Good

Kitchen seated for 3 instead of 4 people. Only enough utensils for 3 people. Ie 3 forks, 3 spoons, 3 knife's instead of 4.

Apart from the maintenance, the apartment was well located and comfy.

We had stayed at Aquarius some 6 years ago and were happy to return. The location was really good: within walking distance of the main shopping area and accessible to the beaches and water. The internal layout was good and comfy. Although we didn't use the pool, we sat beside once.

The apartment we were allocated was good but in need of some maintenance. The net/scrim curtains in the front bedroom were torn, probably from the sun; a floor length curtain had a few clips missing and the washing machine that was closed a bit smelly.

Very spacious, modern bathrooms. Close to boat ramp

Good location, although on the main road it was quiet. Would recommend

Good location, able to walk to shops, restaurants etc. Pool and bbq area were great. Bed was comfortable and the apartment had everything we needed. Loved the makeup mirror, going to buy one for myself when I get home!

The shower head needs to be fixed.. sprayed from the top of head as well as the bottom. Not a problem but the fans above the shower needed to be cleaned and the bedroom fan was covered in dust

Great location. Unit 12 was terrific. The only thing staying a long time there wasn't cleaning stuff for the bathroom.

We were really happy basically with our unit, presented very well decor quite nice, the only problem we encountered was the stove top was not good, badly burnt on food etc. my husband cleaned this for you, the rubbish bins in the unit were not emptied from the last client, if these problems with the cleaning could be improved I'm sure clients would not have a complaint

Disappointing

Our room needs a serious update. The bed covers are faded and old. Some lights didn’t work. Some PowerPoints didn’t work. The old air conditioner was loud and struggled on the hotter days. There was no hand wash at the basins. The air freshener spray, detergent and washing powder looked to be very outdated and time for new products. It just felt old and outdated and a bit of care and love desperately needed to bring it up to scratch.

Air con was not as cool as it could have been to deal with the humidity.

Pleasant

We had just travelled 8 hours with a 2.5 year old toddler and when the door to the main bedroom was closed with us all inside it, the door handle came off on the other side and we were locked in without phones. The door could not be opened and it was very stressful with the toddler. Eventually we could raise the alarm with someone outside in another property and Khay the grounds staff climbed in through another window with a ladder (we were on the first floor). The door spindle had come out and could not be replaced. After the family gathering that we attended on Saturday night we returned to the unit. The key would turn in the door but the handle wouldn't open the door. We were locked out of the unit at 10:30pm. We did call the number on the information outside the property but there was no answer so I'm not sure why the number is visible to use. My daughter rang the bell at the property and Khay again came to our rescue. He got the ladder again and climbed through the window into the main bedroom this time so we were able to enter. He arranged for all the door handles to be replaced the next day which was a relief. The next day all door handles were replaced, thank goodness. When we left this morning, I took the ice bricks out of the freezer expecting them to be completely frozen but they were unfrozen. That explained the smell of prawns in the freezer when we arrived. The fridge was up as far as it could go. I have contacted the management of the property but have not had a response. I feel that this particular unit, 19, has not been maintained well and the management are not worried about it.

The location was great for beach & main town

I booked for the indoor heated pool incase weather wasn't favourable but is was emptied for repair without any notification so disappointment when we arrived and the spa was so tiny. Couch in room was not suited for 4 member family

Nice choice, well provisioned.

Very well appointed, great location, and comfortable. The manager/owners communicated well prior to arrival. Quite spaceous.

The payment arrangements are inequitable, unusual (for a booking.com client) not to mention restrictive. The Kitchen pan & cook tops were old, and showed it. It all still worked however. Feedback from our adult children found that the staff (when consulted) were a little 'curt'. Could also do with something as simple as a basketball ring, onsite....
