Une belle nuité sur un bateau confortable

On a reçu un bel Acceuil avec des petales de rose qui tombent du ciel. Les lits étaient super confortables Le personnel Au petit soins

Je pense que j'aurais apprécié que la crosiere fournisse une personne de référence lors des arrêts pour les visites afin de donner des explications aux gens qui débarquent. La plupart des groupes avaient des guides.

Worth the experience

Big rooms, comfortable beds, nice sundeck, very nice and attentive staff, the lunch and dinner were very good

Feels quite rushed there is not time to enjoy the boat during daytime, there was a big cockroach on the upper deck, breakfast was poor

Superb

We had an excellent room, probably the best on the ship, with a large outdoor balcony.

In the two night stay we needed to duplicate some excursions, which wasn't ideal.

It was beautiful. The staff went above and beyond to help and accommodate. The view from every room was spectacular. Can’t wait to go back!

Sailing with this carrier is a true pleasure!

In the end, we were switched to a different ship by the same carrier. Nevertheless, the captain's cabin is true luxury. A large and comfortable bed, a bathtub by the window overlooking the bay, and a spacious terrace – everything in this room was top-notch. Additionally, there was a pool with a jacuzzi on the upper deck of the ship – truly stunning!

The only downside is the relatively high price, but the quality of service makes up for it.

fantasticly luxurious

every staff member was really friendly, polite and helpful. They made our time on the cruise really special. the ship was stunning and was a very luxurious way to start our holiday in vietnam. the food was unbelievably good too. we loved everything about this cruise

the jacuzzi water looked a bit green and could have done with a clean.

Superb, quality experience.

This boat is absolutely amazing. We were upgraded to a suite and it was stunning! The staff were so attentive and would come around to talk to guests at our tables. Would absolutely recommend this experience to anyone. A great way to see Ha Long Bay.

The excursions were so good, and a lot of variety. It was just a little rushed as they had to try to fit everything in for us, so not a lot of time at each place, or to just relax and enjoy the amazing facilities on the boat.

Superb

The room was very comfortable and well equipped. Food was amazing, and our dietary restrictions were well considered. The staff is very kind, always ready to serve. A special mention to the managers Gonzalo and Belle, and of course, our butler Aldo. We didn't need to ask for anything, as Aldo was always one step ahead to see for our needs.

Our room was very close to the engine, so it was a bit noisy at times. Choose a room in the 2nd floor for less noise.

Rs.47000/- is too much the price then the service for one night 4pacs

Team was good they tried best to serve food as per our requirement in veg meal.

Property is Good but they did not serve High tea so if you are on board and lunch at 1 Pm and then no meal till 7 pm is strange after charging full value they should provide mail in between. There were no complimentary drinks even water was chargeable even with meals. they refunded me the money of water but I feel If we are paying for lunch breakfast and dinner then water or drinks should be provided for free.

Fabulous crew

The staff certainly made this trip, organising activities and ensuring we were well looked after. You definitely get out what you put in. The food was one of the highlights of the trip, also the deck at the top of the boat which is a must!

The wait for the return transfer was a little longer than expected, but it’s good to be forced to have some down time.

The cabin was clean and comfortable. Staff are amazing. Food is nice; overall, it's worth the price.

The staff are very accommodating. They prioritized the customer's needs. From arriving at the port reception, until we boarded the ship, thanks to the amazing crews Chad, Ella, Boyet and the QA manager. The trip was a little short because we enjoyed it so much. I highly recommend extending the happy hour till midnight. We recommend that tourists get 3D2N to enjoy the trip more.

Luxury cruise with wonderful staff!

The boat and facilities were great, very luxurious! Comfortable bed and nice shower in the ensuite bathroom. The scenery of Ha Long Bay was amazing. The staff were very welcoming and always eager to help. They catered to our vegetarian diet very well.

Our only negative is that the food portions were too big. The food was high quality but unfortunately due to excessive big portions, I think there is probably a lot of food wasted. We were given double the amount of food needed for two people and it was unnecessary.

Fun times with beautiful people

The cruise was fantastic fun! Everyone was so courteous and welcoming. A big shout out to Nyi who made sure that we had the best possible time on board. The entertainers are also enormously talented people and made sure that the evenings were full of good music and fun! The food is excellent and the staff makes sure of all your dietary restrictions.

We like this stuff until the very end. We're waiting to get off the boat and the assistant manager asked us if we thought he said left our slippers in the room we did not understand what he said and I kept saying did you mean we left her shoes or flip-flops up there and he was trying to ask us if we had the slippers so my husband said wouldn't it just be easier if you showed us what you're talking about oh no he wanted to look in our suitcase. Basically he was asking us if we stole the flip-flops that the cruise line left in the room. Because evidently the cleaning stuff said there were no slippers. The cleaning staff was right there were no slippers because we walked into the room there were no slippers we didn't use your flip-flops we didn't see any slippers and to be accused and wanting to go through my luggage to see if we stole some 5 cent flip-flops that weren't even brand new. It really made an enjoyable trip awful we left feeling so devastated by the whole thing. That accusation really undermine the joy we had in our trip. It was terrible. I already filled out a survey and I left with a pretty good opinion however this hadn't happened yet. We were disappointed in the food it was like it had been frozen and prepared elsewhere. I think some of it was fresh but a lot of it was prepared and warmed up it felt like. Not the caliber of food usually get on the cruise. Also we had one whole day without internet which is fine we don't need the Internet however it would have been nice to say there's no internet out here if you need to check your booking or whatever you will have it and we will let you know when it comes into our area

Amazing staff on the cruise, rooms were amazing, and the views incredible.

Transfer to Halong from Hanoi not included and someone contacted to book but never did. Excursions not amazing and too many tourists during these.

Everything was amazing! We had best food in Vietnam in that cruise! The Team were welcoming, smiling and helpful, the room was amazing and super clean. It's really a 5 stars cruise, we recommend highly!

Upgraded to paradise excellence cruise and it was the best experience we’ve had!

unfortunately I can’t say much about the sails cruise as when we arrived we found out it doesn’t go out on the day we booked so we were upgraded for free to what I believe is the sister or main cruise which is called paradise excellence. we were given a balcony room (I think they all have one). On booking.com it’s an extra £100 but it is sooooo worth it! customer service was out of this world! Food was excellent and the activities were very well organised and great! I couldn’t recommend more. if you can, look at the excellence cruise, but I’m sure both are fine as they have the same itinerary, just more luxury in the excellence compared to the sails cruise.
