Limpieza comodidad

Hostel Mundo Joven Categral has an excellent location, we walk around the most importante places newar without uber/taxi or bus, The weather helped also. A lot of convinience store around.
The shower was old, so a little bit trick to take a good shower after hours walking around the city, but the bedroom was very confortable.

Almost everything is perfect! Hello to the staff at the reception, they are on fire! But you don't need to cook Mexican cuisine for breakfast, personally I didn't like it, what is known all over the world is better: scramble, and so on

Amazing hostel, definitely recommend! The facilities are great, such as the kitchen, the big sunny balcony, the rooftop bar and the breakfast/coffee/bar spot on the ground floor. The included breakfast is really good and changes every other day so you get some variety. There are quite a lot of rooms but the hostel is quite calm and it doesn’t seem crowded at all. We had the small private bedroom and although pretty small, it did the job for sleeping. It was also cleaned everyday with fresh towels, which is nice! If you want a chill hostel in el centro, I definitely recommend.

Rooftop bar was nice. Room was clean. Breakfast included
5th floor is extremely nosiest. Very close to the laundry room, shared bathrooms and the rooftop bar. Staff and people talking loudly in the hallways. Should warn guests prior to them booking 5th floor.

Very friendly and understanding staff, room was decent and location is really great - basically in city centre. It is definitely worth its money!
Facilities are quite old, but it has its charm, so I wasn’t worried a lot about that. Everything was working, so that was the most important.

Nice location close to the Zocalo. Vibrant vibes during the night at the rooftop. Very friendly staff! The room was clean and very comfortable

Room came with a great bathroom, spacious and never an issue sharing. The staff were really helpful when asked questions, the balcony view was lovely. You can not beat the location.
Beds uncomfortable, only provided with 1 x sheet and then on the bed is a pillow (which I imagine the case is not being changed) and blanket that is not likely washed. Would benefit from giving out a second sheet. Noise travels throughout the hostel at all hours. Even with ear plugs remained very noisy. No social activities for solo travellers, not a very good social atmosphere.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. It had all the facilities I needed. The breakfast was amazing and healthy. The location was great.
The rooms were small. Sometimes the noise carries through the hallways. It was expensive for what it was.

Super clean, central location, nice bathroom and shower with hot water, clean towels, and sheets, acceptable breakfast, Terrace off the kitchen was lovely and rooftop bar/restaurant had excellent food and convenient location. Great views. Friendly, helpful staff .
Our room was very tiny. The bed took up 3/4 of the room and so there was nowhere to open luggage except on the bed. There is no exterior air and it is quite noisy. You can hear other people in their bathrooms or bedrooms, as there are central light shafts so noise carries throughout the hotel easily. The rooftop terrace restaurant has pounding electronic music throughout the evening, but they do shut it down around 11 PM/midnight.

great location and an amazing rooftop. super friendly people and loved the breakfast
too much noise from people coming from the rooftop..
make sure to check what is happening in the city before you stay so you are aware about any festivities that cause a lot of noise.
Hard mattresses and no airco.

Location & breakfast
This is by far the loudest hostel I have ever been to, sleeping was almost impossible with the super loud music in the bar on the roof and a lot of drunk people (not guests) yelling on the stairs. Don't come here if you don't drink every night!

the property was not nice at all. the small double was tiny and no windows it felt like a prison. we didn’t have any hot water and there was such a strong smell in our room I was sick from it. we had to move hotel. they didn’t offer us any kind of refund.
