Válido sólo para estancias muy cortas

La ubicación es excepcional, aunque la calle por la noche es demasiado transitada y ruidosa. El personal es muy agradable. Había nevera y secador en la habitación. Permiten que dejes tus pertenencias en recepción. Buena presión y temperatura en la ducha. Amplia y reformada.

No estaba limpio, olía a humedad, cosas rotas, la tapa de la cisterna no estaba y había que meter la mano en el agua para tirar, no había gel ni jabón de manos, las tazas que estaban en la habitación estaban usadas y sucias. Una de las camas se movía tanto que parecía que te ibas a caer. Las fotos no tienen nada que ver con la realidad. Debieron hacerse recién abierto el hostal, porque está mucho más viejo y descuidado de lo que parece. Fui con una amigo y sólo nos quedamos una noche. Para pasar eso, una noche, ni tan mal, pero no para estancias más largas.

Buena experiencia para mi primera vez en Las Palmas

Muy bien ubicado, era mi primera vez en Las Palmas y quedarme en este sitio me facilito mucho poder asistir al evento de 3 días al que asistía y conocer la zona de Las Canteras

Algunos huéspedes parecía que no entendía que tienen que respetar el derecho a descanso del resto de personas, pero bueno eso no es problema del hotel.

Solo recomendable si es para ir de fiesta

Solo se salva la atención y la amabilidad de la recepcionista.

Hostal en zona de fiesta sin ningún tipo de aislamiento acustico. Se escucha la música y los gritos de la gente como si estuvieran metidos en la habitación. Instalaciones antiguas y mal cuidadas: una mampara de ducha que no cierra y se sale el agua por todas las juntas, una nevera vieja que hace mucho ruido, enchufes colgando fuera de su agujero...

Another great stay at Hospital Kasa

Stayed here on a few occasions now. Staff are friendly & helpful. The location is ideal with it being close to the beach, shops, bars, restaurants & bus station. It's comfortable & not too noisy given the location. Will def be staying again.

Noisy on the streets day and night. Strong hearing of any sound from the hall also, the door to the stairs slams very noisy.

Amazing location to go out in the evening, or to just spend the day at the beach without worrying about your stuff. Facilities services are super friendly. Close to one main bus station, easy location to do city-trips with the bus.

It is noisy outside although you might expect this from the location already.

Fantastic location with unbeatable value for money.Rooms are big and well cleaned.As long as you don't expect luxury and you don't mind some noise from nearby restaurants in the evening you will be very happy.

The entire place is perfect clean, the room has everything you need, the shower has always warm water and good pressure, the staff very friendly and helpful. It is in a very good area, close to everything like: bus connection to airport, shops, restaurants and beach. I definitely recommend this place for everybody!

Superb

Another brilliant stay. The location is just spot on with lots of bars, shops & restaurants nearby. The beach & the bus station are only 5 mins away too. The room was clean, comfortable & quiet. Adding the fridge in the room with a kettle/cups is ideal for me as a solo traveller.

I had a different room to the one I stayed in previously & the room was severely lacking in natural light. This one had a sky light which was way up high in the ceiling & hardly let in any natural light. The room just felt really dark especially in the morning/day time. To be honest, I'm clutching at straws as this really wasn't a big issue on the grand scheme of things as overall I had another excellent stay!!

Hotel is 5 minutes close to the beach. All around are so many restaorants and shops. Hotel has a sunny roof terrace what is great for morning coffie. Very polite staff.

I liked the well equiped apartment. The staff was also great. It is close to the bus station which is convenient and the beach with beachvolley pitches is also in close range. Restaurants, bars, shops, park, car rental, everything is close by the apartment.

The bathroom was not clean enough upon my arrival. There were also long hairs in the shower. The door to my room had problem opening with the entry card, but it worked well with the key. The streets in evening might be noisy, especially on saturday around the apartment...

Very close to the beach and all sorts of restaurants and nightlife around it. A nice rooftop area to chill. Very friendly staff and got lots of recommendations for Las Palmas.

I had a really good stay at Hostal Kasa. Firstly the location is ideal. It's a 5 min walk away from the bus station, 5-10 min walk away from the beach & there are plenty shops, bars & restaurants nearby.

No frills, you get what you have paid for.

Hostel is in a good location, near to the Bus terminal for easy transport from the Airport. Security is good for its central location. Very reasonable rates, you get what you have paid for !!

Hob in our room was not working even days after we reported it.

Location is excellent. The team are friendly and helpful. Close to parque Santa Catalina, easy to get to Las Canteras beach and Poema del Mar. Bus terminal for city and long distance buses is nearby.

If I go again to Las Palmas, it's likely I'll go to this hotel again

I spent a few days in this hotel during a trip for work. I selected it because it was close to the museum, and very affordable. I did not expect much from it, but was positively surprised. The persons working at the reception desk speak perfectly English, and gave good advises for restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable. I did not spend much time at the hotel excepted for sleeping, as I was working all day.

The pillow was too thick for me, but as I often sleep without pillow, it was not a big issue. Other point: rooms are not soundproof, and it can be a bit noisy. However, I am a light sleeper, and I did manage to sleep very well.
