Staff molto gentile. Stiamo già pensando di tornare!

Great place! I would recommend for both families and couples. The location is perfect to reach different beaches with short drive and other nearby spots. The Castello di Scarlino on top of the hill/mountain right next to the location is really beautiful and worth a visit to have a spectacular view of both Tuscany countryside and sea. Special thanks to the restaurant staff and entertainment team, you always shared a smile and good energy. The restaurant food was very nice and with good variety.

Great swimming pool.
Beautiful view.
Restaurant food is great, the staff is helpful. I am allergic to fish, but not to seafood like shrimp, octopus etc. the staff is very helpful with choose the dish from menu.
Only one toilet paper roll during the whole stay.
No kitchen cleaning liquid and tools even you are supposed to clean the kitchen yourself.
100 Euro cash deposit is also odd, never seen this in other place

The village was a very warm and welcoming place. The surrounding was beautiful and the staff was very friendly. The houses itself were nice and well equipped. The pool and the animators were nice.
The houses were to small for 5 people and wifi was not available only near the main building.

Great pool size unfortunately too cold to get in. Lovely feel to the property in terms of nature and views.
Breakfast should have been better! They charged extra for towels, didn't even provide basic stuff like shower , shampoo, tooth brush, paste etc.

The pool area is the highlight of the Village. The view to Scalino on top of that mountain is fantastic
The pool area of this please is beautiful, clean and really relaxing. Specially when sunset it was a great place to be. I send a lot time at the pool with my partner. We had some rainy days and miss to sit at the pool. The Bungalow was uninviting (just funktionale) for us to spend the time cooking and sleeping. But with the bed weather there was no change to stay outside. The bungalow has everything needed but some repairs and new dekoration to also enjoy staying inside is needed.
There are extra charges like a cleaning fee (I do not see a reason why to pay 50 € for a cleaning fee. paying the cleaner should not be my problem.
We did not had this information until doing the check out. The Cleaning fee is not clear on booking. I was supprised and upset to search for a long time also I look on the website of the Vallage until I found this Information. All charges should be listed, when you book.
It is a nice are around that Village, in October the Village is not packed ( 2 Families, some pensioners and couples).
Personally It is a one time experience in the Oasi Maremma ***Village. There are nicer Areas along the coast.
The bungalow are dark and the light installation in the room are old and make the place cold. The Living-room is like the bedroom uninviting and hard to enjoy.
The decoration was broken, really dirty and need to get renewed.

Friendlly staff at breakfast. Pool and general pool area was good.
Apartments were disappointing and old glory.

Location, facilities, especially the very nice pool. The houses with the terrace and individual garden in front are a real plus.
In case of 1 room apartments , the sofa bed in the living room is not comfy at all for adults. It is acceptable for kids only. Prices quite high compared to last years.

Welcoming staff, English speaking. The location is fabulous for some quiet days with a good nap at the olives' shadow or in the pretty large pool. Very good restaurant with affordable prices and marvelous pizza. The Scarlino city is above the resort.
As the apartments are next to each other, it's pretty noise in case you earn some late party/early birds as neighbours.

Property is located beautiful and calm.
Not a big problem - but there is a poor internet strength, just in case you need a good bandwith while in holiday.

Perfect for a family. Nice pool and nice houses. We just stayed the night and it served our purpose.

Rooms are really clean and recently renovated. Pool area is great.
The Wi-Fi was absolutely dire, the worst I have seen in any accommodation anywhere in the world! When I asked the manager about this he replied saying that it was fine and nothing could be done. He noted that there is no Wi-Fi inside the rooms and only outside on the terrace. Even on the terrace it only worked sporadically. Really poor.

- It's a beautiful, well maintained village.
- The apartments are not exactly shining new, but they're totally acceptable.
- You'll find essential kitchen equipment.
- The pool is amazing, and one of the best parts. It's not heated, but perfectly refreshing on regular summer days. We also never had trouble finding a seat around the pool.
- The bar is reasonably priced.
- Pizzas are good and normally priced.
- Staff are lovely.
- Entertainment staff get a 10/10. Alessio, Alessia, and Alessia (not joking) bring so much nice energy and the kids love them. They are friendly and engaging. Really great.
- Fly screens on the windows are a nice touch.
- The location is not by the beach, but it's only a 15-30 minute drive from all the decent beaches along the tuscan coast. The distance is actually quite appreciated, as it feels like more of an escape. You go to the beach, then you come back to the village and swim in the pool. More diverse experiences.
- Excellent supermarkets in nearby Follonica (a big Coop, Lidl).
- A €50 cleaning fee on checkout?!! Seriously?! Since when are these things not included in the price? You should pay your own cleaning staff. They don't work for me, so why am I paying them? More transparency is needed around this absurd fee.
- The apartments have NOTHING in the way of towels, soap, sponges, dishwashing liquid, garbage bags. You have to buy your own. Seems crazy given that I paid €240/day.
- There are recycling bins at the village (glass, plastic, cardboard) but no way to keep them sorted in the actual apartment. You get a small bin with one small garbage bag, and that's it. That leads to people being lazy and just throwing everything together as general waste. The apartments should be encouraging recycling by providing ways to sort rubbish in the apartments.

Great summer place with pool and privacy
For the price I will suggest to include towels and also kitchen towels. You need to order it for extra fee.

This is a big holiday village with separate small houses. Overall it is pleasant with the olive trees everywhere. It has a big pool with kids area and a nice restaurant. The staff is very nice even if only barely speaking English. There are parking areas inside the village, which is convenient.
The furniture in the house was OK but not corresponding to the high price; it looked and felt quite used. The double bed consisted of two separate mattresses which was a big disappointment. There were small annoying things like the water in the shower never keeping constant temperature - it was changing between boiling hot and ice cold (because the house uses a gas boiler); the coffee maker not working properly; the fuse blowing from using a hair dryer, etc. It was also quite noisy because the houses are very close. Most of the staff barely spoke English; we don't speak Italian and it meant missing out on some of the activities (like animators for the kids, etc.)

The swimming pool
The shower water temperature was not tunable, too hot or too cold.
