So much lacking the quirkyness can't hide.

Cleanliness and central location. Quirky atmosphere with a unique menu for food items.

No coffee maker in the room, no mini fridge in room, no alcohol available, the shower area leaked water into the bathroom, noisy exhaust fan, the window blinds and The door leaked too much light into the room in the early morning and the night which was quite disturbing. The windows were not sound insulated enough and each bike and horn was heard inside. Tv had channels that were not paid for and didn't work. The staff lied that it would work in 10 minutes. It never worked. The staff was curt. Too many automated emails asking for prepayment with a threat to cancel the booking . There is parking space for just 4 cars and the staff does not prioritize residents parking. So even people that had come for lunch had blocked the parking space. The parking space is not covered. No non veg options.

Comfortable and vibrant !

It is a cute place, very vibrant with young crowd and staff. Very clean and green. I loved the Chirp restaurant, lots of positive vibes. The rooms were clean so were the bathrooms. Chef Rakesh was the highlight of the stay. Mouthwatering food and dishes. Overall the stay was excellent and would definitely go back. :))

Just one thing i would like to mention is the noise in the night as we are early sleepers. And we were given the first floor so that was only disturbing until mid night. Otherwise the stay was great and highly recommend

Fantastic Place

I spent 3 weeks in India travelling and this was the best value for money hotel, the rooms were brilliant, the staff were lovely and the onsite restaurant was spectacular, we had breakfast and lunch there most days.

I would rate it 11/10 - absolutely fantastic hotel

The list of likes and par excellence likes is long for this place; we loved the location of this small boutique but fantastic hotel. Staff: very courteous, friendly and welcoming Breakfast: not a big spread, but just perfect. It's a veg restaurant, so the menu is catered accordingly. Ambience: Of the entire hotel, room over decor is minimalist, fresh and vibrant. Modern: By modern, I mean they are technologically advanced in communications and technology has been used well to make the stay easy . most important for us was that the hotel is resourceful and sustainably did things - e.g. they had a tea/coffee and water cart on every floor, but they provided anything you needed, I needed iron and a sewing kit when asked at the reception they were able to provide that.

Absolutely nothing that I would put in the negative. We never had a problem, but it seemed like there was not much parking available.

Absolutely nothing ..😡 foul smell ..dirty rooms.

Absolutely nothing ..Service is bad ..I would rather stay in a 5 star property ...only want money for stay ..very bad no smooth checkin ..

Avoid this property

There was nothing to like about.

Telecom was not working, flush in the washroom was not working and the staff was least bothered. Ideally I should get full refund ..... absolute waste of money.

British visitor and very happy

The staff are lovely and the place is incredibly clean. The breakfasts are simple and tasty. Happy to return.

I think my room was next to the cleaners’ store room which meant I was woken when they started at 7am. Not a major problem.

location, decent breakfast, polite staff, clean rooms

zero sound insulation, there was too much noise on my floor, some rooms are without windows while rooms with windows have too much external noise, no provision of in-room kettle/tea/coffee

My stay was excellent

The hotel was clean and well kept. The room was clean but is small. The staffs were very helpful. The location was perfect.

Overall stay, exceptional quality staff, quality of rooms cleanliness and service.

Small room of improvement in room service and restaurant menu. Choice of drinks for diabetes like diet Coke or zero or not available one have to buy it from outside.

Actually on their website room for 2 charges around 4500 But they charged us 1000 more for every night and we were staying there for 4 days. And took more than half of the amount before even showing us the room, it was around 11:30 at night we were 2 women in a strange city so had to give the money. I really felt cheated. Rooms were very small. And wi fi could not be connected the last day. And after staying there for 2 days their watchman asked us why we are here. Too disappointed .

Great location. Good food. And one of the best showers I’ve used in a hotel.

Too much noise coming from people moving outside. Needs better sound insulation.
