Luc hat uns hervorragend durch die Reise geführt. Es war das 3. Mal, dass ich mit Sapphire Cruise gefahren bin. Alles super und ich würde bei meiner nächsten Reise wieder diese Tour machen.
Es war alles prima

Everything was perfect!
Rooms are nice decorated and clean. Food was also very good.
Staff is nice and helpful. I want to thank in particular the supervisor "Tom cruise" who was all time seeing that everything was perfect. He also helped me arranging my transportation back to Hanoi at last minute. Your doing a great job!

Luc was a fantastic host and was very friendly and helpful to all customers on the trip. The staff were great. The rooms were very comfortable and the food at each meal was great.
There were no free drinks included throughout the trip. A drink included with each meal would have been good for the price of the trip.

I paid for 4 star boat but I was so surpised at the first glance we reached Sapphire cruise. I looked so beautiful and brand new. We were shocked when we checked in cabin. Wow, it is was over my expectation .Our cabin has a balcony from where you can enjoy the views while boat cruising. 5 star mattress, luxury bathroom with bath tub and jaccuzzi. All meals provided with delicious food and beautiful decoration . Everything was perfect expecially the professional and friendly staff . Sapphire cruise deserves 5 star , not 4 star.
Need stay more

We took 3 days 2 nights trip inorder to have more time to discover many different parts of Lan ha bay . We were so impressed by the condensity of islands and islets , amazing formations. Sapphire cruise took a new route to discover where less boats than the basic route in halong bay. It cruise in the middle of 2 bays of Halong and Lan Hạ bay. so you can capture a lot of beautiful photos. I highly recommend 3 days 2 night instead of 1 night , not enough time .

I am one of nature _ lovers so I tried to find one boat with different route , getting away from the crowd of boats. I am so satisfied with Sapphire cruise. The Captain chose unique route, in a zigzag way , passing by hundreds of islands and islets . We did kayaking in a very tranquil place , swimming in the middle of the bay , take a backflip and sommersault . That was a great fun and unforgetable.

We had a right choice staying on Sapphire cruise. They provided great services , so friendly and professional staff . Cabins are luxury with private balcony and jacuzzi bath tub. It was incredible on a cruise, over my expectation. We will come back .

rooms were clean, comfy, bathroom and balcony with the views were amazing. the highlights of Lan Ha Bag were stunning (we were swapped to Sapphire cruise)
more vegetarian alternatives could have been provided, longer time on kayaks/ activities

The boat was clean and tidy. It had everything you needed and more for a short stay.

The room was amazing for a boat, with a huge private bathtub
Halong bay had tons of floating garbage.
They could have provided drinking water for free

A disjointed start, when my trip on Silversea was changed to Sapphire. But told it was an upgrade and I've no complaints 🙂
My flight was delayed, meaning a very fast Taxi dash to the terminal. Luckily the boat waited for me and I'm very grateful.
I took the two night trip, and definitely the best option to see most of the Bay and surrounding islands.
Had a fantastic time, Cruising, kayaking twice in different locations, cycled Cat Ba island, and then swimming, for those brave enough to jump off the boat.
There is lots and lots and lots of food !!
Too much in reality and I couldn't eat everything they brought to the table, but all very tasty.
All the staff were excellent, very friendly.
You don't need an alarm clock. The raising of anchor at 5.45am will wake you in time for 6am Tai chi ☺️
Met some great people from around the world.
I'd definitely recommend the trip.
No real negatives, especially as they waited for me !
The only thing I'd say, is there are a lot of cruises in the bay, which somewhat spoils the view when looking for great photo opportunities.
The people on other boats probably thought same about our boat....

Tony excellent guide. Halong bay spectacular. Nice cabin with big windows.
smell of diesel in cabin ( we were at back of boat near engine)
public toilet was disgustingly smelly. ( stale urine).
No hot water in shower!

we were upgraded to the Sapphire cruise due to technical issues. service was great and activities were fun!
food was lovely but there was definitely too much. 9 courses for lunch and then the same a few hrs later for dinner. felt like a waste! but still very tasty
