Friendly staff, great location.

The location was fantastic for walking and exploring. 5 minutes to the waterside. 10 minutes to the night shopping street. The staff were all very helpful and readily available. Breakfast was plentiful. A newspaper and fresh bottled water each day. I was more than happy! What a fabulous introduction to India for me.

The hotel is in two parts. One uses an old gate-style elevator, a little small and claustrophobic for my liking. However the same side can be accessed by using one of two elevators and then a short walk through a connecting corridor. It worked well.

Average wouldn’t want to stay here again

The location of the property was apt for me but the hotel was quite bad. The room had a very bad smell plus the bed wasn’t comfortable at all. There was a constant noise from the floor above mine so one couldn’t really sleep properly. The breakfast was average. My overall experience wasn’t that great for the price quoted.

Location was superb. But the room n furniture n interior is bit old. Rate is also comparatively higher in terms for value of money.. Toilets n rooms needed to be upgraded.

When a person is paying Rs. 7 K per day the quality should be of that nature. But the standard of Room is of not that quality.

Rooms are very clean and large Premium location in Colaba Staff is very friendly

The breakfast room not comfortable at all and very noisy A random guy was roaming in the corridor and banged on my door late in the evening. I called the reception and they did not seem to care. Can create a sense of unsafety and insecurity. Value for money is questionable.

Stay was good but for the noise which you need to suffer till 1:00 am every night

Location is excellent, stone throw distance from Gateway of India

Loud noise from the bar below till 1:00 am. It affected our sleep. We were at 2nd floor still the noise level was too high

Great location. Breakfast is average .

The AC broke down in middle of night , bed had small spiders and bugs. Room had view of a wall and not a city view as promised.
