia privata che però è attigua ad una spiaggia libera piena di rifiuti e cani randagi e il mare è sporco perché c’è il pontile dove partono le navi per tutte le escursioni.
Per prenotare uno dei vari ristoranti a disposizione ci sono delle file chilometriche che ti passa la voglia.
Menomale che ci sono stata solo 2 notti e sono sempre andata fuori dal resort sia a mangiare che in spiaggia.
Pessimo rapporto qualità/prezzo: allo stesso prezzo e anche molto meno si prenotano resort molto più belli.
