Dimitros, the host, is the most accommodating host ever. He continuously strived to please.

Location is excellent. Big terrace opening to the marina. Quiet, comfortable and clean. Excellent value for money.

Excellent, would definitely return.

Great location. Walking distance to the beach, bakery, super market and restaurants. Our room was cleaned daily. The AC, internet and tv worked great. The bed was comfortable and the shower had excellent water pressure. The kitchenette area was a great bonus and utensils, plates, glasses and even a coffee maker with filters was provided. I definitely recommend.

Wonderful!

Dimitris is a wonderful host, and if you need peace and quiet, a comfortable bed, outstanding views, and a quaint serene atmosphere, this is the place for you. I highly recommend Anna Maria - Vanessa Apartments.

Very good

Dimitri is very welcomoing, accomodating and helpful. The location, just on the port is wonderful, at a few steps from the restaurants, and very close to the outstanding Hovolo beach. The view from the balcony is very appreciable.

We had a perfect stay! Owner Dimitri is very kind and will help you with everything you need to have the best holiday. The room is clean with wonderful view. Restaurants and shops close by. You can find parking easily. Location is great for exploring the island

The location of the apartaments is great, right in front of the port, within walking distance from the beach, restaurants and shops. The rooms are big and the beds are very confortable, though not as wide as advertised, but in the end we did not have a problem with that. Mr Dimitris is very nice, he is a great host! He tries to provide you everything you need and he always searches the best solution for your requests. We had a great time at Anna Maria - Vanessa Apartments and highly recommended it if you are in Skopelos.

We hit the jackpot with this last minute booking!

The location was perfect for us. An oasis amidst the madness of peak tourist season. Note, we were happier to be in a quieter part of the island. Neo Klima is close enough to the Chapel of St John and Kastani beach but if you want more action you may want to stay in the Skopelos Town itself. Driving around this island involves many winding mountain passes. The accommodation is comfortable with a fabulous view of the mariner. This little village gives you an authentic Greek experience. Lovely restaurants, an amazing bakery. Peaceful beaches within walking distance from the Apartment. Dimitri runs a tight ship and together with his family, they are the perfect hosts. So welcoming, helpful and accommodating. I certainly hope to visit again!

Mr. Dimitri was extremely professional, attentive, and accommodating! He was always available to answer our questions and guide us in the right direction. The apartments are in a wonderful location in Neo Klima (near beaches, supermarket, tavernas, and bakery), and we had an amazing room with a full view of the ocean and marina. We did have to rent a car for a couple of days to see the big Skopelos Town (on the other side of the island) and to visit some of the other beaches sights on the island. Overall, we loved our stay at Anna Maria Vanessa, and thank you for everything!

We stayed in Neo Klima for one week with the family and really liked its calm.

We really apprecieted the position of the pension (the best in Neo Klima especially if ou have the view to the tiny port). Dimitrios and his daughter Anna Maria answered to all our questions about the city and the nices beaches (particularly the two little and cute beaches near the pension and Kastani Beach) and about towns arround (Glossa and Skopelos). Great experience, we all really recommand it !

A nice place to stay off the grid in Skopelos.

The owner and his daughter Vanessa were extremely friendly and helpful. Even though the does not speak English, Vanessa was able to help translate. They even helped us book Quad Bikes last minute even though it was not their business. The hotel is in an good location with two beaches, and restaurants/cafes nearby. The view from the rooms is very nice, with the sea right in front.

The part of the room where my wife and I slept (we booked a room for 4) has an emergency exit sign that was lit all night. It's also a bit complicated to walk up to the top floor carrying suitcases.

Very pleasant stay - could be perfect with a few tweaks

-The view - it’s really beautiful overlooking the bay and great watching planes coming & going - Close proximity to airport -Very pleasant helpful staff. The host arranged a really good value car for our stay - Great having my request for a pool level room granted

- Breakfast was pleasant but so many pastries! - orange juice wasn’t very pleasant - the shower was in need of a really deep clean. Superficially ok but could really do with a freshen up - think the room was ready for a fresh coat of paint

Lovely situation on a fabulous island. And Dimitri is a lovely and very helpful host.

Dimitri is really an excellent host. He was on site the whole time and very willing to help with any questions. The apartments are in a fantastic setting, right down by the quai side but there was almost no noise in the evening or at night. We also used the kitchenette for breakfast. Very handy. Excellent cleaning of the room every day.

The studio room is a little small for the price. It's not really a studio but more of a room with a little kitchen sideboard. And the bathroom is also a little small. This would be my only negative.

Annoying but okay

Anna Maria was in a remote part of Skopelos which I didn't realize but it was quiet and quant. When I booked the hotel I thought the rooms came with washing machines which we needed badly but they didn't. You had to hand over your dirty clothes to someone else. We didn't like that but he tried very hard to convince us to allow him to do our clothes. There was a language barrier that didn't help. Other than that, it was very nice.

The rooms didn't have there own washing machine. The owner told us we couldn't visit each other in our rooms because of COVID. We were with 9 people and we couldn't get together in our rooms because of the "ministry". I didn't like someone telling me I couldn't visit my son in his room.

Definitely recommended.

Great room. Modern. Small kitchen was a plus. Beautiful view of the marina and beach (see photo). Great location. Food, drinks, beach, were all in walking distance. Mr Dimitris went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional.

Wonderful place to stay in Skopelos!

Fantastic experience at Anna Maria Vanessa Apartments in high season. The room was modern and very clean, with all needed amenities, and a fantastic view of the port and village of Neo Klima. The owner, Mr. Dimitris, was really accommodating and provided us with excellent service throughout our stay - we can’t thank him more. Highly recommend it for couples and families who want to have a great stay in Skopelos. Vassiliki

Location was perfect and very quiet although we were in front of the port. The view was stunning ! The owner was very helpful during all the journey. Nights were very restful. Wi-Fi and air conditioner were working perfectly.

Cleaning could be done every day instead of 2/3 days

Greek live athmosphere

close beaches, restaurants, within center of everything. Landlord very friendly and always assisting for service and information. Enjoy lively Greek athmosphere.

Harbour site, may become a bit noisy during night in times of holidays and celebration days. But just close doors and turn on AC :)
