Facilities were old and bad and breakfast was horrible

Spacious, clean and location is great for shopping and public transportation. It is very easy to get around using this hotel as your base.

Friendly and helpful receptionist communicated well with deaf people.

Great location and friendly staff
We were travelling with our two young children and were put into rooms in separate buildings. They tried to help but as the hotel was fully booked it wasn’t possible for us to be moved closer together.
4.2
I love the location for its convenience in terms of accessibility to MTR and eateries.
The room is not what the photo shows and they were not clear on the condition to have adjacent rooms.

Booked a Twin room and was upgraded to a large jacuzzi room.
The room size was beyond our expectations for what we were finding in Seoul.
The Twin beds were comfortable and there was still enough room for 2 travel cases to be opened without feeling cramped.
Appreciated the huge spacious bathroom and the good amount of toiletries supplied.
Location close to transport and eateries etc
Helpful staff
No common area there is a compact “waiting area” behind the reception (for luggage)
The room, hallway , lift decoration in close up was “interesting” felt a tad unfinished/rushed.
Very dark dining area, breakfast is very short timeframe and provides the bare basic substance (though expectations are set before hand in the room which is fair!)

i was upgraded for free when i arrived so the room was enormous for me alone and the bathroom had a nice bath. also the location is great.

Close to train & bus station, 1/2 from 7-11, BK, places to eat, bakery, drink. Quite street 1 1/2 blocks off main drag. Great customer service.

Small changes of the breakfast menu in every day.
A little smoking smell in the room

I really loved this hotel, it was a perfect quality/price relation, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. There were lots of various amenities in the room. Despite that it's a lively district, it was not noisy in the room (I was on the 5th floor in the second building of the hotel), it would have been possible even to sleep with an open window, I think. The hotel is just a few minutes from metro and bus stops.
The breakfast was a little bit monotonous, and they ran out of tea bags and didn't refuel them the next day. However, you will not remain hungry for sure!
Also, the cleaning staff kept throwing away the open sponges and shampoos, while I would have rather re-used them - let's try to be a little bit more ecological!

Staff very good and helpful
Good location and clean

The staffs were sooo friendly. They also tried to talk to you. Not in a weird way but really in a friendly way wanting to give you some help so you have the best time in Seoul. The room was also super comfortable and the location was super nice because there were so much bars & restaurants but in the rool, you didn't hear anything from the streets.
Nothing :) Everything was perfect.

The body shower, face wash and shampoo was of good quality.
Breakfast was simple but sufficient to start of the day.
Location was fantastic as it was walking distance to the train station and bus stop
Many restaurants around to eat too! and they were delicious

Location is on point

The main bed is comfortable including the pillows. The bathroom is really nice. We enjoyed the hot & cold shower and the smart toilet. We also love most of the toiletries provided by the hotel. The breakfast is fine given the room price. A lot of restaurants and cafes in the area.
The extra bed is firm and not comfortable.

The room was so spacious and very clean. Very comfortable stay.

This place is a top choice in Seoul from an overall perspective: great location, easily accessible by subway & bus, in a neighbourhood that provides a full range of services & amenities such as affordable restaurants (both traditional food and international options are available), convenience stores, bars and shops. The hotel itself is very comfortable (big rooms, nice furnishings, very clean, great free breakfast), the staff are very welcoming and supportive and also provide free tours around the city which we strongly recommend as we got to see some of the local gems visited mostly by locals.
The place was great so nothing to complain about :)

location was excellent - less than 5 minute walk to sungshin women's university subway station
lots of food right downstairs, and a GS25 convenience store right around the corner
it's also easy to locate (big sign right outside)
our showers didn't have hot water the first night - called reception and it took about half an hour to be fixed. wasn't ideal since it was quite chilly outside and we couldn't really bathe in cold water :( it was fixed eventually but the water the next morning wasn't very hot either
4.2
loved the convenient location of the hotel, close to public transport and restaurants are just steps away.
entrance to the hotel is a bit tight

The buttons on the toilet 😆
Location was great, 2 mins walk to subway/ metro and the area downstairs is filled with korean restaurants, bars and convenience stores. The area is safe and filled with Uni students which brought a great fun vibe!
We loved Cheese waffle guy (shop called 2.5) next to Olive Young.
Bath tub is slippery but a good size.
One of the beds was too hard for our liking.

love everything about this property. staff are great, rooms were clean and spacious. water bottles were restocked everyday and the toiletries were a big plus ! The hotel has many restaurants and cafes nearby we didn’t have to go far. And it’a only 6 stops away to Myeondong by metro.
more variety for breakfast

Location is excellent - short walk from Seoul Subway (Sungshin Women's University, Exit 1), shopping, convenience stores, and food all nearby. Building seemed older but rooms were very nice and comfortable. Staff was very friendly, check-in and check-out was a breeze.
We asked for rooms near each other but the rooms ended up on separate floors. Room service neglected to replenish supplies but we were easily able to get more from the front desk. Only one elevator, which is on the smaller side.
