Great location easy to reach the port and airport and close to the centre of the town. Lovely pool and staff. Breakfast was varied.
Daughters bed was a pop up additional bed added to the room rather then a fixed bed which we had expected from the photos. This impacted her comfort as the bed was squeezed in below the air conditioning which we needed to keep on. It would be worth checking this when booking as it also reduced space in the room.

The location of the breakfast on the roof terrace was lovely. The quality of the breakfast ingredients was not good. Much of it was highly processed food eg plastic cheese and ham. The milk was UHT and not fresh. It would be better to have a smaller menu and focus on quality fresh ingredients and better tea and coffee. A freshly cooked egg station with omelette, fried scrambled and poached eggs would be good.
My room facing the sea had a great view and was excellent for plane spotting!
Breakfast. I had to pay extra to get a decent cup of coffee. Also we were not offered pool towels when we checked in. There were no towels at the pool and when we asked one of the staff he said he couldn't get them for us, so we had to traipse back through the hotel dripping wet

The staff were superb and very helpful.
A good hotel in a great situation, easily walkable from the port. Ideal for one night stop over for ferry connection.
The toilet seat did not fit the pan properly (too small).
Breakfast coffee was dreadful.
Advised reception on departure.
A little pricey!

No character. It could be a hotel room anywhere in the world.

Just a one night stopover en route to Skopelos, but all was great. Stylish hotel, lovely staff, beautiful breakfast room.
Bath/shower needs updating. No hot water either. Didn't matter as it was warm and I dont mind a cold shower. There was no plug for the bath so impossible to have one anyway.

Good position in Skiathos Town and close to the airport, which makes it convenient if you are only staying in Skiathos for a night before catching a ferry or flight.
Our room was located in the part of the hotel that has not been renovated, which is quite old and not much worth the price. Breakfast was not outstanding but was included in the price, which is not usual for similar places.

Close to the airport and perfect for one night. Concierge was very helpful. Breakfast was very good too!
The rooms we got had no views and were very far into the hotel so it was a long walk to the rooms.

There was a very good selection for breakfast with wonderful views over the harbour. Location brillant.
The only thing was the shower was a bit dated, but I know they are gradually updating the hotel

staff, great location for our needs and very smart reception areas & cleanliness.
Apart from general public areas rooms that haven’t been renovated are very poor. Uncomfortable beds and our room was quite noisy. Some rooms have been “renovated” these have nice comfy beds but bathrooms are still original and desperately need replacing.

Good night's sleep
Poor room service menu. No hot water in morning.. Mo room to sit in bar when we arrived. Ground floor room meant poor view. No kettle.

Plenty of choice, both hot and cold food but was the same each day. Self service for tea, coffee and cold drinks.
Waiters removed used plates quickly.
Have had better breakfasts, even glasses of bubbly to start the day, some people weren't happy with toaster, slow and confusing.

Good location, friendly staff, welcoming, breakfast was decent, clean. You can watch the sunrise having breakfast.
I don’t even know where to start. At checkin staff was friendly and welcoming. After check in we went for a walk, came back and swam in the pool. went to the room only to find out there was no hot (or even warm) water. We called reception 3 times to ask for updates as I was left wondering. We ended up taking a cold shower as we wanted to catch dinner early because we had an early ride the following morning. After almost 1 hours since the first call to reception to report the issue, the receptionist tried to offer a relocation. But there was no point at that stage since we were already getting ready for dinner. when going to the restaurant the receptionist tried to make up for it saying we could get a complimentary drink or order something from the a lá carte menu at the restaurant. however, the servers at the restaurant did not treat us with the same courtesy. it seemed like they were unaware of such arrangements from hotel. the restaurant experience was by far the worst experience. they were certainly treating differently people who were on the course menu vs the ones who were ordering a la carte. the food on the set menu was just disgraceful. the cherry on top of the cake was the gelatin dessert. or was it the 11 euro underwhelming stale Mille feuille… Furthermore, the rooms with sea view aren’t very private as it’s really close to the road. Also the light on the balcony should be optional.

Great breakfast and the view from the breakfast balcony over the bay is incredible! All the staff were very nice and really efficient. Special mention to the night receptionist and Anastasia in the morning.
Pretty much nothing. We had an inland room but the value was very satisfying. If we were staying for longer I would probably pay the extra for the sea view room.

Exciting view of landing of flights and ocean! Good swimming pool and nice breakfast. Modern, fancy and clean facilities and very comfort to stay. Town, port and airport is close and if you have not too big luggage, you can try walking(taking around 25 min to airport but road are good surface condition). Nor it take 10 euros so it is not bad to take a taxi. But it is highly recommended to walk from and to the port. It takes around 10 min and too short to get a taxi.
It is good for value compared to hotels in Athens. Cleaner fancier cheaper!
The price seems getting higher when the date is close. It is not a hotel's problem, I just wanna recommend to book earlier. It applies all the places in Skiathos...I barely find place to stay cause I booked in a last minute.
It is a low building so others on the ground can see your room very directly. But the thin curtain work well than expected so it is fine.

Great breakfast; Good location with water and town views from the upstairs terrace; modern common areas.
while the property has been renovated in the common areas the rooms were dissapointing; only two very flat pillows on the bed & the bathroom was old with a stained shower curtain over the bath not a glass screen… not very higeinic and not really a big cost to fix these and make a big difference…

our room was quite basic & the nerd was beyond firm!

The staff were fantastic throughout. Upon arrival welcome drinks, beautiful location & facilities ground - 1st floor. I did not see other better rooms.
So it was all impressive until we got to our room. The booking.com price was more than hotel direct so we were in an older room & a bit disapointed compared to the rest of hotel. The price I paid I should have had a better room - as expected re your photo. A bit misleading. It was only one night - if longer I would have moved, paid hotel direct & not via this. If I paid half I would be ok about it.
I did not like sitting in a bath with no plug & just luke warm water to quickly shower down as too cold. For that price I did not expect to wash my daughter/my hair over the bath as it was too cool. I felt I was back in 80s. Not good. It was all just a bit old.
I do appreciate the rules to save water with no plug - so dont give me or advertise a bath. I do understand that water is warmed solar & luck of draw who uses hot water 1st. I get that but dont advertise what is not on offer. Or be specific. I blame booking.com not hotel for not warning me otherwise on here I would have booked a different room.
Your photos do not show the old rooms needing updating - they should be much cheaper! As I say one night was fine as it was a base to fly home. The hotel will finish refurb over the next year.
You arrive - beautiful then a BIG "OH"
Please email or call me to discuss
I feel I should be reimbursed a little by booking.com 50%
I will go back again but make sure I call hotel first to discuss.

Everything was excellent. We arrived at the hotel at about 12:00 p.m. We were supposed to get the room at 3:00 p.m., but the receptionist came with the excellent news that we would have the room earlier. We were very pleased with that. The room was pleasant, it was enough for the 3 days we spent there. The staff was very pleasant. We will definitely come back again.
