إطلالة جميله حيث كنت اسكن بالطابق ٢١ واجلس بالبلكونة الصغيرة جدا جدا الغرف كويسه مع انها صغيرة جدا يوجد محل بقالة مصغر كوشك تقريبا مويه وغازيات ومكسرات وسناكات فقط وأجهزة صراف ومطاعم لكن لم اجربها..الرفوف والدواليب كافيه جدا وعجبني الحمام والمطبخ متكامل ونظافة الشقة بشكل عام

مكان الإقامة بعيد جدا عن البوسفور وعن استينيا بارك مول و الأماكن المستهدفة سياحيا الغرف صغيرة جدا والبلكونة ماتاخذ الا كرسيين.. دخلت في ١/٧/٢٠٢٤ وخرجت في ٤/٧/٢٠٢٤ والمسبح مغلق للصيانة كل يوم بكره لين خرجنا

Nice 3 night stay in Istanbul

Nice hotel, decent sounds insulation between the rooms and from the outside, could hear steps from above room though. Comfortable beds, good shower room. Metro is 10 mins walk, a few places to eat just outside of the hotel.

A wonderful place to stay with the family. Amenities and comfort

This is my second stay here. I have thoroughly enjoyed the first visit, and the experience was good this time as well. For those traveling with children, an apartment-style hotel with this level of service and overall quality is a rare find! The apartments are clean and spacious, there is ample parking in the garage (free) and the location is wonderful if you do not have a need to be in the very center of the city every day. The pool is a nice touch, as are the saunas and the gym.

I am not the biggest fan of the cleaning service: they do a good job but the last thing I need mid-day is someone from housekeeping ringing the doorbell and loudly announcing themselves outside to check in with me on how I liked the cleaning. Thankfully they did not wake up the kid even once, otherwise I would have been very upset. Optional paid breakfast lacks quality for the price. You can exit the hotel and go next door (20 meters) to a wonderful place that has better food for 1/3 of the price. Something has to change - either quality - or price. The hot tub has been out of service since early November - upsetting

Leuk verblijf

Professioneel en goed getrainde medewerkers. Modern en kwalitatieve bekleding van het gebouw/kamer. Een zeer ruime ondergrondse parkeergarage. Binnenzwembad met sauna/stoombad. We hadden een 1+1 geboekt maar hebben gratis een upgrade gekregen naar een 2+1. Tegen het complex hebben ze ook een winkel waar je boodschappen kunt doen.

Binnenzwembad was een beetje aan de koude kant. Locatie is wel wat ver van de van de bezienswaardigheden. Auto huren is een must. Door de files ben je wel minimaal 40 minuten van elk bezienswaardigheid af.

Honestly guys great place to stay

Proparty on good location honestly I have done a lots of trip but this hotel staffs are excellent.

Everything amazing staffs specially Hamza and all his colleagues on reception really kind and helpful without any expectations they are really professional and providing a great customer service and made our trip with family memorable. I would suggest this hotel for your stay as this was my second trip at Istanbul.

The perfect stay close to IST Airport

The room was new and very clean. High attenton to the details and great staff.

I loved the stay at the radisson. I can only make a small remark. The temperature in the gym was real hot. Easily solvable.

قريب من السنتر ويجاوره عدة مطاعم وجهاز صراف الي وصيدليه وسوبرماركت كبير وتعامل الموظفين رائع جداً لم ارى مثل تعاملهم وسرعة الاستجابه واشكر الموظف ايجن والموظفه ايليف على حسن تعاملهم

عدم وجود شطاف والتأخر في انتظار المصعد والسرير غير مريح نهائياً ومستوى الفندق 4 نجوم والشقه غرفتين تصلح لعائله مكونه من 4 اشخاص فقط

Alles in allem ein perfekter Aufenthalt!

Sehr sehr sauber (!), Willkommensnacks im Zimmer, die Lage ist schön ruhig und einfach zu erreichen, kostenfreies Parkhaus, neben dem Hotel gibt es ganz viele Restaurants und eine Mall in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

طبعان كما عودناكم اول واهم شي هوه نوع افياش الكهرباء علشان شاحن الجوال افياشهم ابو فتحتين حتي لو شاحنك ابو ثلاله اطلب من عنهم وصله يعطوك هيه نرجع للفندق ...الفندق ممتاز عباره عن شقق فندقيه. الامان كل شي فيه ممتاز وموقعه جيد قريب من مول خمس دقايق بل سياره. تحت الفندق مطاعم متنوعه للفطور والغداء والاكل. العاملون يخدموك في اي طلب تطلبه بعيد عن ازعاج اسطنبول للي حابب الهدوا. لو معاك سياره انصح فيه انا وعايلتي استمتعنا فيه النظافه والوسع واغراض الشقه كلها متوفره.جميع لوازم المطبخ متوفره اشكر الاخ حسام اتوقع اسمه كده خدمنا كثير

Rezidansta geçirdiğim konaklama sürecinde, personelinin kalitesi beni etkiledi. Ön büro personeli, olağanüstü hizmet anlayışları ve misafirperver tavırları ile öne çıktı. Lokasyon, merkezi olması nedeniyle şehri keşfetme imkanı sundu. Otelin genel temizliği ise dikkat çekiciydi, her anlamda özenle korunuyordu. Personelin içten davranışları, konaklamayı daha değerli kıldı. Booking.com üzerinden rezervasyon yapmamızda bize sağladıkları kolaylık da ayrıca takdir edilesiydi. Odaların konforu ve düzeni, kalite standartlarını yansıtıyor. Genel olarak, bu rezidansta geçirdiğim süre, hizmet, lokasyon, temizlik, değer ve online rezervasyon konularında beklentilerimi aştı. الفندق عبارة عن شقق فندقية راائعة وممتازه الشقة فيها جميع التجهزات كاملة ونظيفة بالكامل ويتوفر غسالة ملابس وأواني .. جميع العاملين بالفندق والاستقبال في قمة الاحترام فعلاً يستحقوون الشكر والتقدير ومتعاونيين ففي كل شيئ وبالأخ الاخ المحترم حمزه وجميع العاملين بالاستقبال متعاونيين في خدمة النزلاء.. توجد مواقف سيارات كبيرة ومجانية والآمان في الفندق جداً ممتاز وموقع الفندق قريب من الاماكن المهمة وقريب من الفندق مطاعم وسوبرماركت ومقاهي فعلاً الفندق ممتاز ويصلح للعوائل بالذاات وأنصح فيه بدوون تردد .. وأنا سكنت في هذا الفندق على 3 مراحل وهذا طبعاً من ارتياحي للسكن فيه وسوف يكون الفندق المفضل لدي لما أنزل اسطنبول .. وأشكر جميع العاملين بالفندق وبالأخص موظفين الاستقبال جميعهم بدون استثناء والشكر الخاص للأخ حمزه الذي فعلاً له دور مهم مع العرب وأيضاً باقي موظفين الاستقبال متعاونيين ومحترمين ولهم كل الشكر والاحترام وأيضاً الشكر الى عمال التنظيف بصراحة أخلاقهم طيبة ومتعاونين وفعلاً هذه الرسالة ليست مجاملة بل هذه الحقيقة التي لمستها في هذا المكان علماً بأني كثير السفر في جميع دول العالم وكثير السفر بالذات الى تركيا ولكن فعلاً لمست في هذا المكان الراحة النفسية التي لم أجدها في أي فنادق أخرى .. وأتمنى من ادارة الفندق الاستمرار على هذا النهج المميز وشكراً لهم جميعاً على حسن التعاون والاستضافة 🌹🤝

A great place for a great stay

Rooms are very clean. Furniture is new. Windows are from floor to ceiling. The hotel is situated at the top of a hell and looking over a huge area of Istanbul. Car park is available in the basement. Very hi security. There is no room service but many resturants are available in the area just under the hotel. Kitchen is equipped with all you need in addition to espresso machine, Turkish coffee facility and a microwave. Thanks to Mr. Hamza and Mr. Mohammed

There was nothing I didnt like. It was really fabulous.

Очень приятный персонал. Вокруг гостиницы много ресторанов и супермаркетов

Нам дали огромный номер с двумя отдельными спальнями. В номере есть кухня, полностью экипирована посудой для приготовления и сервировки. Тарелок и приборов хватит даже если вы пригласите гостей! В номере было чисто и спокойно. Он действительно стоит своих денег.

Terrific service and room with panoramic views of Istanbul

Very friendly staff that gave us a free upgrade to the 23rd floor with a great view over the city! They are always smiling and are ready to help.

Exceptional Location, Staff and Apartment ! Must stay

Great location ! Quite area with a supermarket, restaurants as well as pharmacy nearby. The staff have been extremely helpful and friendly especially Ayfer, Hamza and Anas - thank you so much for the hospitality. The apartments are spacious and offer a great deal of sunlight with a balcony on a stunning view. All of the required amenities such as fridge, dishwasher, ironing board and iron as well as washing machine, electrical water kettle are provided. I will definitely be visiting again and staying here as well as recommending Radisson to family and friends.
