Las vistas al puerto y su cercanía al bazar y plaza Konak
No está muy insonorizado. Oímos música por la noche a pesar de estar en el décimo piso

really enjoyed the stay in this hotel. convenient location, close to the center and the promenade. Very helpful and responsive staff. Special thanks to Gones and Bersel for helping us solve our accommodation issues and city tips.

location was best . rooms were neat and clean .
two staff members ersin and Gunes were very polite and helped me a lot.
First of all I called the hotel to find out if they can organise the airport pick up. receptionist named Firat told me that he can organise so I said ok I will send you my flights details through booking. com messages and please confirm me through the messages. he said it will cost me around 200-250 Turkish liras. he didn’t contact me at all. the day I landed I received a call from Firat saying that someone is waiting for me outside the airport. I was not expecting any pick because he didn’t contact me at all , any ways I said ok how much I have to pay he said don’t worry now u can pay at the hotel when we arrived at the hotel he said you have to pay 400 liras which is rip off for 20 mins ride . I literally paid 400 liras for 50 mins ride in Istanbul .
secondly shower area was very small and leaking all the time. I fell down 2 times and almost hit my head with the wash basin. complained few times and they said it’s fixed but it was still leaking .
wifi was very bad , we didn’t have wifi for two days after complaining few times they organise the portable wifi 3rd day.
lastly breakfast was below average , juices were tasteless . I think they add water in juices . in 4 days stay one day there were 3 juice . next day no juice , 3rd day one juice 4th day no juice . scramble eggs was only available one day asked next day about it they said u have to pay for it . for latte you have to pay extra as well.
also one day we the milk they serve for corn flakes was bad and it was smelling so I complained and they changed the milk.
Hotel Management really needs to work on the above mentioned things . and must train their staff to not rip off their international customers .

The location wasn´t the best but close to the harbour. It was the construction sites surrounding the hotel which made this a sad sight
Stating that there was construction

the room was clean, very beautiful and had everything needed inside. the shower had a high water pressure if wanted. everything was perfect.
maybe the air conditioning was too noisy and not cold enough

Very central. The location is great and the staff is helpful, polite and useful. For its price it's also good value, considering the location. However...
We booked the most expensive room that was available on booking.com. However it turns out that the features, that we have seen on the images, are from several different rooms. Meaning it's impossible to get them all in the same one (which we expected). They kindly offered us to check the other available rooms for a transfer, however they were equally disgusting. One room had no windows, but a turkish bath (which was absolutely covered in rust and mold), the other one at least had a window (and the sauna, that we initially were excited for- but again, filthy) and lastly the room we actually stayed at. 8th floor, has a balcony, our initial reaction was nice. But after looking around just a little further we discovered that it's incredibly run down and in a decrepit state. Every day we found bed bugs biting us, the windows are not protecting from any outside noise, they barely even close. The handle to the balcony door immediately broke off the moment I touched it. We have been introduced to the "luxury" whirlpool, but if you take a look at the pictures, you can see that they are absolutely disgusting, filled with mold and apparently are never cleaned. And that's the entire state of the apartment we stayed at- only very basic hygiene (aka mopping the floor and throwing trash away) can be found here, but they do not take care of their building or their apartments. Acting as a 3 ⭐ hotel this isn't even worth a single one in comparison to European standards. We weren't expecting much, but a place that is falling apart at this price point is simply too much. This will be the last time we be trying to support any local brands. Look for hotels, that have international appraisal, do not go for anything like this, if you have standards. Wifi randomly worked at very low speeds and the elevator software would randomly crash at times.
