Would of preferred to get a double bed that was booked but not available unless at extra cost

I give this hotel 5 stars because I wasn’t happy with the important things that a hotel should have and photos don’t sho

Hotel area is nice, with a lot of plants and the swimming pool is good and clean Hotel is well-located, 5 min from beach and there are a lot of nice restaurants around Hotel staff is friendly, the room is cleaned every day, includes water bottles.

Room - the room looks older in real than on the photos, it’s not really sound-proof, could hear some people talking outside early in the morning, bedsheets and towels have some big yellow stains which are easy to see (photos), there is only one electricity plug that works Bathroom - it is old and smelly, the shower is very difficult to regulate, it is either super hot or cold and there is almost no pressure, sometimes didn’t have hot water at all Breakfast - I had breakfast included which consists of 1. Fresh fruits or orange juice 2. Choice of main dish 3. Bali coffee or tea, fresh fruits were not always ready and orange juice was not fresh juice, main dishes are okay, the best quantity and quality are fried noodles and bubur injin for sweet tooth, bali coffee is just a grounded coffee with hot water

Decent hotel, but needs improvement

Good location close to shops/cafes/bars/beach. No real noise. Rooms are a good size & are a reasonable standard with a nice balcony. A/c fine. Bed comfortable. Curtains good. Wifi generally good. TV good. Didn’t try the food. Lovely Bali vibe with water features and traditional styling. Free bottled water and toiletries are supplied, which is great. Tip: don’t pay 215k for a taxi from the airport; pay under 50k by using Grab when you’re ready (which is avail via this app under “taxi”). Compared to older reviews, you can see that the hotel has listened and made improvements.

The property needs much better cleaning and some general maintenance. Photos are of the worst bits. The rest of the place was fine. Towel smelled of cigarettes(?) or something. Needs new towels/linen. Fridge needs new seal, as it doesn’t close fully & ices up. Pool bar closed all the time. Poor water pressure (but seems common in kuta). Room safe would be a plus.

Great location - value for a money

Location was awesome, located in centre, and despite of that quitet and plesant stay. Clean rooms, . All staff were wonderful and very helpful.

Dit hotel heeft echt een opknapbeurt nodig

Het hotel ligt op loopafstand van het strand en heeft een zwembad met ligbedden. Handdoeken voor het zwembad zijn bij de receptie af te halen.

Het hotel is echt aan een opknapbeurt toe. Aan de buitenkant valt het nog mee, maar de kamers hebben echt achterstallig onderhoud. Het gips komt van de muren en het behang is te vies om naar te kijken. Maar het ergste was de badkamer. De mengkranen werkten niet goed en er kwam weinig water uit de douchekop. We hebben hier verder niet over geklaagd want we waren al van kamer gewisseld ivm een kapotte airco en loszittende wc-bril. En al met al (we zijn wel wat gewend qua onderkomens) hebben we toch een leuke tijd gehad. Maar mocht hygiëne voor jou een top-prioriteit zijn......boek dan iets anders.

Direkt nach der Ankunft auf Bali bestens

Ein wirklich schönes und ursprüngliches kleines Hotel zentral in Kuta, Super direkt gelegen an Geschäften, Restaurants, Geldautomaten und dem Strand und trotzdem nicht laut. Das Frühstück konnte man aus einer kleinen Karte wählen, hätte man aber auch direkt vor Ort dazu kaufen können. Alle sehr freundlich.

Das Zimmer hat nicht der Beschreibung auf booking entsprochen. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Doppelbett und Balkon gebucht und es extra noch einmal bestätigen lassen und bei der Ankunft hieß es, entweder zwei Einzelbetten oder ein Doppelbett aber ohne Balkon.

No pude utilizar la piscina porque cada día estaban de mantenimiento, la habitación deberían de cuidar más los detalles porque estaba el espejo roto y varios muebles. El olor a humedad.

Comfortable stay with great location

Loved the location. The staff were absolutely wonderful

My shower was very low, and no hot water. Room could use a deep clean and updated.

Great TV all good.

Meals great and staff are always the best and the price is spot on and good value. The staff in the office are well organised and always smiling and helpful. Nice location and easy to get around. Quite rooms most of the time. Pool is great with a great shower near by.

Near to get some organisation with the staff to clean the rooms on a daily routine and make shore that each room is signed off on a check list.

Overall it was a pleasant stay.

Room was comfortable and cool. Didn't need aircon. Shower water pressure was the best l've had anywhere in Bali ever. Hotel is centrally located in the main shopping district in Kuta. A lot of good restos within walking distance. Nice tidy grounds and pool area with a very picturesque central water feature with tortoises and carp.

House keeping needs to be done daily.

The toilet is old and needs a renovation. Also, you must replace the towel and drinking water regularly.

The location is great, close to restaurants and Beach. The exterior is well maintained, and the pool was nice too.

Very limited cleanliness (hairs in the shower and we even saw cockroaches). The room's door wasn't closing well, we had to try so many times to close it. The room needs to be renewed.

The layout of the room, a little bit different from most, big balcony and a restaurant right out the front.

Problem with water in the shower not running away, mentioned it once and something was done to improve it but Problem came back. On reporting the second time it just seemed to be ignored.

The room was dirty and the bathroom super old - not the renovated one in the picture. The fridge was so old that was 'iron dust' everywhere inside it. The toilet was not clean and after I asked them to clean again the room on the day I arrived, they changed the bed sheets (which was smelly before) to new ones that had a blood stain. Was not able to work either, as the Wifi connection is super poor.

Close to everything in Kuta, beach and restaurants and the massage was good

Could have more amenities, swim up bar in use and toiletries in bathroom, but understand with reopening from Covid and staff were wonderful

Disappointing

Nothing.

The shower is not working properly, and low water pressure. The heater is not regulating properly and having difficulty adjusting the water's temperature. We complained to the hotel staff, but the issues haven't been addressed or apologies from the Hotel Management.
