A good location but facilities are old and not very good value for money

Good walking distance to town, gondolas and food

Cabin 1 was quite old and tired. Shower and tv remotes were broken or cheap quality. Couches were covered in stains and quite uncomfortable.

All up, this is a good place to if you are on a serious budget, its functional, not great.

The only good things about this place was the friendly reception staff, location and the beds and laundry facility.

Bathroom was terrible, shower was not consistent changing from hot to cold every minute. Toilet had to be flushed twice each time and one side was broken, there was a large hole in the carpet where someone previously had burnt or damaged it on the rear entry next to the bed. Wouldnt recommend for a family.

Good value for money if you intend to stay out of the room.

Central location. Easy walking distance to everything.

Facilities inside the property were not upto standard. No shampoo or conditioners provided. Bedroom heater was not working. Kitchen dishwasher liquid not refilled.

De ligging is perfect: vlak bij de skyline en het centrum van Queenstown. Vlak achter een berg gelegen is de zon echter vroeg weg. Iedereen heeft zijn parkeerplaats en er is een gemeenschappelijke keuken en wasserij met verschillende machines.

De kamers zijn eenvoudig. Buiten een waterverwarmer is er niets aanwezig (geen broodrooster of borden). Wij ondervonden wat overlast van de buren.

Perfect location for our Queenstown 1 week holiday

The best location in the heart of Queenstown. I will definitely go back to this place for my next Queenstown holiday. I loved how it was an easy walk to the lakeside and shops and even to the gondola.

If someone talks late at night, you can hear them. I guess the walls are thin. There is a house rule to stay quiet but I guess some guests ignore these.

Checked in 5:12pm. There was strong chemical smell in the room . At 9:45pm, soon I turned on the shower and the sink hole was overflow and apparently was blocked before I even checked in.My feet was under the sewage water.It was the worst experience I ever have had.It was 10:15pm by the staff from the motel finally fixed the drainage.There were sewage smell mixed with strong bleach smell all over the room. The light by the door was flicking . The shower water kept changing hot and cold.

The room was airless - we’d wake up dehydrated and with a sore throat. They need to get some moisture or something in there.

The charge to open the door when my friend forgot the key inside was unreasonable. However, that happened after 7PM and they had to get some with the key from outside the facility.

Great location!

The Holiday Park stands out for its location. I also found the check-in and check-out process very easy which is always great.

During our stay, there was a little issue with no warm water on the facilities for over 12hours which compromised the evening or morning shower. Not knowing what the problem was, I think it was to much time to get it fixed. The room was comfortable, but changing the lights to a warmer colour could be a nice improvement as well as working on the soundproofing.

Little if anything Returning to all the cities/ towns which had evolved from their development and my own and being in the company of my current partner who gave my journey a special tone and because she did all the driving!! Comfortable, budget friendly accommodation with best view

Location of the holiday park is one of the best and the view of the Remarkables from the apartments is awesome. The staff are friendly, amenities are good. Its very close to the town centre with restaurants, shopping and walking tracks within close proximity.
