Great hotel, great value!

Good apartment location, really quiet and was bigger than expected. The room was cleaned daily by friendly staff. All staff were nice and very helpful.

Staff were nice initially but when we didn’t have the all inclusive they were not as helpful Once I asked for a pint of water and ice for bed and they would not give me it and would only give me a very small glass. The bar was also very slow at the pool.

I am not one to complain and have stayed in a lot of hotels across the world for work and leisure and this is by far the

The gym and indoor pool were nice Location was ok

•Tiles falling off in outdoor pool •Brown smelly water in the hot tub •No tea or coffee in the room only cups and kettle •No burn kit at reception when I asked after sustaining injury •Facilities in leisure centre not open •Shared balcony and adjoining door without ever being told, this made my partner very uncomfortable leading to sleepless nights as she has had bad experiences in the past with strangers •Marketed the idea of having 18 restaurants and 4 coffee shops at the hotel when really it was across all the MGM hotels •Cleaners didn’t Hoover, sweep, wipe surfaces or change sheets over the entire week •Breakfast was overpriced and inedible •Elevator was always breaking, we were lucky to get out on one occasion •No notice of deposit requirement

simply fabulous hotel

great location. really clean spacious rooms. lovely pool and bar area.

we were room only and decided to eat in the hotel one evening. worst decision as the food isn’t the best. buffet style. starters and desserts left uncovered and flies were on and around the food.

Great hotel, enjoyable stay

Perfect location for easy access to new and old town. Pool facilities were great. Staff were beyond helpful and are a big selling point of this hotel. Close to shops and restaurants. Rooms were clean and serviced.

Bathroom had not been properly cleaned after previous people had stayed. Shower was dirty and bins had not been emptied. Not a big deal though!

Take the reviews with a pinch of salt!

Absolutely LOVED that you could use sister hotel facilities. Our hotel 'forte do vale' was lovely and quiet but walking into town and using other hotels felt like we were going out (out) but still included on all inclusive! (P.s photo is from a restaurant at a sister hotel, I got no pics of the one we were staying in!)

If I was being very picky, the staff in the bar and restaurant didn't speak great English but didn't come as a huge negative as Christiano on reception understood us perfectly and could translate if we were struggling

Great, relaxing stay :)

The common areas were bright and airy and peaceful, and very clean. Lots of sun beds available around the pool and friendly and helpful staff in the pool bar. The room itself was very large and clean and had everything we needed. Buffet was small but had multiple meat and carb options, and every meal I had was tasty. Overall very happy with the value for money. My mum and I had a very relaxing stay and we would definitely stay again :)

Wifi didn’t reach our room but we were farthest from reception so may not affect all rooms.

We have stayed here regularly and have always found it to be one of the best Hotels in the area.

Hotel has become a little tired over the last few years and certain elements could do with being updated.

Excellent reception staff - nothing was any trouble. Good size apartments with good kitchen facilities. Great location for beach and the strip. Excellent indoor pool (part glass floor to outdoor pool above to let shimmering light through to indoor pool), jacuzzi, steam room and sauna. Didn't use gym facilities. We were not all-inclusive - you can use restaurants in other MGM hotels providing good variety of food options. Ask for room with pool/sea view.

Good location, good sized apartments. Apartment were cleaned daily. Food was great

Sofa bed was not so comfortable. Access to bar and other restaurants in their hotels were only for All Inclusive. This was not clear at the time of booking. We chose halfboard since we wanted to eat lunch outside.

A bit disappointed but lovely staff.

The staff were lovely and the hotel itself was clean and tidy.

The beds were awful, especially the sofa bed. You could feel every spring and it was like sleeping on a brick. The indoor pool was not too bad but the hot tub was smelly, green and cold, the floor was dirty and slippery which isn't great when you have to walk down a slope to get to the pool. There were a number of loose tiles around the outdoor pool, which is salt water. Our group did a few days all inclusive and the food was tasty, but stone cold. We went as soon as the restaurant opened so I would expect it to be hot.
