No disappointments here. The accommodation was fairly described in the guest's summaries. Good value

Frendly, helpful staff. The room was nice and the parking convenient. The approach road is very steep, but good for a stiff walk after dinner

Id have no problem staying thee again very plesant being april pool was still good

Yes very clean, bed med to firm, room basic to be whats expected not always that keen on brick wall rooms but it was nice and i asked for preference room with the best view of ocean i reckon i got it room 10 . very pleasing.

Nothing i didn't like , for a motel quite a bit further away from the ocean than thought , it made it up by having a view of everything. Booking .com before i came ofereed a upgrade room But i dont see it would of been a upgrade as such as it would of meant not having the view i had. Just maybe some more info in folers in room

Great Value for Money

Great stay, excellent service and reception who recommended Valentina Restaurant for dinner which was incredible, rooms were spotless and clean, had an afternoon swim which was clean and relaxing, great value for money, definitely recommended and will stay again

Hotel signature needs updating but I'm sure will happen in time

Clean, warm and comfortable.

Very clean and comfortable room. Bed was very comfortable. Clean, fluffy towels and good hot shower. Not too far to walk to most things in town. Reception lady was very friendly. Would stay here again.

The town water is terrible. Tastes heavily of chlorine and. We know it contains fluoride, which is a neurotoxin. .We usually bring our own water with us when we travel. Some filtered water in the room would be a bonus. Just a tiny thing, but would have turned a 9/10 into a 10/10.

Pleasant

The shower had lots of hot water and the water pressure was amazing. Bed was comfortable and room was very clean. Friendly, helpful staff.

Kitchenette was very dark with poor lighting. Outside signage needs painting as it is very difficult to read name of motel. Heated pool was advertised but it was not heated at all.

Staff were great! Room is extremely comfortable. Would def stay again as the view is lovely, parking is ample, kitchennette is great. bed is comfy and it was just a great motel!.......oh Continental brekky was god too

Very neat and tidy, comfortable bed. Excellent room clean and tidy up. Great water pressure and hot water Close to town and an excellent view

Could have had the room drywalled as the inside brick is so 80’s.m

Top notch motel and top notch people make for a top notch holiday’

Having comfortable and cozy beds and linen was great, then there was the air con and fan that provided a great cool breeze. The natural light in the room was perfect and on top of all of this was the above and beyond exceptional service from Craig and the team. Couldn’t have been more helpful and were cracking people!

Comfy sleep

The beds are super duper comfortable. The biggest reason they are always our go to for our visits. The shower is great! The shower head has good power and coverage.

Will definately stay here again when next in Merimbula.

The room was lovely and clean. It was very comfortable being a really good sized room with plenty of bench space. It was also great to have a good sized bar fridge and a kitchen sink, not having to wash coffee cups in the bathroom area. We liked the fact that the bathroom also had loads of bench space.

The lighting in the room could have been better as it was a little hard to read by

Great sunrise view from the room!

Can't really keep your curtains open because people may walk in front of your window to get to their rooms.
