Goed voor 1 nacht maar niet om te ontbijten of warme maaltijd

Heel onvriendelijk personeel, en het ontbijt was teleurstellend. De badkamer is te klein.

Pas à l'image des hôtels IBIS

Le choix au petit déjeuner

L'emplacement de l'hôtel, l'accès incompressible en voiture, le personnel d'accueil ne nous a pas proposé l'accès au parking, le petit déjeuner en plus (hors c'était noté dans la réservation Booking mais visiblement pas pris en compte), trop de chiens acceptés ce jour là (aboiements la nuit) et c'était très bruyant (clients irrespectueux envers les autres dans les parties communes). Pas de housses de couettes sur les couettes.

Big and comfortable bed, very clean bathroom, friendly staff. Good breakfast.

The parking lot is small and we ended up having to park on the street nearby when we came back to our room at night. At night is easy to find a place to park but if it were during the day it would be impossible to find a parking place.

muy buen hotel para tu estancia en valladolid, con el premio de la increible atencion de alejandra

el check in fue rapido , atendido por ALEJANDRA, con esmero y con muchisima simpatia, siempre a nuestra disposicion y con una sonrisa´10 puntos para ALEJANDRA, la habitacion muy comoda, buen colchon e inmejorable desayuno, lo recomiendo para una estancia en valladolid, ademas parking gratuito

Habitación renovada y colchón muy cómodo. Tener restaurante en el hotel es un plus.

Calidad-precio EXCELENTE

Super limpio todo, amabilidad y disposición del personal, comodidad de la habitación, en especial de la cama, con funda nórdica y muy suave. Aparcamiento en la puerta, que aunque había pocas plazas, nosotros no tuvimos problema, y en cualquier caso, en las inmediaciones había mucho donde elegir de forma gratuita también. Buena ubicación (a pocos minutos en coche del centro de Valladolid). Zona muy tranquila, además de “vecinos” de las habitaciones contiguas silenciosos. Como reservamos la habitación con mucho tiempo de antelación, el precio que pagamos fue bastante menos que el habitual. Me gustó incluso que no te pusiesen las típicas botellitas o sobres de gel y champú malos que yo nunca uso (me traigo de casa mis productos). Había dos dispensadores grandes con un jabón estupendo y que olía fenomenal, así que es el que usé para el cuerpo y la cara. Hay opiniones sobre que sólo te dejan dos toallas grandes y que si necesitas más las pides, pues también me parece bien, si sólo vas a usar una, para qué tener dos; debemos cuidar el medioambiente, y si necesitas más, pues las pides y no pasa nada. I’ll be back😎

Por poner un “pero”, aunque hay posibilidad de desayuno, se paga aparte y son algo más de 9€, que aunque es tipo buffet, me parece caro. No puedo opinar nada más porque nosotros no usamos el servicio.

Pleasant overnight break in a longer journey - excellent facilities and location.

Location was ideal and permitted easy access, and the ability to continue our journey promptly the following morning. This was a stage in a longer vacation travel. Restaurant served very good food and was very helpful. Room was comfortable and cool!

Restaurant food isn't that great, but it's the only place close by. Located on the outskirts of town. Parking is an initial issue of where to park.

Great hotel for those passing through

Staff at check in were very helpful. Payment on entry not on check out Staff at restaurant were helpful and efficient. Room was clean and very good for the price. Walk in shower unlike modt hotels that had a shower in the bath.Dinner was great. Menus is English too without having to ask. Check out was fast and easy. It's a pay as you go hotel, so we paid for the dinner after we ate and the same at breakfast.

Area is industrial. Look at Google maps. Can be a bit noisy at times. Parking in front of the hotel is limited but there is parking at the rear which I didn't feel safe to use.
