The pool was ample size for the hotel. An adult only pool and separate kids pool in another location on the grounds. The room was perfect for our needs. Large bed with the most comfortable bed, amazing sleeps. Great view from our top floor room with a balcony. The food was 10/10 breakfast had ample choices of cuisine, catering for all cultures or simple western foods. The staff were outstanding in service, kindness and professionalism, often going out of their way to assist. Location was perfect for shops, restaurants, barber/hair salon, massages, tattoos etc. The closest (safe option)atm was approximately 2-3min walk. Ask staff for assistance. This resort has the ambience and setting of a more traditional style than modern, which made it all the more special for our stay. We celebrated a magical wedding day of our best friends daughter. The staff were incredible and created a fairytale scene and went above and beyond for the bride and groom. The photos are even more amazing in person. We look forward to another stay.
There were a couple of days that younger kids were in the pool being kids and the parents had to be spoken to as they ignored the rules and clearly stated signs. Young girls wearing bikinis is one thing but to be provocative and crude whilst making live videos was very unpleasant and not for all to view at the pool. Many patrons left the pool area. Use discretion and appropriate respectful behavior for others and the country you are visiting.

The facts that it’s got everything we look for: a fantastic spa, beautiful gardens, a great pool and the amazing staff. We’ve been there twice already and it’s never too crowded. It is also in a central position 5 min walk to the beach however it’s in a pocket therefore far from the main streets noise.
Nothing to mention

This is a pleasant resort set back from the street so you do not hear the usual bustling of Bali. The pool is lovely and there seemed to be enough sun lounges for everyone. The staff are friendly. When I checked in, I was allocated a room by the pool.
We arrived in the afternoon and they had music pumping by the pool. My room whilst clean, was not suitable as I could hear the music with the door closed and being on the ground floor (level 1) there were chairs out the front to sit on but the "patio" out the back was not appealing and the door did not lock, although there seems to be some sort of clear roofing, it did not feel secure. Based on this, I requested to change rooms. The hotel was accommodating which I appreciated as my stay would have not been anywhere near as good if I'd not spoken up. I would suggest asking for a room on floors 3 or 5 (there is no 4th floor)
The food in general was ok, and I enjoyed the chicken burger by the pool and the satay sticks.
We tried the day spa and it wasn't as good as what the reviews had us believe. The massage was lovely but very expensive compared to other quality day spas in Seminyak. We had other treatments which we had refunded.
The breakfast buffet was hit and miss.
We were there for Nypei day (day of silence and Bali shuts down and you can't leave the hotel) which was ok however the dinner that we were asked to prebook was chaotic as there was a small window before sunset that the restaurant opened and everyone seemed to want to eat at the same time. Having a set time would have made things much smoother and the food was average.

as we didn't arrive until nearly 1.30 am, I was pleasantly surprised by how organised the Reception staff were; the welcome drink was very well received and the online checkin certainly speeded things up.
Breakfast was varied, and plentiful and the staff were very attentive.
Our room attendant was Dewa Surya: his care and concern for us was outstanding; the room was always clean, and tidy and if we needed anything, he always tried to get it for us.
We had an issue with the safe on 2 occasions
:the first time re setting the combination worked, and the second time it could not be fixed. Luckily it was the day before we were leaving so it didn't inconvenience us too much.

Two bedroom suite great for a young family
We were forced to pay twice, notwithstanding multiple conversations about this both before and during our stay. We had paid in full months before arrival, however that credit card was stolen. Because we couldn’t show this card, they forced us to pay again. We tried to avoid and had the staff hounding night and day for the (double) payment, which was stressful. We have a young family and are on a single income so this situation really impacted our holiday.

I loved the serenity of the resort - even though it's close to the beach and busy shop area as soon as you get to the resort you can't hear the noise or traffic and the beautifully maintained gardens and environment is so peaceful and relaxing- exactly what I want. All the staff we encountered from check in to pool to restaurant were so friendly. Breakfast was great! We also really appreciated the restaurant preparing our breakfast to go for our early departure- it was so nice and made our morning so much easier. The Anjali Spa was so nice and I didn't realise how big it was and how many staff were there. Thanks Anggira for my massage which was so relaxing. The family pool was perfect for us and enjoyed the afternoon tea. Also got laundry done which was great. Wish we could've stayed longer. Thankyou to everyone there.
Not the hotels fault - but because we have two girls under 4, the pool villa made things a little tricky with safety. But next time I would just book a non pool villa if there was one.

Amazing resort, a short walk to the beach. Breakfast is awesome, there’s mini markets around. We even got our breakfast in a box on our last morning, because we had to leave early. We enjoyed our stay.

Great stay. Centrally located close to beach, cafes, restaurants and shops. Pool areas were a highlight for the adults and kids alike. The staff were super lovely and helpful and went above and beyond in helping arrange last minute babysitting
It would have been great if there were water refill stations located at the hotel to reduce plastic bottle waste
4.5
Great location, walking distance to beaches, restaurants and souvenir shops. I really like the balinese garden and the quiet environment.
The living room should equipped with air conditioning.

the private swimming pool, the rooms
the bathrooms (shower corners were dirty, everything seemed old, patchy/Unmaintained, kettle was dirty…), the service was terrible, lizards enter the villa area easily, swimming pool lights close early (just from 7pm to 10pm!!), spa was not meeting expectations and didn’t seem professional,
4.5
Very well maintained, quality bedding and pillows. Beautiful gardens, pool and location. Excellent breakfast. Great service by staff.
Bathrooms very small, cleaning missed simple things like cups and glasses. Spa is very expensive. Pool bar had limited choices.
3.5
staff were friendly and very helpful
we were put in a room “supposed to be deluxe” it had no outlook, no window, it was dark and when it rained water came in through the wall as it was an end room and when asked to move they said they had nothing else!!!
3.5
Very good value for money and a comfortable bed. The location had some handy things within walking distance and it was very easy to get around to everything else using taxis & the gojek app.
I wouldn't recommend eating here apart from making the most of the free breakfast on the mornings where it's the easiest and most convenient option. To be fair, we are foodies so prefer to make the most of the many incredible restaurants Bali has to offer!

happy with the location & the staff were wonderful.
brekkie buffet had lots of options
Our room didn’t have any natural lighting so it was a bit dark but otherwise no issues.
