This is a great find. Very friendly hosts, all the sisters were always happy to help. The pool is perfect, secluded but in the sun all day. Good breakfast with different egg dish each day. The gardens were lovely but be aware that it’s on a slight incline if you have walking issues. There is a motorway to the seaside of the property, but the room to the rear meant that it was lovely and quiet, with great mountain view’s while still being very accessible to all parts of north coast. Villages and shopping nearby. Thanks so much
When the trees in the front garden mature, it should help masking the motorway a lot. We would have preferred a double bed to the two singles but they were very comfy.

Below-standard quality of food was being served at breakfast buffet i.e. food from Lidl or Aldi
At least some local Jamon, cheese and fresh pastries ought to be offered. Very disappointing. View from breakfast room was good. Manager was apologetic about broke down of wifi from 2nd~4th day of stay but there was no solution provided so we had to search high and low in town for paid wifi for work/video conference meetings. All the chefs looked grumpy and unfriendly which was very unusual for Spain that is known for its warm and friendly people
wifi was out of order 95% of the stay (see above for details)
miserably low water pressure from shower head
terrible shower design
hot water took over 5 minutes to work and it was the coldest time in Tenerife

Good breakfast, very friendly staff, spacious room and a good and large bed. Nice pool that is even a little heated. Good price quality ratio.
It takes a long time for the water in the bathroom to warm up. But once it's warm it's a wonderful shower.
It would be nice if they would leave the breakfast area open in the evening for leisure activities/reading a book/ meet up with other guests.

Breakfast excellent.
Service in the evening - tapas and wine would be great for guests .

The location was perfect for us. Very close to Puerto de ka Cruz which is wonderful little place with lots of unassuming but surprisingly good restaurant options. We did have a car and it made life easy, without a car it would be hard to have a short stay vacation at this location. The drive to Puerto de la Cruz is a very short one, just 5 mins. Please be aware parking is not the easiest thing in the city. Parking at Finca Sulula is plentiful and very safe.
The property itself is right off the highway but has the feel of a farm house converted very tastefully into a hotel/wedding location. The garden is beautiful and well maintained. The pool is nicely sized. Each day we had a sumptuous breakfast, cold cuts, fresh bread, eggs , coffee and avocados (from the hotel's own garden). The breakfast room has a wonderful view and we thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast experience.
The room it self was standard size, simple and clean. The beds were comfortable and bathroom was spacious. Plenty of wardrobe space.
The best part ofcourse are the hosts and their incredible hospitality. We had a welcome bottle if sparkling wine ready when we checked in. The hosts gave us some avocados and passion fruit from their garden when we checked out The avocados are simply amazing.
We will be back when we visit Tenerife again.
The bed linens need some refreshing, they looked a bit worn.
The shower pressure is not the best.

The staff were incredibly nice to us from the moment we arrived and were more than happy for us to have a late check in. The rooms were large and comfortable and had left us a complimentary bottle of bubbles on ice and flowers (from there beautiful gardens) in our room. They kindly arranged a vegan breakfast especially for myself and came to let us know when it was ready. I’d highly recommend staying here if in Puerto de la Cruz, short drive from the beach and main town and just off the main road so easy to find with ample private parking.

lovey property and room. Had lots of character and space. The breakfast was big and delicious each day
we thought breakfast was included but wasn’t. didn’t realise the locality to the main road was so close although it didn’t effect the stay. House keeping missed our room on one of the days.

Calm area, beautiful garden, scenic views and nice pool. We enjoyed morning coffee sitting at the table in front of our appartment. The bathroom is in style. Cool.
Good that there were electric heaters inside. It was a bit cold inside in the evenings.
It is a pitty that it was raining every 2nd day in Feb, but this is north. I can imagine how beautiful it there in warm summer nights.
The bed is quirky, makes sound everytime u move.

Beautiful building and surroundings, good breakfast, really nice pool and lounge area. The hosts and the staff were extremely nice and helpful. The rooms were also beautiful and very spacious, well furnished. Very easy to reach anything in the north side of the island.
From the bottom floor you can hear the footsteps of the guests in the upper floor very clearly.
Also a minor point: the finca is right next to the motorway – even though you can't hear cars from the rooms or from the lounge area (hence why it's not a big deal) but it does ruin a bit the view.

We had a fantastic stay at the finca. The owners and the staff are incredibly nice, the pool is beautiful and relaxation is guaranteed. I especially enjoyed the many peaceful spots and benches in the beautiful garden - ideal for reading and day-dreaming.
I would recommend a bit stronger lights in the rooms and a pump to increase water pressure.

Very comfortable and charming hotel.

My wife and I planned to stay here for a week, but stayed two....Honestly we cant imagine a nicer place to stay in Tenerife. The Finca itself is beautiful inside and out, with very tasteful gardens and interior room features. Very authentic with exceptional standards of cleanliness and maintenance. The swimming pool and pool area seem like they have just been added and everything is very new and perfect. Even the sun loungers were extremely comfortable and no expense has been spared on any the facilities.
Location is perfect when you have a car with the beautiful town of Puerto de la Cruz and many beaches just, five minutes away.. Easy access heading north, south or to mount Teide as well.
BUT the highlight of this stay has been the hospitality of the Hosts and all the Staff. One example is the discovery that I love coffee. Luca brought me many cups and passed on this aspect to other staff members who appeared many times with a cup when I wasn't expecting it.. Susana was always checking that we were ok and just couldn't have been any more genuine or helpful.. Monica too was very helpful and friendly.
Will definitely be back and 100 percent recommend.
Absolutely nothing at all. The stay exceeded our expectations from both the facility and staff. You do definitely need a car.

Wonderful finca, away from tourist areas and very private, in a great location / setting. The room was spacious, with all needed amenities. We had wonderful views from both windows. The garden was absolutely amazing with a very wide range of plants, which attract beautifully singing endemic birds (Atlantic Canaries, Canarian Chiffchaffs, African Blue Tit etc.), also butterflies and native lizards. So if you love nature, or maybe you are a birdwatcher, this finca is a small paradise. The pool was very nice to have in hot days. The highway is very close which is a great advantage (and has its own drawbacks too as noted below). Parking is very spacious and secure by the virtue of a private and isolated position. Besides the base breakfast (cheese/salami/ham combination) there was always some tortilla or other variety of food meant to bring some diversity. The hosts were happy to also provide gluten-free bread / pastries. The fresh avocado from the garden was exceptional to have every morning. The staff was very nice and helpful. We got good tips for restaurants in the area and places to hike. They even provided us with champagne for New Year's Eve.
There were a lot of positives and very few negatives, but here are some for fairness and to provide feedback for continuous improvement: in December-January the room with nice high ceiling was quite cold (which probably is great 9-10 months a year when it is hot outside) and the heating system wasn't able to compensate.. The highway next door is convenient, however if you open the windows in the hope of hearing singing birds, you unfortunately hear fossil fuel-based engines... A highway blockade/wall and some tall trees will help a lot to hide the highway, its noise and pollution. The shower is fancy retro however the pressure is very low. Hopefully someone will fix it. The base breakfast was always the same cheese/salami/ham combination - it would have been a much greater experience to serve each day different types of cheese, jamon, chorizo from Canarias or other parts of Spain, as they are so many... Next to the wonderful and fresh avocado, it would have been amazing to have other fresh vegetables at breakfast (tomato, peppers) - one would expect this in a finca. If you don't have breakfast included but you wish to have it at the finca, make sure you tell them the night before otherwise you will have no ad-hoc breakfast prepared for you... The staff was very nice but English was at times quite challenging so brush up your Spanish ;-) The exit ramp from the finca to the main road can be challenging.

all good

The beds and pillows were comfortable. The view from the room was nice.
Communication with the hosts was awful. Besides the fact that they asked for copies of our passports on WhatsApp (that would be stored on who knows whose phone), after we arrived we waited for 30 minutes in cold in the night until someone 'discovered' that we were waiting at the entrance (I particularly want to mention that we confirmed the time of arrival several times, and we called all the available phone numbers and nobody answered).
The room was extremely cold. It has a radiator but it didn't help. I think we got sick during the nights with 17 degrees in the room.
The walls are not at all soundproofed. At midnight, before our early morning flight, I had to listen to our neighbours' conversations and laughs from the outer rooms.
The wifi didn't work (it had too many guests connected at the same time, but none of them was me or my boyfriend).
The pictures with the pool are misleading. The pool was closed throughout the whole stay - maybe because of the rain but would have been nice if somebody mentioned it.
The water pressure in the bathroom allowed us to finish a shower after one hour.
Don't recommend it.
