Ajánlom!

Központi helyen lévő (éttermek, boltok, bevásárló központ, … minden egy helyen). A lakás tágas, modern, jól felszerelt. Bennünket tisztaság fogadott. A recepción minden gördülékenyen ment, kedves fogadtatással. A 40.000 Ft letétet még távozásunk napján visszautalták. Csak ajánlani tudom!!

Veľmi sme si to užili. Ubytovanie pohodlné, čisté, blízko centra. Možnosť rezervovať parkovanie za poplatok. Spokojnosť

Veĺmi dobrá lokalita, čisto, ústretový personál. Blízko do centra, v okolí dobré reštaurácie. Boli sme veľmi spokojní.

Chýbalo pár vecí vo vybavení, ako lávové lyžičky a balkónový nábytok, kuchynské utierky. Inak bolo všetko super.

Sejur extrem de dezamăgitor, cu o cameră murdară, personal neprofesionist și garanții ascunse.

Zona pietonală cu terase...și cam atăt!

Am avut o experiență foarte dezamăgitoare la această cazare și nu o recomand nimănui. În primul rând, nu am fost informat că mi se va bloca o sumă de 100 EUR pe card drept garanție pentru eventuale daune, cum ar fi zgârieturi pe mobilă sau furtul prosoapelor!!?. Am aflat acest lucru abia la check-in, după ce deja plătisem integral cazarea. În al doilea rând, personalul a fost extrem de nepoliticos și neprofesionist. La check-in, nu mi s-a prezentat camera în mod corespunzător – nu mi s-a făcut inventarul bunurilor și nu am avut posibilitatea de a nota gradul de uzură al mobilierului și al electrocasnicelor. Mi s-au înmânat cheile și atât. Când am preluat camera, am constatat că toată mobila era zgâriată, era praf și murdărie în diverse zone iar săpunul și gelul de duș lipseau cu desăvârșire. Mai mult, pereții erau murdari, zgâriați și chiar scriși cu pixul sau carioca. Deși mi s-au blocat pe card 100 EUR drept garanție pentru eventuale daune, am primit o cameră deja deteriorată. Când am adus acest lucru la cunoștința recepției, mi s-a sugerat să fac poze pentru a mă proteja în cazul în care mi s-ar opri acești bani, în loc ca personalul să vină să verifice personal situația. Mi se pare total inacceptabil că nu am avut altă opțiune și că, în acel moment, nu mai puteam recupera banii plătiți. Nu recomand acest loc și cred că managementul ar trebui să își îmbunătățească considerabil serviciile oferite clienților.

Buona la posizione, comodo, ma con tanto da migliorare

Ottima posizione piena di ristoranti e bar ed 1 centro commerciale dove si trova di tutto. A meno di 10 minuti a piedi si trova la fermata della metro che vi collega con tutta la città. Appartamento comodo spazioso e molto luminoso e silenzioso.

Da migliorare un po la pulizia, la fornitura di asciugamani era molto basica, 1 solo telo a testa, ed erano pure bucati. Il letto da sostituire, troppo rumoroso. In oltre mancava l'aria condizionata che era riportata tra i servizi, fortunatamente abbiamo trovato una settimana non troppo calda e l'appartamento era abbastanza fresco

Ár-érték aránybsn megfelelő.

Jó helyen van a Corvin pláza szomszédságában, a szoba modern volt és tiszta. Olcsó szállás.

A recepció nem mindig elérhető, nehéz bejutni és nem tudtuk előre hogy a szobánk nem abban az épuletben lesz. Haza felé beragadtunk a parkolóházba, mert nem nyitotta a csipogó az ajtót.

Poziția excelenta pentru obiectivele turistice. Pe jos maxim o ora și jumătate. Apartamentul este situat într-un ansamblu rezidențial. multe restaurante în jur. Mall Corvin plaza la 5 minute de mers. Lidl și prisma

Nice stay

A bit off from anything interesting to visit in Budapest, but easy to get to. Decent size 1-bedroom apartment, furnished for 4 people. Clean (not under the bed though) and furnished with anything you would need for a confortable week stay.

Friendliness of the staff was not the strong point, but nothing to complain.

Очень честные, новые апартаменты. Сантехника блестит, холодильник, плита всё новое и чистое, отличный слив в воды. Вид из окна- прекрасный.

Не понравились перьевые подушки, перья кололись и вылезали из наволочки.

Pleasant weekend stay, close to City center.

Balcony, nice view from our 6th floor. We could enjoy nice morning coffee from the balcony and an evening dinner too. Overall it was quiet. Walkable distance from the city center. There is a Lidl nearby, a doing center and many terraces.

Only one tower per person. There were no paper towels for the kitchen area or any other means to cleaning up an eventual water spill (ie. from rinsed glasses).

Very nice room with a great view.

The location was excellent. The room was really tidy and the view from the room was really nice. It was all in all, a good experience.

I would wish for more towels in the room. Also, some bathroom supplies would be nice. And there should be more instructions regarding the check in.

świetny przestronny apartament w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji

Świetna lokalizacja: - Na dole budynku sklep (Lidl) z wszystkimi potrzebnymi artykułami oraz wiele restauracji, różne kuchnie świata. - do stacji metra 10 minut spacerem, stamtąd doskonałe połączenie z całym miastem Apartament, który dostaliśmy, to nie jest ten na zdjęciach. Nasz był jednak też bardzo duży, przestronny, z dwoma sypialniami i salonem wraz z aneksem oraz łazienką i wc.

Przyjechaliśmy samochodem. Trudno było znaleźć recepcję. Wejście na recepcję jest od strony deptaku, gdzie nie można podjechać. Nalezy zostawić samochód, ale nie ma gdzie, bo to wąska uliczka i wszędzie zakazy. Niestety pilot do garażu można dostać tylko.na recepcji.

Budapest Christmas Market Stay

Great location, close to restaurants and shops. It was very easy to get into the city on public transport. The apartment itself was clean and spacious and we had a very comfortable stay.

Only a small thing but the shower guard was at the wrong end of the bath so we ended up with water everywhere after showering.

Funzionalità e relax

Dalle foto sembrava già ottimo e di persona si è rivelato anche meglio, la posizione degli appartamenti è a due passi dal centro e affaccia su di una strada piena di locali. Di fianco allo stabilimento vi è anche una statua di Carlo Pedersoli che ammetto mi ha fatto emozionare tanto. La posizione è l'ideale anche per le fermate dei mezzi e la metropolitana che sono molto vicine. L'appartamento era ottimo, ben fornito e aveva tutto quello che potesse servire, aveva anche un balcone piuttosto grande. Nota bene: si richiede all'arrivo una cauzione di 100 euro in caso di danni all'appartamento, come descritto nelle info su booking.

Smeštaj i doručak za taj novac...ne vredi.Grad je prelep i potrudite se da potražite nešto drugo.

Kao prvo,nisam tražila 8.sprat...sa detetom i bakom sve je bilo teško.A najveći problem ,oka nismo sklopili od alarma za dim,pištao je svakih 5 sek...vrlo neprijatno i glasno...sreća ostali smo jedan dan...ne preporučujem!

Appartement im 6. Stock mit Riesenbalkon. Grosses Wohnzimmer. Grosse Küche (Ausstattung naja) Badezimmer definitiv zu klein. Dusche in Badewanne werten das exklusive Appartement definitiv ab. Einchecken kompliziert da Rezeption im anderen Gebäude. Personal war sehr bemüht hinsichtlich Parkplatz in Tiefgarage. 20 Euro pro Nacht.Einkaufszentrum in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Betten etwas kurz und knarrig. Sauberkeit naja. Etwas komplizierte Abwicklung hinsichtlich Eincheckens. Rezeption anderes Gebäude. Gebäude mit Email Code Betretbar.

It was cozy and nice.

A good location for trip. Close to the subway and shops. The owner responded promptly regarding the return of the money off the warranty.

The property did not provide a parking space even though we requested it in the reservation. I had to look for a parking space on the street and pay for parking every 3 hours.

Yatak ve Yastıklar çok rahatsızdı , odalar pisti odamızı kendimiz bulduk yardımcı olmadılar otopark için gecelik bizden 20 Euro fiyat istediler ama Budapeşte’de böyle bir otopark ücreti asla yok , mutfakta bıçak bile yoktu,banyoda duş malzemeleri yoktu çamaşır makinası var ancak deterjan yok

Best way to see Budapest

The property was a very clean, spacious apartment with a bathroom, kitchen and bedroom. The buildings themselves were very modern and affordable. The location was only a tram away from the center and with the public transport being good and frequent, it was easy to get around.

No complaints here, wish we could have stayed longer!

New apartment in a residential building. Quiet and comfort. Next to a shopping mall and outside area with a number of places to eat , drink a coffee or shop. 5-6 minutes walk to the metro/bus stations.

There is no expresso/coffer machine inside.

Very nice apartment in a very pleasant area with all you need at less than 5 min away.

The apartment is very nice and very well located in a nice commercial area. There are several restaurants in the area, a mall and a Lidl supermarket - therefore plenty of choices. Also, the metro station is 5-6 minutes away with easy access to central area. The hosts are offering also optional parking if you are coming by car - it is highly recommended to use it because it is extremely difficult to park in this area.

If you are coming by car, check-in procedure is quite complicated as you need to park the car in an area with no parking places, go to reception to pick up apartment and parking keys and after that return to your car and park. The same must be performed at check-out as you need to exit the parking, let the car outside (where ?), leave the keys to reception and return to your car. If you are traveling with family and there are 2 drivers is can be managed easily, with a single driver in the car can be very challenging. Also, we did not liked that in the apartment there is no sugar, salt and oil as for 3 days it is stupid to by 1 Kg if sugar - also we could not find it in the near supermarket. I think that to offer a small quantity of sugar, salt and oil will not be a big investment for the apartment management.
