Un très bon point de départ pour visiter Bergen - cet hotel ne nous aura pas déçu.

Bon petit déjeuner, situation idéale dans la ville, chambre confortable et propre - aux standards internationaux.

L'hôtel étant complet, c'était la cohue lors du petit déjeuner. Parfois nécessaire d'attendre avant d'avoir une table. Chambre un peu petite pour ce qu'on a payé, mais ca reste la Norvège.

Excelente localização!

Excelente localização, em frente ao mercado Mathallen. Facil acesso a pé por todo centro. Café da manhã incluído na diária, muito bom, bem variado. Foram solicitos, guardaram nossas malas para podermos ir a Flam, dormimos la e retornamos no outro dia.

Não ha arrumação e limpeza diaria no quarto.

Zimmer schlicht und überteuert. Service mäßig.

Einfache, moderne Ausstattung der Zimmer, aber zu teuer. Frühstück reichhaltig.

Das gebuchte Familienzimmer stand nicht zur Verfügung. Es wurde in ein Doppelzimmer ein Zusatzbett hineingestellt, alles extrem eng.

Frühstück-Buffet sehr gut ! Sehr freundliches Personal, immer hilfsbereit ! Sehr gute Lage und sehr gute Erreichbarkeit der Sehenswürdigkeiten.

Romprisen var ikke i henhold til standaren.

Det manglet stol og bor på rommet, en støy fra bakgården som ikke var akseptabel. Dette mente de var standard rom. Ikke akseptable rom. Etter hvert fikk vi byttet rom som var noe bedre.

Goed verblijf op een top locatie met een geweldig ontbijt.

Geweldige locatie, heerlijk ontbijt en zeer vriendelijke staf. Zeer makkelijk te bereiken met openbaar vervoer.

De kamertemperatuur kon met de thermostaat maar beperkt verlaagd worden en het raam kon niet open. De staf regelde wel dat we de beschikking kregen over een ventilator.

Excellent location. Our luggage was delayed and the staffs were very helpful with correspondence with the airport crew. The breakfast was excellent.

Posizione centralissima - sicuramente un’ottima opzione

Posizione centralissima sul porto e difronte il fish Market. Comodo anche se si arriva/riparte con il Flybussen da/per l’aeroporto, le fermate sono a pochi passi. Stile della stanza abbastanza minimale. Colazione molto varia, abbondante e gustosa. Molte opzioni disponibili e presenza di alcuni prodotti tipici. Area colazione mai affollata nonostante soggiornassimo nel ponte di Pasqua.

Forse un armadio o un ulteriore appoggio non ci sarebbe dispiaciuto. abbiamo utilizzato l’ampio davanzale come appoggio per gli indumenti mentre poteva essere utilizzato per sedersi e godere della vista del Fløyen

Hotellet var perfekt for oss på alle måter!

Veldig god frokost, koselig frokostsal, helt fantastiske senger, med deilige dyner og puter. Neste gang vi kommer til Bergen blir det på samme hotellet, sååå godt likte vi oppholdet vårt her❤️

Heisen var veldig liten og trang.

Η ευγένεια στο προσωπικό, ειδικά στην Έμμα (αν λέω σωστά το όνομα) στην ρεσεψιόν. Πολύ ευγενική και εξυπηρετική.

Flott sentrumshotell .

Det ligg flott til ved Torget. Glimrande utsyn. Flott frukost, men mangla sild og laks. To sortar sild hadde vore nok.

Great location only there two nights so didn’t worry about room too much. Staff were great and breakfast yummy

Great location, bead room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great, lots of choice and very tasty

The room was lacking in storage space, no wardrobe, so lived out of the suitcase. View from window was overlooked by apartments and offices so had to keep curtains pulled

Underwhelming but well located

Location is perfect for exploring Bergen and the main sights.

Unfortunately the only real bonus is the location. Breakfast is busy and popular items ran out. No coffee making facilities in the room which was quite a surprise - available to buy in reception. I also asked staff about the fact our room was very warm and was told the presence of a thermostat was not there to influence any degree of air conditioning and windows were our only option.

Location was perfect for us Breakfast was excellent - lots of choice even for someone like me who can be a bit picky at times!! We were able to check in earlier than planned as arrived earlier than expected so that was very much appreciated. Reception staff always helpful when we had any questions

Excellent location over looking the port and all the attractions in easy walking distance. Rooms spacious and clean and staff very helpful and friendly

Location was excellent.. We were able to watch the 17th May processions from our window overlooking the harbour. hotel gave easy access to town.

Good hotel in a great location.

Friendly staff, excellent location and delicious breakfast.

There was a constant electrical hum which was annoying 24/7 - probably a generator or aircon unit. Our friends also commented on it and they were on a different floor on the other side of the hotel. One day it seemed that all rooms were serviced except ours, although we were out almost all day - so we had to go to reception to request dry towels.
