The location was good and the beds were comfortable
The Wi-Fi was very poor, the lady at checkin was emotionless and extremely rushed, but the servers at the restaurant and bar were wonderful.

Staff were very accomodating for my food allergies. Room was clean and comfortable and the shower was hot. Great stay.

Near seafront and amenities.
Room old and dreary. Noisy staff outside next door Hotel.shower cubicle too tiny .no sink in bathroom. Had to use the one in the room. Basic not worth the money. Food was minimal for cost. Watery chicken.

The staff were friendly
The rooms were small and the walls were thin, we could hear everything all day and all night, even the room next door to us when they were making a hot drink we heard them !
The shower was freezing, not to mention the room was filthy. The free WiFi kept disconnecting, there was barely any signal on the TV. We were woken up at 6AM by the sound of the cleaners outside our room.
For £200 for 2 nights I expected better we won't be staying again

Location and staff couldn’t be faulted
What let down this property for me was the size and comfort of the beds, very small double. Stayed in rooms 14

lovely front to the hotel to sit in the sun and watch the world go by.
Menu perhaps, but not too important.

The only good thing was the see view
uncomfortable bed , noisy , thin walls I could hear the tv from the other rooms , their alarms and talking all night.

Booked a budget double room, definitely didn't feel like budget, lovely comfy room and the bed was extremely comfortable! Welcoming staff on entry and very helpful as well. Also close enough to the centre so a nice walk along sea front to get to other attractions.

The location of the property was fabulous. On the seafront and Near the pier. The hotel had a restaurant called the Waterfront. Slightly higher priced than local restaurants, but the food was really lovely. The staff of the hotel and restaurant were friendly attentive and very helpful.
The room had a Balcony which was really nice for the sea view.
The Private Balcony was over looked by the Balcony of the room next door. So no privacy.
We had booked a double room with sea view and balcony for £120 per night in Sept Friday-Monday.
The room was small due to them squeezing in a compact bathroom. The bathroom had a shower that never reached a hot enough temperature to enjoy, and continuously fluctuate in temperature. It also continually dripped when turned off.
The toilet roll holder was missing. There was just a bracket left on the wall where it once used to be. Toilet seat didn’t stay up properly. The door frame surround in the bathroom was coming away from the wall down the left side.
The wardrobe was more narrow than a tall fridge in its width. The bed was a double and felt like a small double. The mattress was a hard open coil spring due to the amount of movement across the bed. Either that or the pocket sprung mattress needed replacing. The kettle didn’t always auto switch off. The decoration was bland and lampshades not match, compared to the hotel restaurant and bar area where the money had obviously been spent.
The noise from the bar went on too late on Saturday night 2:30am. mainly from a group of coach drivers who were drunk and singing show me the way to go home by 10:30pm. I wish I could have.
My point is that no one tried to calm the situation down. After all it is a hotel.

The location
Antiquated room the plumbing was awful, water wouldn't drain from sinks or shower. There was nowhere for soap in shower, and the hairdryer worked for a few seconds then stopped to cool down. The were no locks for the doors and housekeeping was severely lacking the duvet was thrown over the top of one bed and the other was left untouched.

Staff very friendly & helpful.

Yet again a amazing stay will definitely be back again
