A luxury and restful experience.

The breakfast was fantastic. I was amazed by the variety, no lines for the buffet, the stations were being topped up and the staff very vigilant refreshing our hot beverages and juice.

There was a young trainee in the 24 hour café who was not being properly supervised. He made a mess of my frappe order and I walked away very annoyed 😒. This was around midnight. He was fumbling trying to find ingredients and put a hot beverage in a plastic cup. Really ridiculous because I has the sake thing the previous night and it took less than 10 minutes.

Ya me había alojado antes en el hotel y lo sigo eligiendo por su ubicación, la comodidad de las habitaciones, sus vistas y el desayuno que es excelente. El personal es muy amable y siempre atento a resolver los problemas

No ofrecen crema para el cuerpo no crema de enjuague para el cabello. Es un hotel grande y hay mucho movimiento de gente, por lo que a veces las áreas comunes son muy ruidosas

My stay was immaculate!

The room was clean and spacious, breakfast was exceptional, the ambiance was great and the staff were warm and friendly.

The only issue was with the room key that stopped working quite a few times but there were no issues getting it changed.

NO RECOMENDABLE el RIU, la atención como todo servicio en Panamá es pésimo.

La ubicación.

La atención del personal la peor de más 200 hoteles visitados en mis últimos 30 años viajando. Había 6 personas en la recepción para atender y ninguna estaba capacitada. Muy agresivas, mal educadas. La primera vez en años que me cobran 80$ por reunirme una hora, con personas de otra empresa en mi habitación, porque el hotel parecía un Mall donde era imposible estar reunido. La respuesta de una de las señoritas que atendían fue, que si no estaba de acuerdo buscase otro hotel...después de haber pagado 5 noches y se negaron a cancelarme la reserva. Pago 12,50$ por día el parking, sin embargo no puedo aparcar mi coche obligándome a que lo aparquen los Valet Parking, siendo obligado a tener que dar propina, y no tanto por la propina, sino porque había más de 20 personas y no todos son de fíar, porue llevo en i vehículo cosas personales que podrían desaparecer. NADA RECOMENDABLE, un hotel de 5* que no está a la altura de los de 2* o 3*

Excelente ubicación. Comida rica, buena atención. Tuvimos problemas con el aire acondicionado por lo que nos cambiaron de habitación al piso 32 y la vista era espectacular.

Love this place

The staff are all well trained. The breakfast and meals in restaurant was delicious. When swimming, the staff also offered towels, which was very considerate. Highly recommended.

There was a bit of a smell in the corridor on the floor.

Modern beautiful hotel with nice decor and great staff
