Close to transport, shops and hospital
Rooms poorly cleaned, no stock up of toiletrys each day, shower caps ect. Had to go down to reception each day to get new ones.
4.1
Comfy beds and comfy room. Very convenient to the 2 large supermarkets and many food outlets.
The shower screens leak a bit.
4.1

Great location close to light rail.
Nothing

Love the older style building with modern rooms. Staff have always been lovely. Have stayed a few times now due to needing to attend Prince of Wales Hospital. Close 5 minute walk to the hospital and just across the road from a great little cafe and other shops.
Cost of parking at $30 per night.

The location right near the tram line was amazing. Easy access to the city and Circular Quay. The beds were super comfy and the rooms cosy. Great location for the restaurants also.
The only thing was the shower pressure was very low so it was freezing given it was a walk in shower.

Location , cleanliness and staff
Parking was limited

I have been staying at the Lurline multiple times over the last 2 years and love it there. The rooms are beautifully furnished and the courtyard is so pretty all year round. 😍 given its location in the heart of Randwick it is amazing how quiet the rooms are! Staff are always accommodating and friendly. A bonus is that the tram to Circular Key is just across the road, making travel in the city most convenient.

Close to the light rail.
Outside courtyard was very dirty.

Always a pleasure

Great location, the light rail stops right out the front, making the CBD, Darling Harbour, Circular Quay etc all easily accessible. Close to Coogee Beach, only 20 min walk, or 5 minute bus trip. Great little cafes & restaurants nearby. We love it because it is away from the hustle but with easy access to what Sydney has to offer. We stayed in a heritage room which was lovely
No WiFi, that is a standard expectation these days.
4.1
Close to light rail to get to Horden Pavilion, room size, bedding configuration, clean, shared kitchen
The light outside the room stayed on 24 hours, and the blinds didn’t do a good job blocking the light, so room wasn’t dark. We stayed in Room 4. Take an eye mask if you like darkness when you sleep.
Parking is not guaranteed.. and not much in street parking nearby.
4.1
location, perfect for the purpose of visit to area, friendly staff value for money. clean, good-sized rooms.
duvet very light, heavier weight/tog would be more appropriate for winter time.
net curtains and drapes require laundered/freshening up.

Position Position Position
Door closing was noisy as were people on stairs

Big bed, clean modern room, big telly, great location for food, shops and tram to city.
Traffic a bit noisy at times.

Very good for a short stay, great location and room was comfortable, especially as we had an appointment at the hospital.

I loved my stay here, it was short but pleasant.. the location, cleanliness and freshness all perfect!
although I basically parked on the street outside my window with no issues whatsoever.. it worked for me because I had to leave before ticketed parking started.. it would be good to have parking available on site somewhere

The location right in the heart of Randwick and not far from the tram stop was excellent. We were lucky to get a parking spot undercover (call ahead) and it just fit our RAV4 (probably not suitable for large cars). The front office staff was lovely.
4.1
The room was very attractive, clean and well designed with a comfortable bed, good bathroom and a table to work at. The place is straight over the road from the Randwick tram station and close to the Avoca and Belmont Street eateries, shops, hospital etc.
For reasons unclear (but maybe because I booked through Booking.com) I was placed in room 3 which is downstairs and has a door with short ramp opening straight onto the footpath to enable easy access for disabled guests. (Yes, look before leaving to avoid bumping into pedestrians or cyclists!) Anyone moving along the footpath, talking or just walking in hard-soled shoes, as well as people getting in and out of their cars to get to the shops/tram, could be easily heard through the door during the night. Being so close to the tram and the main drag, there was a surprising amount of foot traffic. Try other rooms in this lovely hotel by all means but avoid room 3 at all cost. Also, the main light had periods when it flickered. The desk light didn't work at all.

Nothing.
4.1
Private parking, nice courtyard
Bathroom want very clean
Loud room could hear everything happening in the rooms next to us, on top of us and hallway.
Fridge didn’t work and neither did the AC remote
4.1
Great location and close to hospitals.
Staff were very friendly and we were lucky to get one of the few carparks they had.
Good value for money, and great they had a triple room, which is hard to find.
Small rooms but again great value for money.
Our room was on side street, lower level so not much natural light as we were below street level and it was a bit noisy but not too bad.
4.1
Location in the CBD and just across from the light rail
Nothing
4.1
the prime location, the friendly staff, the comfortable beds
the cockroach in the room, the mould in the shower, the feeling of constant damp even though the AC was on

Great location
Nothing really

it was perfect I couldn't of asked for a better experience. Thanks for having me.
4.1
The location is perfect right next to the light rail and lots of restaurants to choose from.
It’s next to the main road so a room on the front gets a lot of street noise
