Cómodo, bonito y precio razonable.

Las instalaciones, pileta y ubicación del hotel. Literalmente está en medio de todo👌a un precio razonable.

cierra temprano el resto aunque si comida aceptable.

Great home base for a week long shopping trip

We loved the room and the location. Comfortable bed. Great friendly staff. One member of the front desk assisted us in booking a spa day at another site that we had our eye on, which was greatly appreciated. Nice bar

Breakfast option was limited, not much variety for vegetarians. Sometimes we did not receive all of the fresh towels (small and large towels) plus the amenity kit was not restocked/refreshed when we checked in. Some issues with the shower.

Excelente ubicación, con gran vista a la ciudad y cercanía a toda la zona costera. Contaba con un Super 24/7 muy cerca, lo que fue excelente para compras de último minuto. Muy limpio y excelente atención al usuario. Sin duda regresaríamos.

Fantastic

Great staff, speak English, especially Kevin is a star.

Breakfast over the years was first class. Now I would rather skip it. The roasted potatoes were reheated from the previous day- variety limited.

Great!

Everything was really good. The staff was always welcoming ñ, helpful and they accommodate to your needs. The facilities were always clean and the bathrooms inside and outside of the bedroom was exceptional

The only minor thing is that the personal that cleans the room not always pay attention to the light of privacy when it's on

Horror in Panama City

Nothing as we had to move twice during the night because of a water leak

At 3am we were woken by a water leak. We were given another room and 1 hour later we again had to move because of a water leak. Both water leaks were from the ceiling where water was pouring out.

Good hotel. Staff were great

Staff was outstanding and went out of their way to make sure everything was OK.

Room was received had TV, A/C and room phone , all not working. Had to move rooms .

Amazing staff and great location.

The room was clean and comfortable. I did not use the breakfast option at the hotel. The view from the room was great looking at the city and coast. The staff was amazing, super nice and helpful.

The air conditioning in my room was a little slow and was not working properly. The room temperature was ok around 75 or so, but I now there was an issue.

the building and aesthetic was nice but the place has a old wet smell to it when you get into the hallways where all the rooms are located. When you arrive in your room the smell is even stronger. The hotel front desk called our room at 9pm to tell us that house keeping found stains on the sheet. they could’ve called us at proper hours. I have red hair so I did realize my hair soiled the pillow case. So I started covering my pillow each night with one of my shirts to avoid the issue again. Go to check out front desk as charging me for two sheets $80. which is crazy that’s why there laundry you was it and it comes right out. I didn’t want to start a issue so I paid the fee, but I’ll never stay there again. I’ve stayed at plenty hotels and never had this kind of issue.

The staff were very nice

The pool was a bit less than expected. The omelet took a bit long and the waiter was not sure if it carried an extra cost. In the end it was free. We rented a car and the underground parking area; looks untidy.

Don't be fooled by the pictures

The housekeeping staff was excellent. Room was cleaned perfectly every day

Every other staff member was rude difficult and reluctant to help at all. The pool was run down And the workout room was basically not functional. But most disappointment was the lack of willingness of anybody who worked at the hotel to be of any assistance for any little questions we had

A perfect spot for a wonderful vacation

Breakfast was fantastic and worth having included at the time of booking. The staff was always helpful and willing to accommodate our requests. Will definitely be staying again on future trips

Really spacious room, friendly staff and was able to do an early check in both times we stayed there. Good location.
