とても良かったです。

江南駅にも近く周りにコンビニも多く何不自由なく過ごせるのにとても広くてこの値段でしたのでとても良かったです。日本語が少し話せる方もいらっしゃったので助かりました

浸かる気は元々ありませんでしたが、バスタブが汚かったのでその上でシャワーをするのが少し気になりました。

Horrible room, not a pleasant smell of bleach. The insane noise of air conditioners, the rumble of air conditioners was heard all night long, it seemed as if you were flying in an airplane.

Gangnam area for 1 night is ok

The staff are ok but English is a problem

The room has no window, no breakfast service and literally the entrance is super bad with a very narrow hall.

Great and convenient location, spacious room

Great location and friendly staff. The secondary bed in our room was very comfortable, the big bed not so much. Lights and "clean/don't clean"-requests were easily managable by a digital screen between our beds. Very spacious room, especially for Seoul - plenty of space to open our suitcases and still walk around freely. The hotel is located in a quiet area of Gangnam, a bit further away from the heart of the district, but very conveniently right next to a subway station and multiple convenience stores. Not many restaurants directly around, but gangnam station is only about 10-15 minutes away on foot.

The toilet in our room was leaking water whenever we'd flush, which wasn't a big concern with the provided slippers. The only small window in the room was completely blacked out, but due to it being too cold outside to sleep with the window open, it was always pitch black in the room with no way to tell the time from sunlight. On our first day we slept until being awoken by the vacuum cleaner in the room next to us, since the dark room made us believe it was still in the middle of the night. The wifi didn't work at all times.

Pleasant

Location is ideal right near metro and bus stop. All good outlets and show rooms are nearby for shopping and dining out. Well connected to all of Seoul.

But jhe room was little smelly. A.c was very old and performance was low. Exhaust of bathroom was not working either. So kind of damp smell. Mattresses were also not comfortable. We asked for an extra pillow and they didn't have it. So if you don't have other options only then go for it. Not recommended

Very satisfied with our stay.

Overall a very nice stay. The location is very convenient. Everything we need is around the corner. The room is nice. Near the train and bus station. I will definitely book again here. The staffs are also very accommodating. Really worth the money.

The wifi is fluctuating. We had to use an extension cord as some outlets are not working for the aircon.

Best Value for Money - Fantastic Hotel

Best value for money! Was so suprised how big the room was, the bathroom was huge too. Nice big bathtub, big shower. Very clean, room cleaned each day. Great location too: in the heart of Gangnam in a modern area. Would stay anytime again!!

Excellent location (1 min walk from the station exit)

People at front desk are professional, polite, and nice. Good communicators. The location is perfect, 1 min walking distance from Yeoksam station, easy to find as well.

Some hairs and stains on the bed sheet, blankets and pillow cases. They felt unwashed. I asked front desk to change them but I was first told that there might not be any left but they eventually handled it very quickly and properly. The new ones had no hair and smelled washed so all good. Another thing was that the lights were very dark and one and only window makes the room even darker and its air bad. No breakfast is provided.

Comfy and well located, don’t check in early and don’t expect much natural light

Cozy room, huge bath tub and perfect location right next to the subway and the limousine bus to Incheon Airport! Staff is also really pro!

Not much natural light in the room, felt a bit like a bunker. Extra fee for Check-In before 3pm felt like a rip off, especially since the room was already ready and it literally took them 1 minute.

everything, the rooms are very dated. No windows , flooded shower, super hard mattress. only thing good is the location and the staff. the hotel being in such a dire condition is not the staffs fault

Pleasant

Location was good and staff at the front desk was pleasant.

Beds were too hard. Lights in the room and bathroom are not bright. There was only one tiny window in our room and that too was painted over to block the light. The wall sockets next to the bed seemed to get switched off when we turned off the lights. We left the bathroom light on as a night light for our child but it automatically switched off after sometime, even though the bathroom was in use at the time.

Close enough to Gangnam at an accessible price!

Hotel Star Gangnam is by Exit 3 of Yeoksam Station. It is less than a 2-minute walk and it is very convenient. The facilities are nice. (The lobby is past the elevators and to the right.) The room was big, the bed was comfortable, and the water pressure was exception. I enjoyed the bath tub, which was the size of a small jacuzzi. The staff was very diligent and expedited the process with no issues. I would definitely stay here again.

I have no complaints about this hotel. The hotel is ideally situated and well-connected to public transport. Attractions, public facilities, and convenience stores are within walking distance. All in all, it is a great hotel.

I am not satisfied the hospitality of the hotel. and moreover i am not satisfied about the hotel rules and regulations.

the property is good.

Because there we mention we are 3 person but they provide only 2 person bathroom kit. Moreover they are not allowed to keep our luggage in the store or lobby after check out. I told them that i have exam and my exam will be finished at 3 pm. than i will come and collect the luggage in the hotel store room.

Very good

Perfect location, big room and bath!

Water in the bath wasn't very hot :( We found out it only at night and decided not to call to the front desk. But because of it couldn't enjoy taking a bath for long time
