da localização
o cheiro de mofo era insuportavel...mesmo solicitando à recepção nada foi feito...uma pena

The welcoming atmosphere from the front desk as soon we arrived until we left. The willingness to make are stay memorable and comfortable!
The closing of the pool early and the pool bar at 7 pm.
4.1
Nice location, beach front in a lively area. Restaurants were pretty good. Overall good experience
The personnel did not make any effort to speak English, which you should expect if you have international guests. When we asked info for boat trips they only showed us the leaflet of the hotel and were not able to provide any information on how to book boat tickets outside the tour
4.1
The room was clean.
The breakfast is buffet, delicious but they didn’t have options of bread or cake gluten free or vegan for example.
The location is perfect, but noicy
The staff is super nice!
The pool is good!
Housekeeping all days.
Too much humidity, even if you close the windows of the room and turn off the AC, the walls began to sweat even the floor!!! Not sure if the infrastructure needs a remodeling but this was not comfy, we couldn’t dry any clothes in the room, and all the clothes got this bad smelling and still wet with AC or without AC. Also a headache because of this smelling all the time. And you can’t run all night the AC because the air is not the best quality.
Noicy, highly recommended to change the material of the windows.
More options for gluten free or allergies

The location was excellent!
The staff were clearly biased about who receives quality service. I saw servers, security and some of the front desk workers providing QUALITY customers service to the white partons. It was very pronounced and heartbreaking to witness. I will definitely go back to San Andres, however Hotel Casablanca does NOT have to worry about me spending my precious dollars at that establishment. It was very upsetting to witness in such a beautiful city.

close to the beach, food
could get noidy in the night

The location is ideal. The second floor roof top is a great space. We enjoyed our stay and the bkfast was a great selection.
it would be nice if they provided at least one bottle of water in the room for the guests. We paid the buffet dinner but very limited.
4.1
- very spacious rooms
- lots of choices regarding food
- don't expect to have wifi
- don't expect a fast check in process (make sure to double check all personal info such as names/address/... before signing documents)

Location on the beach, good cocktails by the hotel pool bar, restaurants nearby.
The unhelpful staff!
Room was not ready on 19th although i paid for 18th check-in: Due to bad weather, our connecting flight to Bogota got diverted to Medellin, and couldn't make it to Bogota on time for the last flight out to San Andres on the 18th (as planned). I called the hotel to re-assure them we will be going the next day. Upon arrival 24 hours later our room was not ready and check-in staff told us check-in is from 16h00 - although I had paid for a room from the previous day! We had to wait, argue and speak to a manager to get a room that was paid for and should have been available a day earlier.
On my final day I cut my foot badly on a boat trip anchor and got to the hotel bleeding asking for assistance and a doctor, they directed me first to pharmacies, which could not help due to the severity of the wound. Therefore I went back to the hotel asking for a doctor to be sent because my food was bleeding badly and dripping from my shoe. They said they cannot do that, and all they could do was to have a member of staff walk with me on the street to hail a taxi - which is something I could do myself - and in fact what I ended up doing.
This was a disappointing experience, the worst I had in Colombia in many visits with staff not trying to hide that they couldn't care less about their guests. Checkout was quick and they didn't even try to be courteous and ask about my injury (which was bad enough to require, 4 stitches). I would certainly not recommend this place.

This property was very LOVELY and comfortable considering the location.
I did not realize that it was located in a PUBLIC AREA. I am used to ALL-INCLUSIVE RESORTS and I never thought about the PRIVACY ASPECT of the properties. This Hotel Casablanca is in a public setting with locals making noise all times of night ! Resorts have PRIVATE BEACHES !!
Other than the NOISE ALL NIGHT ASPECT, the hotel was GREAT. The accommodations were just fine, the staff was LOVELY, and the food was OUTSTANDING !!

Staff was amazing - if you meet Hugo you’ll see what I’m talking about!
Food was also good, and it’s very close to everything.
I think the breakfast hours should be extended at least until 9:30

i love everything there
all was perfect
4.1
absolutely nothing
Everything. The rooms were filthy dirty and the smell of sewer in 3 different rooms was atrocious. the beds were extremely uncomfortable, and the staff was unhelpful. Thjs place is also not service animal friendly unless you translate your service animal documents to Spanish. I cried once I stepped into our first room because the smell was so bad.
4.1

Best location in Island
Little bit overpriced

the hotel has great location and the best restaurants in San Andres
4.1
Good rooms and staff. Great restaurants and location.
The water is contaminated with sewage and smells. There is clearly an issue with the connection to the city as other hotels don’t have this issue. It’s a major health issue.
Also, NO HOT WATER.
4.1
we would say that the property was amazing, probably the best on the island. location was perfect, right on the beach and the beach view room was incredible. The cleanliness too. The breakfast buffet was rich and fresh and full of different foods, fruits and pastries. We enjoyed the pool. The restaurants were okay, nothing special.
So for the first night we had a nice hot shower. The following days it was always frigid cold no matter the time or how long we ran the water. The next Issue was the WIFI, it was very very weak and slow. The third issue was the TV, for a smart TV it didn’t work well. We tried to use Netflix and it did not work. We contacted the front desk and they said it is normal because of the poor WIFI.

They should renew the towels

We were having trouble picking a place because there are really no resorts in the area
this hotel isn't new but they are always maintaining it. They accommodated what we needed for sleeping. They had enough places to eat on site and the food was outstanding. As an American we were not sure where and what would be safe so that is why we choose this. I would highly recommend not walking on that boardwalk if you cannot speak Spanish at night The beach was right there and some of the staff spoke English a bit and help us. We looked at aquamarine it was brand new and looked nice. we ate over there with friends the food was horrible and the only thing they really had was the nice decks and a view. we are glad we picked this hotel The breakfast was amazing

Breakfast and location were awesome

I was very upset that employees entered my room to
remove one of the twin beds not in use. Employees
entered without permission and without prior
notice. In order to take the bed they touched all
my belongings that were on the bed to move it
to the other bed. I blame management as I believe
they gave the employees the order to remove my
bed and touch my personal belongings. Also, the
room had been cleaned that morning so I did not
expect anyone else to enter my room, so I became
scared when I entered my room and could smell
a man’s cologne, I thought a man was inside my
room and that is when I discovered they took
the bed.
