Unfortunately, the hotel is located quite a distance from the center, no restaurants open after 9pm

friendly service, varied breakfast, good food in the restaurant, especially the chocolate mousse

A decent stay for a quick layover.

We stayed here for a short haul before flying out of Istanbul. The location is far off for a touristy trip. Will need a cab to get anywhere for anything like food, shopping, or any attractions. Staff was very friendly.

A/C. did not work well. we changed rooms and it was no better! so, uncomfortable sleep as room was too warm.

Staff were very nice ,especially esra who worked at the reception, very smiley and friendly Beds very comfortable I enjoyed my sleep ,couldnt hear any noise outside my room Breakfast is huge many options that taste so good

Room service staff dont speak English i tried to tell one of the female staff in the morning to get me cups for coffee and water she didnt understand until i showed her the ones in my room ,she said yes and never came back ,she did the same thing the next day .there was urine on the carpet in my room and smelled very bad ,i dropped my clothes by accident and when i picked them up they smelled of urine The most important part that needs to be done is a smoking area with seats Some people like to have their coffee outside with a cigarette but sitting down not standing

Decent hotel, well priced, but far away from main attractions

The hotel is well maintained, clean and with nice decor. The staff are helpful though their english isn't 100% Omit in particular (bellboy) was very helpful. The hotel's pool is nice and there is a sauna and Turkish bath for males only.

We were put in a disabled person room which seems not to have been used in a while, the aircon is hard to work out and there was noise from adjacent rooms showers through the night. Be ware this hotel is off the beaten track and it takes the best part of 1 hour to get to downtown Istanbul by metro

Poor experience

Nothing

O ordered a room with single king bed i got two separate bed room. There was a smell of cooking in the entire floor. I ordered a pizza from room service. Not only it was horribly overpriced i also waited for it for an hour, apparently they ordered it somewhere outside and sold it to me. Staff was nor helping at all.

Disappointing

It was near some parks that I went to where you could see locals, however, I did uber it there due to the roads and it not being within walking distance. The staff that clean the rooms are very nice too.

Before I came in I had messaged the place asking if it was okay that I paid using GBP as I did not have euros. Whoever replied said yes but when I got into the hotel, the reception staff looked confused and refused until I showed them the text messages. They accepted the big sum however I had £1.20 left of my balance which they refused to take in GBP and luckily I had someone I knew in the hotel to pay that in Turkish lira. Breakfast is an extra fee and the hotel itself is quite far from the city center.

A hotel not worthy of carrying the Ramda wyndham group hotel name.

They refused to honor terms of booking.com and only complied after an hour of iritating back and forth. Of course no one on booking.com customer service available
