Mala atencion y mala limpieza

la ubicacion

Tuvimos un problema con la alarma de la puerta, sonaba cada día a las 5 de la mañana, el personal no le importancia al asunto hasta el tercer día que tuvimos que enojarnos. Fue una estadía de 6 noches, de las cuales 4 nos levantamos a las 5 de la mañana, la ultima noche nosotros mismos arreglamos la alarma frente a la falta de proactividad del personal. Atención del personal MUY POCO ATENTOS! Ademas, la limpieza de la habitación fue NULA, solo hacían la cama, el baño nunca lo limpiaron

Lo que más nos encantó del hotel son las habitaciones muy cómodas , y la atención de luz waoooooo ella sabe sonreír asesorar sin lugar a dudas cualquier huésped que vaya a reservar pregúntenle a ella, pudimos ir en un pontón a conocer las islas

Junto con mi esposo no nos Gusto la atención por parte de una de las recepcionistas que nos recibió al hotel ya que nos hubico el primer día en una habitación que no correspondía a mi reserva,al Decirle sobre la reserva la mala cara y la actitud de contradecir fue un momento bochornoso e incómodo, ya que no pueden hacer lo que ellos quieren con los huéspedes,deben de respetar la reserva y ubicarlos en la.habitacion dónde se reserva ,,, nunca responden los mensajes que deja el cliente en Booking falta más asesoría, ya que de llegada , estábamos a 2 minutos del aeropuerto nos cobraron 25.000 un dinero perdido por la falta de atención y desinformación , podíamos caminar 10 minutos y llegamos facil ,, pero no !!!!!!! Les falta calor humano sonreír más , bastante cara de puño , por otro lado se fue la luz , no servía el ascensor, no hubo agua caliente, ,, al centro muy lejos y muy caro para siempre ir nos tocaba pagar transporte, no volveríamos a reservar nunca es nunca en nuestra próxima visita nos hospedaremos en el centro.

Booking.com sollte diese Unterkunft aus dem Programm streichen

Bei Ankunft erklärte man uns, die Klimaanlage in unsren Zimmern sei ausgefallen, weshalb man sie nicht vermieten könne. Wir wurden in einer ne andere Unterkunft verwiesen, dort waren die Zimmer mehr als nur basic . Die Ausrede mit der Klimaanlage wurde verwendet, um die Zimmer nicht nur für eine Nacht vermieten zu müssen

Suverän takpool och läge men visst oengagemng hos flera i personalen

Bra läge strax utanför centrum. Fantastiskt fin takpool med under utsikt i olika riktningar. Luz i receptionen suverän, Vi fick vara kvar vid poolen hela eftermiddagen efter vi checkat ut tack vare Luz. Stefanie som städade våra rum jättetrevlig och positiv. Rummet stort och fräscht.

Vissa i personalen var oengagerade och vägrade konsekvent försöka förstå den minsta engelska. En morgon fick vi vänta en halvtimme på ägg för man hade tappat bort tändaren.

Beautiful and convenient digs in paradise.

The location is very central. 3 minutes from the airport so if you like watching aviation it's an added bonus. If you don't like loud noises be prepared to deal with a loud take-off about once an hour or so. I personally loved it. The housekeeping services are impeccable especially in an area that is constantly covered in sand. The staff are friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate whenever possible.

The elevator to level 3 was not functioning properly and we were staying with my grandmother who at 90 years old had some trouble on the stairs.

Effective stay in a clean, comfortable hotel

We only stayed for 1 night as we moved on to Providencia the next morning. For that purpose the hotel was very convenient located close to the airport. Very clean spacious rooms with large king size bed, good airconditioning, kitchenette and small but good bathroom. Breakfast was good.

For us it was fine for one night. But to stay longer: the place did not really have a nice atmosphere. It was efficient but lacked soul. Then again, we did not like the vibe of San Andres anyhow. So maybe it was us.

I wouldn't stay again.

The breakfast was good and the wait staff was very kind. Also the housekeepers were kind and smiled. The room was good...the air conditioning was just right.

The girl at the desk didn't smile and was cool. She made me feel like I was bothering her.

Good location, good Price; quiet ambiance

the location is excellent; not far from the downtown; quiet and ideal to have a good rest .. away from the noise and the loud music form the downtown. the no noise policy ; no speakers in the hotel .. make it peaceful the staff; is gentle; happy to help you. I would like to thank Vicky; thanks for her help

the pool schedules; closing the pool at 19:00 it is too early.

Very good

Location: The hotel is located 10 min (walking) away from the city center and the beach. It has shops for groceries and a drugstore nearby. Comfort: The rooms are spacious and comfortable for a small family. The pool is in the roof top with a nice view over the city. Cleanliness: The hotel facilities and in general the room was clean and up to the standards for covid-19 (use of mask and sanitizer available) Staff: The staff was very friendly and willing to help (we had to find medicines late at night and they helped us finding someone to help)

Room: Our room when we arrived had several issues, there was a problem with the electricity because the stove wasn’t properly maintained, the shower didn’t had hot water, the cutlery wasn’t very clean and the dishes/cups weren’t microwave save (through there was a microwave). It took to the hotel 2 days to change us to another room because it was full. Payment: It took several days of trying for the hotel to be able to charge my credit card I was expecting my reservation to be charged directly through booking.com but that wasn’t the case

Room was not Cleaned well, didn't leaves us fresh towels or toiletries. Sheets not changed. Breakfast could be better fresh cooked to order. NO hot water in showers.

The bed was comfortable but they don't use fitted bottom sheets so this became a problem during the night. The rooftop pool is great and has an excellent view. The kitchenette was handy, the a/c was very good. Really good blackout drapes.

The location was not great. It was a 10 minute walk to the main area with all the restaurants. It is also across the street from a school so very load in the morning. Our shower had a bunch of calcium buildup so we had to get on a chair and clean It for It to work well. This is a common lack of maintenance.

The only thing good in this hotel is the staff: Respectful and easy going.

Very bad location for the price, the hotel offers pretty much nothing, not even hot water. Breakfast is very mediocre.
