Very good

The breakfast was great. Family room was good value.

Loud music in communal areas/hallways from 7am. The bathrooms could be cleaner...drains smelled a bit.

Cheap price for a suite. Large property. Nice staff.

Pillows too tall and stiff to the extent that I couldn't sleep comfortably! It's definitely unreasonable to only offer such tall pillows. How about people who prefer low pillows?

Old but still great hotel!!! quiet, good food, nice staff.

I will give it a 10 for the staff, the food and the comfort. That's a hotel for light sleepers. The hotel is quiet and comfortable.

The hotel needs some reparations but it compensate with the kindness of the staff, the comfort, the silence and the great food!

the room was very nice, the staff is friendly but the price was too expensive to compare with another place but not too much different. we found the blanket had some dirty thing but they changed very fast so it’s ok, but the water very weird just same like it will be spliting into many jets of water so very hard to take a shower

Delighted I tried this hotel, despite the rating!

Cannot understand why the customer rating on booking.com was only 7.5 (May 2022). Hotel was fantastic, staff were very professional, genuinely appreciative of customers, and went out of their way to ensure we had a good experience with them. Some of the best sleeps I ever had in my life here, comfortable beds and luxurious bed linen, rooms completely soundproofed, ambient music played in all corridors (a nice touch) but completely inaudible once you closed the door of your room. Couldn't hear a sound from neighbouring occupied rooms either. Room was very spacious and has everything you need. The hotel leaves a keycard in the room so your aircon and minifridge and the likes are always on, ensuring your room temperature is perfect when you get back to it... shower and bathroom facilities were awesome too. My original booking was for 3 nights, but I was so impressed and satisfied that I extended it for a further 3 nights. I visit Bali a lot and this hotel will be my first preference in future. I cant recommend it enough.

Not a lot of restaurants close by, but that's hardly the hotels fault. The hotel has a decent restaurant anyways which isn't over-priced, and it's easy enough grab a taxi or hire a moped if you want to get around... there are plenty of warungs, KFC, Pizza delivery, Starbucks, etc within 10-15 minutes walk, so you wouldn't be stuck for choice in any case.

The room was comfortable and cozy

Breakfast wasn't that tasty ... Weird or plain taste in most of the food. The porridge was good though.
