We stayed in a garden unit and the room smelt of urine it was awful after 2 days we couldn't take it any longer so spoke to the desk about it, they immediately took us out of the room and gave us the best pool front room in the complex. We were very impressed and very grateful. Also one of the dinners at the restaurant was not very nice, too much oil in the pasta they did not charge us for the meal. What we liked was that they fixed any problem up immediately in a practical way and didn't try to get out of doing it. The pool was amazing, the beachfront was amazing and the beachfront BBQ was great too. Braeakfasts were amazing too.

It was directly on the beach, which was kept immaculately clean. Staff were very helpful. I arrived with a broken wrist and they did all they could to make my stay enjoyable. Felt very safe there.

The staff is incredibly attentive, the best service we received recently in South Asia.
The rooms are a bit dated and the shower needs to be updated

The resort itself was very nice.
The freshly painted room was a good size and had comfortable (quite soft) bed.
The breakfast was good and varied every day. Not that many local dishes as it’s catered to western palate.
The beach is nice and clean with regular cleanup by staff.
Facilities were good with the gym and tennis courts well maintained.
Erna at the spa was great, went to see her twice during the stay.
They have a turtle release program and there are baby turtles in their care.
They can have events scheduled at the poolside bar area but they let you know and are usually finished by 10-10:30pm.

nice hotel with an amazing breakfast.
hotel was old and the rooms smell on toilets, and everything is just weared out. the sea was full off trash and corals, so you cannot take a dip or swim.

Location is good, and reception staff is very kind and helpful.
Daily room cleaning was not good as I had to call every day in order to point out something with making up our room (missing towels, dust on floor, etc).

Hotel situated in beautiful grounds, lovely garden. Rooms are dated but we were moved to a "mock up room" I.e. recently renovated.
Limited dining in options, slow service, little value eating in we had go opt for other restaurants in the area.

Lovely pool area. Staff were very nice
The restaurants were extremely slow. When food finally arrived, food was missing off some of the dishes and it was not worth the wait or the price.

Attentive and kind staff, clean and comfortable rooms, and a wonderful pool with beach access. Also a great location for day trips to the Gili islands.

staff are absolutely fantastic and the pool/beach area is stunning
hotel is quite old and the rooms are a little run down - particularly shower cubicles which isn’t great for the price you’re paying

Excellent food. Friendly and always helpful staff. Free bottles of water every day. Travel and excursion arrangements.
Not a beautiful site and beach. Senggigi is rather small and rural with less interesting life, not to mention nightlife at all. You have to consider that. For me it were boring days.

- ATM at the hotel (unsure if it works though)
- 5–10 min walk up the road to a convenience store
- Security at hotel
- Location is horrible
- The main road outside the hotel is extremely busy with local people everywhere (no tourists in sight)
- No comfortable restaurants or shops around besides the convenience store. I walked at least 15-20
min down the road and still nothing that was nice.
- I was getting harassed everywhere in Senggigi. I couldn’t walk down the road without people calling out to me wherever I went. I found the locals to be aggressive in Senggigi and Lombok with constantly wanting your money and to rip you off. They think you are a walking ATM.
- I’ve travelled to 30 countries and did my research. I found Lombok similar to India in terms of poverty, aggression from locals and pollution.
- Staff at the hotel were nice but even at breakfast they kept staring at me the whole time and someone even approached me to tell me about the spa. Frustrating when you just want to be left alone.
- Maybe only 2-3 guests at the entire hotel
- The hotel is very run down and shabby
- The beach is very ugly and once of the worst ones in Lombok. Mot suitable for swimming, lots of rubbish and pollution from all the boats that are kept there.
- Lots of men on the beach directly outside the hotel trying to sell you stuff and basically hassling you. even when you tell them no thank you, they don’t stop and continue to stand nearby staring at you. Very off putting. Theres a few restaurants on the beach next to the hotel with average food. The entire time the men were standing next to the restaurant entry wanting to sell stuff and waiting for you to leave or change your mind.
- I don’t recommend this hotel for families or anyone that wants to have a peaceful time.
- I don’t recommend Senggigi either.
- Overpriced hotel with little value for the money
- Go to Bali instead. You can find a quiet but scenic and peaceful place there

Enjoyed the Breakfast Buffet. Also like the Pool Restaurant (cafe restaurant in open pavilion above pool). Food was good and reasonably priced. The pool is one of the most interesting I've seen. Although old, the pool has a certain character that ages well. No need to "renovate" or recondition. The stone work that is aging has a certain age patina that works well with the theme and character of the pool.
Door access cards didn't work so well. Had to change cards several times.

I recently stayed at Sheraton Singgigi Beach Resort for a weekend getaway with my family and was blown away by the hospitality of the staff. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and welcoming attitudes. The check-in process was seamless, and the front desk staff was incredibly helpful in providing recommendations for in-house restaurants and activities.
Throughout our stay, we were consistently impressed by the level of service provided by the hotel staff. Housekeeping did an excellent job of keeping my room clean and well-stocked with fresh towels and toiletries. The restaurant staff was attentive and accommodating, going out of their way to ensure we had a great breakfast. Thanks to the great Chef - good buffet spread, the breakfast was yummy, and thanks to the team we met at the restaurant - Ayu Darma and her team.
The pool is big and nice, we enjoyed it very much. The room was Ok, considering this beach resort was last renovated in 2010, so don't expect a modern, new rooms.
Overall, I cannot say enough positive things about the hospitality of the staff at this resort. They truly went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. If you're looking for a hotel with top-notch hospitality, I would highly recommend this one.
We will be back to Sheraton Senggigi Beach Resort! Thank you.
