Great apartment and location

The apartment is very cousy, nicely decorated. The host is very kind and helpful. The view from the terrace is amazing on the sea and port. The area is quite and we had everything we needed. Shop at Alexandros supermarket and eat at Manolis Tavern.

The AC could not bring cold air upstairs. We mentioned that a fan could help or changing the position of the AC unit.

Splendid - this place matched all our needs!

A big terrace with a splendid view to the harbour and beaches including Hovolo beach. The room was cosy and furnished tastefully. The location was easy to find and reach, just next to a bakery and a small park for walking our dog. There is a private parking just in front the house and behind it. The host Alexandra was a truly wonderful person to meet with!

A note for other people, it did not matter to us: the second floor of the room does not allow an adult (170cm) to stand up - be careful with your head and enjoy all the rest!

Very nice and calm place to enjoy your holidays

The location is amazing, you have a bakery below the house, beautiful beaches are close by, parking your car outside is easy on a wide road and also you have a few places to eat a shop very close. The flat was very cute and clean and cosy and also we got free cleanings during our stay. There also is an amazing terrace with a sea view.

The place is very small and tiny, I expected two bedrooms (could not understand from the photos, that the two sleeping places are only divided by stairs, no doors), but this was all one connected area. there is very small wardrobe so if there is more people, it is difficult to store your clothes somewhere.

Comfortable, convenient and pleasant

Liked the balcony and sea view. Overall location. Clean room. Next door to the bakery. Frieddly owner.

No bed side lights for reading and a noisy AC unit next door.

Our host was wonderful, good communication and the accommodation was very clean and fresh.

Really great village with lot of food and ample choice of cafes and restaurants. Bakery and small supermarket are right near to the apartment and there are perfect beaches. Free parking, very clean and well kept, great shower and the apartment has a small balcony, with table two chairs space to dry clothes and sea view. The host is very friendly and helpful. .If you need more linen, or a wash bucket just mention it and I am sure it would supplied as the host was very helpful and we realised at the end of the break there was a clean linen cupboard right by our front door. Our beds were changed and the room was cleaned thoroughly every couple of days. This accommodation is simple but very well kept.

The main bed could do with a new firmer mattress. But we have a very good mattress at home as suffer from bad backs so may be fine for most people. The parking is a little tricky, if wet/raining park at the bottom of the short slope only 10m from the apartment. It would be good to have a couple more non stick cooking pans and clean warm blanket (there were some in the wardrobes but were not fresh, we could have asked though). The walls are thin and unfortunately at night we could hear next door clearly in the main bedroom. We did tell our host and it was better for a couple if days. But the neighbours returned to making noise late at night. Take ear plugs in case. My husband and kids didn't hear anything.

Superb

Sandra is amazing, really kind and helpful! Beautiful view and sunsets from the balcony. The apartment is fully equipped. Cleaning service included.

Nice place for rest

If you are looking for a great place to relax, that’s the one. Neo Klima is a peaceful town with nice beaches and almost no tourist attractions. The apartment offers a lovely sea view, so you can enjoy it while having your coffee or a glass of wine on the balcony. There is a little kitchenette with basic equipment, enough to prepare a quick breakfast before heading to the beach or a simple meal afterwards. Within walking distance you will find some supermarkets, restaurants (we recommend Palataki!) and car/boat rental offices. The is also a bus going to Skopelos/Glossa, but there are only 4-5 buses a day, so renting a car/scooter might be a good option if you want to be more independent and visit other parts of the island.

The best you can get!

Sandra`s Apartments has a central location in Neo Klima. There are tavernas and a very good bakery nearby. We had stood in a maisonette with a very big terrace for seven nights. The space was very well laid out. The maisonette has a kitchenette with basic stuffs to prepare the meal. I love the furniture and the combination of the modern and traditional Greek style. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning works excellent. The bathroom was small with an open shower, but it doesn’t bother to us. There is a solar panel on the terrace and that`s a plus for us to use green energy. From the terrace we enjoyed the amazing view over the marina, Elios beach and the beautiful Hovolo beach. We appreciate the cleanliness of the maisonette and the warm conversations with Alesandra, the owner. She was very open minded to our needs and that’s why we had a very relaxing time.
