Lovely stay

The staff was super friendly. I loved the fact that they handed me a big towel after swimming in the pool. Also the hotel is very clean and nice. The bathroom specifically was new and shower was great.

A bit far from the beach, the area is where locals live which is good as well.

Slightly overpriced but still a decent stay.

The staff were helpful and friendly. I like that you can easily communicate with them over WhatsApp. The room design is simple and modern. Having a Smart TV is also great. The communal area with the kitchen is nice if you're looking to socialise.

For the price, I do think that daily cleaning or breakfast should be included. I stayed in a room with a balcony advertised at 40 sqm which did not feel like 40 at all. The balcony was where we stored all our luggage. There is also some wear and tear already with marks on the wall and peeling. With a router in every room, the wifi actually gets congested sometimes so I had to unplug/replug the router several times. Also, aside from the dining area, there are no loungers by the pool.

Beautiful, clean and smart rooms, very good condition with great views. Well equipped kitchen. Very good staff, friendly and attentive.

Hostel vibe, iron constantly unavailable, small insects in room, not good soundproofing.

Personnel in the hotel was very friendly. Clean rooms, perfect wifi.

That is not really con, but if you want to stay longer than a couple of days, you should rent the bike. You will be living far away from everything.

Lovely hotel with pool and close by Sanur.

Love the ambience of the hotel. The room is nice and clean. The staff are very helpful and let us leave our luggage overnight as we're going to the island.

The toilet is the smell but I understand that it may come from the system as many hotels have the same issues. But overall was great!!

Hot shower with nice pressure, clean rooms, the pool, nice mattress, nice decoration. Facilities and rooms were nice.

The service was not very helpful we booked a big bed but ended up with 2 separated bed, they only said that it was a late booking. They didn't know anything about the visa renewal and did not try to help further. They sent an message to ask when was our check out whereas we were already out few hours earlier. People were always nice but not helpful. Being more detail oriented would be better to improve the service.

Unbearable outside noises - not enough soundproofing

All staffs are very hospitable and helpful. Fragrant liquid soap and shampoo. Smart TV. Pool Towel.

I am told that the property has an elevator/lift, but there isn't. Cleaning is told to be done once every 3 days - after some discussion, it is every 2 days. Incessant water pump noise all day from a neighboring property, not enough soundproofing from outside noises. Noise from nearby steel cutting shop in the morning and noon. AirCon is leaking, even after several repair attempts.

Very satisfied and happy

The facility was clean and comfortable. The wifi was really good. Very value for money with good amenities provided.

There is slight sewage smell in the toilet at times, but did not affect us very much.
