It was alright

The property was clean.

It looks good from the outside also the main entrance but once you get to the rooms, it’s really old . Breakfast is included and it’s 200 pesos per person if you wanted to eat there.

Un lugar muy practico y bien ubicado para pasar el fin de semana.

Muy buena ubicación, cerca del centro y de buenos lugares para desayunar y comer. Prácticamente el punto medio para llegar a buen tiempo a cualquier ubicación que quisiéramos.

Decepcionante

Me pico una chinche en la mano la primera noche, por suerte la atrapé y se las enseñe a administración, nos cambiaron de habitación pero tenía un olor a cigarro insoportable, somos personas de la tercera edad. No regresaría

Location!! Price!!

Cleaning staff was too loud. We tried to sleep thru the jetlag and could hear the moving furniture, laughing and calling to eachother down the halls.

I didn't enjoy the stay

There was no one to help with the luggage neither on the check in day or on the day we left the hotel The front desk staff were no friendly at all Besides a young man named Diego every one was rude. Excellent location and housekeeping service

Beautiful hotel in a great location.

The property did not respect my reservation. I reserved two king size bedrooms with breakfast included. they charged me for breakfast and gave we’re not respecting the type of rooms. staff at the front desk was rude from the beginning. we still ate at the restaurant because we needed to. the food was good but the service was rude too. the front desk and restaurant staff is the same. over all it was not a pleasant experience.

Not bad but it needs remodelation ASAP!!!

location, close to everything.

outdated decor, you could hear everything from the hallway, I had to call reception cause they were having a party across my room and they were making too much noise. someone came luckily and they stop even though it was already 4:00am they should tell guests parties aren’t allowed when they’re checking in.
