Das Studio hat uns sehr zugesagt, in einer guten Gegend direkt zum Kanal.
wir hatten etwas Schwierigkeiten mit dem einchecken aber hierbei wurde uns dank schnellem Service geholfen.

I stayed for a few days in this noisy residence. I just asked if the property was available for one more day because in booking it was not available. why i missed my flight to get back home. But it was time for checkout. and so as not to disturb the person responsible for cleaning I decided to rent another space to stay one more night. leave the residence at 10:30. I went to the hotel where my other friends were to wait for someone else to check in. even if I wanted to return to the place I couldn't, because the keys stayed inside as the person responsible for the residence asked them leave on the table. I checked the amount charged from Sunday to Monday, when traffic in any city in the world is lower. why many people return home. and the amount charged was €146,30. that's a lot for one day. location is good. but for the lack of respect for the guest because of money. I would NEVER refer anyone to this location. This situation can happen to anyone. I'm very disappointed. I will pay, but angry for something I didn't consume.

the location.
The service from bnb was terrible. I arrived at the apartment and there was a leak which meant that I could not sleep in the bed. They did not have a good place for me to move to. I stayed on the condition that they would sort out the leak and I would be able to use the bed. I heard nothing back from the company and both emailed and called them quite a few times during my stay. It made what would have been a nice stay one that an unpleasant one.

The cleaner was very helpful to get me in - and to be fair so was the woman on the 'phone. Many thanks to both of them.
But the official channels of comms were rubbish. And they charged me 50 Euro for information that never came. Rip-off.
The flat is ill equipped. No kitchen-ware, eg knives for cutting, etc. The wi-fi was low-power.
To be fair, I was "last minute". Then again, if they accept a last minute booking they should be as professional as for any other booking. As said, the cleaner and the manager were good - very good - but overall the experience was negative.

Location and size of studio apartment was great, within a pleasant residential area and views over the canal (even though apartment is lower ground floor). Supermarket nearby, along with park and tram stops, so getting into central Amsterdam easy on public transport although its easily walkable too.
Apartment had improved bed compared to photos on website and a TV.
Generally well maintained.
Polite and friendly agent met us at apartment and ran through basics. They even provided a bottle of wine as part of welcome.

The on-going repairs/maintenance and lack of kitchen facilities let this stay down somewhat.
Repairs to address an issue with rising damp seem to be being made between rentals, rather than wait for an off-peak period to do it fully and properly in one hit, so for us we had the smell of drying plasterwork in the bathroom and partly prepared walls in the living space awaiting decoration. Once completed the apartment will be great again.
The website photos suggest a microwave or mini-oven in the kitchen, but this isn't provided, in fact there are no means to cook/reheat food. You have a coffee machine, fridge and dishwasher. I realise not everyone will want to cook meals, but for our stay a microwave would have been handy, even a toaster would be beneficial. A kettle is also provided, but it kept tripping the electrics when we tried to use it on our first evening in the apartment so we couldn't use it, fortunately the electrical board was in a cupboard within the apartment so the trip could be reset. We reported the issue to the agent the following morning but no replacement kettle or update was provided during our 5 day stay!!!
Other than that, its great, genuinely.

clean and spacious feeling studio apartment, very quiet canal close by to popular locations such as Rembrandtplein, Lediseplein, Museumplein and De Pijp. Vondelpark is also very close by. The full length apartment windows open onto the beautiful canal street
