set out of busy town centre but easy to get around by tuk tuk. On site restaurant handy when tired after long day of temple visits. Grounds beautiful to relax in with lovely pools. All staff very helpful.

Set in pretty gardens, comfortable rooms, friendly staff, lovely pools
A little dated, slightly odd concrete paving and buildings

Lovely facilities and helpful staff. Pools and breakfast were lovely and staff were very obliging. Enjoyed the trial of Aqua Yoga and the community monthly session
I would suggest an investment is needed in the gym facilities. Is pretty limited so perhaps finding a bigger space and investing in the gym would be good. Not all blokes are yoga pilates people!!

We loved everything, the beautiful room, wonderful gardens and pools and a lovely restaurant. The staff were really accommodating and welcoming. When our AC needed fixing, they took care of it in minutes. We will definitely come again.
Shower pressure was a bit weak but not a big issue.

beautiful setting. staff were wonderful & everything was close to perfect.
there was a lizard situation in our room but was resolved quickly by a staff. :)

This is one of the best properties I have ever stayed at. The staff were amazing, the facilities were excellent and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and calming and a beautiful oasis.
There is nothing I didn’t like.

Gorgeous place, lovely warm service. Delicious local and Western food, even a children's menu. I had 2 private yoga classes which were amazing. The staff arranged for my husband to do a cooking class which he loved. Tuk-tuk drivers always at the ready, so no problem getting around. Very nice wine list and drink service at the beautiful pools. We took a few days to relax here after a tour of Vietnam and it was perfect. All the staff were excellent, but shout-out to our favorite waiter, Sa :-)

Navutu is like a dream! Arriving after long days of looking at the amazing temples, it’s the perfect antidote to come home to this luxury resort away from all the hustle bustle. Relax by the 3 pools, enjoy a massage, facial or yoga session. The breakfast each morning is delicious and lots of options to choose from and the cappuccinos are spot on. The service is incredibly friendly and always helpful. They arranged for a bday cake for my husband and sang him ‘happy birthday’ and arranged a car service very late the night before when we decided we wanted to go to the Kulen waterfalls. Pauli was our tuk tuk driver and he was always smiling, warm & friendly. He gave good advice on which temples to visit and when. I also loved the eco friendly aspect of the resort with water refill stations, glass water bottles and no plastic toiletries. Yes, it is a bit far out of town ( 20-25 mins by tuk tuk) from the temples and 15 mins into town but it’s worth it! We stayed for 4 nights but could have stayed much longer! Siem Reap had a great vibe, incredible food at all the restaurants and the markets and pub street are fun too. We can’t wait to visit again soon!

Staff were pleasant, great customer service. The room was amazing, clean and spacious with a modern esthetic design. Love the no-plastic advocacy.
Had a bit of a hard time plugging into the wall sockets in the room. Phone could not charge as the adaptor would get loose. Other than that, everything else was perfect.

This is possibly the most beautiful and tranquil hotel we have stayed in. The hotel staff were so warm, kind and friendly. The facilities are amazing from numerous pools, yoga classes, delicious and nutritious food to the free use of bicycle. The grounds are beautiful and everyone is so accommodating, a truly wonderful place. Thank you.
Everything was wonderful.

great property - with good emphasis on service and creating sustainable travel options for guests. for example avoiding unnecessary plastic and serving a la crate breakfast to reduce food waste etc.
few stray dogs appeared on property - though all seemed friendly/ not aggressive - but where we come from we are taught to fear stray dogs

A beautiful resort and perfect for our family of 5. We stayed in a grand suite with a cot. The rooms were spacious and we liked having a door in-between rooms so we could go to bed at a different time to the children.
The breakfast was fantastic. We also ate a few meals at the restaurant as they had foods that our kids liked. There were also some nice interesting meals for us adults.
We only used the family pool. It was clean and fun for the kids.
A bit out of town but we used the hotel tuktuk drivers which was super convenient.
It was nice seeing the efforts to reduce waste such as glass water bottles and reusable shampoo containers.
The staff were very helpful and the taxi organised by the hotel was reliable for getting us to the airport.
We used the laundry service which was a bit on the expensive side but was very convenient so worth it for us.
We had no complaints.

Fabulous, a real oasis in buzzing Siem Reap. Couldn't recommend it more highly. The landscaping at the hotel is gorgeous, with three pools and a jungle like feel - the restaurant is an open hut in the middle of the pools, very atmospheric. Food is among the best we had in Cambodia, particularly the Lok Lak. The photos do not do the rooms justice - we took a grand tour room with a big corner bathtub and it felt very luxurious, with lots of lovely touches such as huge windows in the shower overlooking private green space. We also made use of the fabulous spa for an exceptional four handed massage(!) and yoga facilities in the dedicated shala. The hotel really helped us navigate the busy city, providing us with a guide and lovely tuktuk driver to tour us around the temples of Angkor. Big recommend for anyone staying in Siem Reap, we would love to come back!

Garden, Pools, Restaurant, Spa
Ride is needed to go anywhere (what is done itself because it makes the place quite)

We loved everything, the staff, the atmosphere, the room, the location, the food!!
4.6
Wonderful quiet place a little outside of the city center! 3 nice pools, 2 of them where you can actually take a swim in. Spacious rooms with big bathrooms. Good a la carte breakfast as well as dinner but nothing overwhelming for reasonable prices. We would rather recommend to spend the evenings outside to enjoy the many great restaurants and bars!
The city is easily reachable with the tuk tuk that can be arranged by the hotel. We had one driver assigned to us from airport pick-up until the end of our stay.
We did one Spa treatment which was great and also for a reasonable price for a hotel.
Last but not least, the staff was exceptionally kind and helpful in arranging tours to Angkor Wat incl. a Guide as well as giving us recommendations for restaurants.

Lovely resort, in the middle of a exotic garden, close to the Angkor temple complex and Siem Reap. Helpfull staff, good food, reasonnable prices and no less then three superbe pools, to swim an relax. Superbe tropic paradise, for sure.
As everywhere in Cambodja, the internet is reasonnable but not excellent.

Everything was really nice. Really appreciated the attentiveness of the staff. Transportation always available when we went out. Tuk tuk & bicycles.
Restaurant good with a variety of foods.
Family friendly, also quiet for resting.
Spa services & laundry higher than outside, but I guess you pay for the convenience. (FYI: laundry drop off literally 5 minute walk @ Home Laundry back in 24 hours or less. So inexpensive & nicely done)

Very relaxed luxury resort. A bit away from the noise and business of the centre of town, this place really feels apart and relaxing. It's a perfect antidote after an exhausting temple run to relax in one of the three pools, saltwater or freshwater or to enjoy the restaurant meals, which are a little on the expensive side but very nice quality. We particularly enjoyed the summer rolls, fried calamari and mango salad. The staff are all Extremely kind and helpful in arranging transport, or helping with luggage. There is a yoga instructor most mornings for $8 a person which is to good quality and with full equipment also. We enjoyed our stay and would really recommend to anyone looking for a luxury stop in Siem Reap
Location a bit out the way so not really possible to walk to places, but tuk tuks easy and convenient

Staff was really friendly and polite. The restaurant was good enough and reasonable.
