Smart and practical hotel, with really comfortable bed, and good space in the junior suite for an extended stay. Very he

I really enjoyed the comfort and size of the junior suite.

I didn’t love the breakfast. Choice of meal was small. Also, can’t be helped, but being so close to the hospital means hearing sirens (ambulance) all day and night.

Good located accommodation with friendly staff

It was close to a few sightseeings. So the location was quite good! The fact that they had a coin laundry room was also nice. The staff were friendly.

The sauna was not working or we weren’t able to use it, which was unfortunate, because we chose this hotel also because of their spa options. When we arrived in our room, towels were missing, so that we had to ask for them. When on the phone, they didn’t seem to understand that we didn’t have any towels at all, because they asked how many we needed additionally... The bed sheets on one bed were stained. All in all the cleanliness was okay, but not good. When we asked for water, since we didn’t receive any more water, the staff was hesitant and told us to check our fridge if there were new bottles (which there weren’t). We had to ask once again, if they could provide us two little bottles of water, which they then delivered to us. The communication was a little difficult, but all in all nice and friendly.

Breakfast was basic and available for an extra fee, so you might as well go out to the nice cafes, if you're paying anyway. There is a CU convenience store right beside it though, to compensate for the no-food available onsite.

That there was no restaurant onsite. There was an illy cafe but only coffee and pastries. The room service is only available until 3pm. We stayed in a suite where you can cook, but we don't understand why there was no plates and utensils on hand in the kitchen, you want to request for it. So the concept of having a kitchenette is lost.

Hyggelig og behjelpelig personalet, fint og rent hotell.

Hyggelig personalet, veldig behjelpelig. Stort og fint treningsrom. Lett tilgjengelig med kollektiv transport.

Hadde rom nærme heisen som bråkte litt om natten. Aircondition funket ikke. Restaurant var under ombygging så manglende room service.

Average hotel the saving grace of which is that it is centrally located

Location was central. Reception staff (a gentleman) was very helpful.

Room smelt of cigarettes, despite the no smoking policy. Rude guests.

it was indeed a pleasant stay

clean rooms accessible very friendly and accommodating staff; super helpful. They were all great! location is good; peaceful and quiet area food at the restaurant was good too overall, it was a very pleasant stay. i will definitely come back in the future

perhaps the coffee shop can extend its hours until evening the vendo machine only accepts credit card restaurant and room service have limited hours only

Below average hotel and stay .

There is nothing that I liked . Only staff is helpful .

Daily same boring breakfast . Very far from Center of city or happening places . Night time taxis also won’t come . Even if they come they charge a lot . No closets in room . Worst interiors of room. Laundry room shuts at 8pm. Restaurant in hotel closes at 4pm . Snail paced lifts . Don’t book if with family or kids .

궁 나들이 하기 좋은 호텔

서울이지만 너무 소란스럽지 않으면서도 창덕궁과 광화문쪽에 가기 편한곳을 찾았는데 아주 딱이었어요. 체크인도 빠르고 친절하게 해주시고 객실은 예상치도 못한 서울N타워와 롯데타워까지 보이는 방이어서 뭔가 더 여행기분도 나고 설레였습니다. 객실도 넓직하고 침대도 편해서 낮잠도 자고 밤에도 아주 푹 잘 잤습니다.

특별히 없습니다.

Modernes Hotel mit toller Lage und hauseigener Coffee-Bar

Sehr modernes Hotel, mit einer Caffee-Bar und Snackautomaten. Die Lage ist sehr gut und man kann Fußläufig zu einigen Attraktionen und Palästen gelangen. Sehr freundliches Personal, auch sehr bemüht beim Frühstück. Fitnessstudio voll eingerichtet und auf jeden Fall gut nutzbar, auch für mehrere Personen

Excellent value for money and quality and fantastic view from the top floor

- Amazing view, but a bit noisy from outside - Quiet and good soundproofing, you can't hear your neighbors - Cleanliness: cleaning and changing towels daily; - Convenient location: near attractions and close to the nearest metro station - Quiet and safe area, close to restaurants, cafes and University

- Very dirty windows that spoil the fantastic view - Poor breakfast, unacceptable for a 4 star hotel - No possibility of transfer from / to the airport - Strange and unpleasant smell in the room and hotel (smell of the old hospital)

Nice change of scenery but kinda far from Myungdong

Spacious suite with a door separating the bedroom from a sofa area. It was little farther from the main Myungdong area and subway so the location wasn’t most convenient for our family. But it was definitely a nice break from busy city scene as this hotel had a nice view of the mountain north of it. We got the corner suite with 3 large windows with a view of the mountain on one side.

I saw the sauna in the hotel website when I was deciding on this place. But when I got here, found out there’s a separate charge to use it I asked for an extra blanket and was told there’s a charge which I didn’t like

Exceptional

I loved my stay here! I will definitely be back. It was incredibly clean, comfortable and spacious. The room service was great, the food was delicious and the staff were so friendly and spoke English. The room was also equipped with great necessities and the view was so beautiful especially at sunrise/sunset.

The TV didn’t have a wide selection. It would have been nice if there was at least Netflix because even less rated hotels have that.
