Staff were excellent- Mr Ran organised special treats for us and the breakfast team (Potin, Khim and Sa) were brilliant.
High-Tea was a real treat
Room was comfortable and the private pool was a real treat
The free tuk-tuk into town was necessary- the hotel was outside of the centre (which was great for us). Return journey was cheap ($2)
Room was clean and well maintained (although TV was dated- still had Teletext button!)
Airport pick up was late- very disappointing (and was also late for tour)
Laundry costs were very expensive ($1-2 per kilo in town, $150 in hotel!!!).

From the moment we walked in we felt welcome and relaxed. The staff were so friendly and the resort is absolutely beautiful.
We had a room with a private pool and it was absolutely amazing to be able to jump in anytime you got a bit too hot and the area was so quiet and peaceful. Our room was perfect
We also used the hotel pool too which was great and got some food and drinks which were also really tasty. The cocktails were great. Prices bit more than outside the resort as usual but we didn't find them to be too crazy and they were great quality.
The afternoon tea was nice and you could have the tea hot or cold and by the pool as well
Location wise it was a bit far from the centre for walking but they have a tuk tuk that you can take into the centre and it's quick and efficient and we had no issues getting one back ourselves
Couldn't walk into the central area but the resort tuk tuk was great and easy

The room was quite spacious and clean. I quite liked the large double bed. My room overlooked the swimming pool, and the tropical plantation were soothing to the eye. We were well looked after my Mogks and Ngoun, and Phanna made sure we had vegetarian food made, especially for us.
I didn't like it on the first day as we didn't have vegetarian food as per our expectation but as days went by, the chef made sure we had good food..MyAccount

Everything.
This hotel is the perfect place to discover Siem Reap and its temples. Yuth booked several tours for us. He was very reactive, also on very short term notice. Pov was our super tuktuk driver, Mister Sunheang was our very attentive van driver and Phon Seiha was the perfect tour guide. Highly recommended!
That we had to leave.

The total landscape looked like a proper resort, really aesthetic design. the pool was big, the restaurant and bar were convenient and meals and drinks were tasty, the hi-tea was interesting. the room was massive, great value for money.
The location is a little bit out of town which requires transportation to the centre, the shower is technically not in the room and due to the cracks on the wall in the shower room (between the shower room and the outside), the bugs were able to welcome you in the shower a bit unexpectedly (insect issue only in the shower room). However there is a big bathtub you can use if you are skittish about insects like me. We ordered two lattes during check-out and they were 9 dollars in total, contrary to anything we ate and drank (quite reasonably priced) there, was a rip off.
There is a gym in the premises but it looks pretty much abandoned.
One last thing just for awareness, the tuktuk that the hotel arranged for us (the hotel told us the they work with the hotel) for our sightseeing tried to take us to a tour agency office when asked to drive us to the museum saying it's the same price, in front of the museum and there might be queues in the museum. Having done two days Angkor tour right before, we were aware that it was the off season and not crowded at all, when they diverted from the museum to where the tour agency is (tracing from google maps) we stepped in and asked to return us to the museum which in the end they did and there was no queue at the museum either.

We loved Everything. The rooms were fabulous and comfy, very large and are superbly clean. We were in two private pool villas and they were wonderful. The staff are so friendly and polite. The food is beautiful and they have a wonderful variety.
It is not far from the main centre, and the resort will supply a tuk tuk free to go into the city. You are also close to Angkor Wat as well. The resort has a main pool area which is fabulous with a bar area too, with lots of gorgeous plants and pieces of art. We just loved it and would love to come back again. Thank you. Absolute value for money.

Rundown, not well maintained

Very comfortable rooms, helpful and friendly staff
Poor Wi-Fi speeds, slow service, away from city center, but they provide free drop and pickup from city center.

Indochine chic including two Mercedes from 1960z. Rooms were big — we got upgraded to a Private Pool suite just for staying for a week. Breakfast and airport transfers and High Tea and shuttle downtown were all included! Plus the staff really bent over backward to take care of us.
It is not in town, so the free shuttle to downtown comes in handy. Things aren’t perfect but the many charms make up for it.

Large comfortable room with own private pool area. Free afternoon snack and tea served 2.30-4. Good choice of food in restaurant for evening meal. The hotel is a little bit out of Siem Reap which we were aware of in advance but transport was on hand to run us back and forth to town on demand. Staff all lovely and very friendly and attentive, speaking good English.
The property has lovely spacious grounds to walk around in, but it was not possible to walk into town. However tuk tuks were provided

The rooms are huge and perfectly appointed. We stayed in adjoins rooms with a private pool.
The staff are friendly and helpful and always happy to arrange the free Tuk Tuk rides into the center of Siem Reap.
The pool is excellent, one of the best we’ve used. We really loved this place, it was an excellent place to chill after a big day at the temples.
Breakfast was just ok, it was our only criticism
