Grand Stay @ Hyatt Regency Pune

Badly managed. Unhygienic. Dusty. Bad service. Not maintained well. Not worth the money spent.

Nothing special.

Hygiene was bad. We found wood bugs in bed. Room wasn’t the cleanest. I am allergic to dust and I had allergy everyday of my stay everytime I entered the room and got in bed. Service was slow, delayed and many times wrong. The AC made loud sounds, I called technician twice and the problem still remained. On the last day of stay, the AC did not work well at night, woke up in sweat. Needed to call them many times before they answered.

So far so good.

Ambience and food was good. 1 BHK Room have enough space and well planned.

Not meant for Indian families. All toilets have tissues instead of water spouts. Play area was pathetic, no games to play and it is in open area.

The service was really good staff and management team was really helpful

Called the property a week before for room decoration however it was not ready it just spoiled my surprise

I like the complimentary breakfast and the cleanliness

There were switchboards that were not fixed and were loose..the room should have gone through a thorough check before alloting the room to the guests, disappointed here

Great experiance

Right from the checkin process, house keeping, attention to detail in the way the room is maintained.

Had to wait for a seating at the restaurant. But, that's because we didn't bother to reserve a table.

many things. one of the worst exprience of Hyatt. Room was dirty , staff unresponsive , long duration of wait, room amenities not working properly ... all in all worst exp of Hyatt

A good stay

The breakfast and room was good. However the staff needs to be a little hospitable towards the guests. Very rarely I have seen the staff to be average at such 5 star hotels, and Hyatt Regency was one of those experiences. The health club amenities were worn out especially the steam and jacuzzi. It needs a revamp. The pool and breakfast were great, loved it.

An overnight luxurious stay.

Excellent location, State of the art facility, great food and courteous staff. Stayed there overnight and I must say it was a superb experience. Highly recommended if you enjoy a relaxing pool, complementary steam and sauna.

The washroom has a two way entrance from the room but there is no provision of locking the restroom from inside to have more privacy. Something we weren't comfortable with.

The location of the hotel was excellent. All the major locations we wanted to visit were of near proximity. The room has a beautiful view and the toilet was excellent. We came for our relaxational vacation and our stay was amazing.

Staff couldn’t find my booking and had to wait half hour. Then they denied points for my stay because I made an Internet booking.

Was a good experience. Could visit again.

Staff was very courteous and welcoming catered to every need and query. Rooms were clean with a stacked mini bar. Room service/requests were promptly catered to. Breakfast spread wasn't very elaborate but had the right varieties for a fulfilling start to the morning. Amenities like the 24x7 gym is really useful. Piano sessions in the weekend evenings are a bonus. In house restraunts have a good variety and quality of food is good.

The curtains weren't touch controlled and bathtubs could use a caddy tray. There wasn't a handshower in the shower cubicle, just an overhead one. Housekeeping could be a bit more meticulous at cleaning the washroom floors. Small portable speakers could be allowed in.
