An idyllic setting surrounded by lavender fields
A coffee making machine instead of two sachets of instant coffee would have been appreciated

Very friendly staff. I enjoyed the Michelin starred cuisine on two evenings. Because I did not want to eat the same menu twice they prepared a delicious vegetarian (not vegan!) menu the second everything which was also very good. I had a lovely room with all amenities of auch a fine place.
Secured parking behind a gate.

One of the best restaurants I’ve ever been in. The chef was absolutely fantastic and the food was out of this world; and I am not a gourmand
The size of the pool

Authentic provence landscape and mood. First-class kitchen, professional staff, local ingredients, family run business. Time just stops here.
Nothing.

Accommodation is not as the same standard as the restaurant and services, but still good.

This place is fantastic. From the greeting upon arrival to the Au Revoir on departure one cannot expect more.
The room was wonderful and large. The view of the vineyards and scrub brush ran for miles making it awe inspiring. The bathroom was large and modern.
Be forewarned that the experience is not cheap. The restaurant in the inn is a Michelin star restaurant with prices that would normally be found in any restaurant of the same quality, but not taking advantage of the restaurant would definitely detract from the experience.
Absolutely nothing.

The hotel obviously focuses and excels with their culinary skills. The hotel was nice and comfortable offering a delicious breakfast and convenient location to explore both city of Avignon and expansive surrounding wine country. One staff member (young gentleman) was very kind in assisting us with local restaurant reservations that we truly enjoyed.
All in all most staff were welcoming, but some were a bit lacking in their hospitality skills.

What a magnificent place. Fantastic to find a hotel/restaurant where quality is in every detail. We arrived late, but a table was immediately set up in the garden restaurant, and while the sun was setting over the wine fields, we were served a delicious - I think - seven course meal with different local wines. It was almost beyond imagination. First class service and attention to every detail. We will be back.
The room had aircon, but I could have used it a little cooler

The place is really lovely. The food was devine and the service was nice. Mr. Chenet even gave us a tour of the kitchen. The pool was refreshing and the location was just perfect, within the country side but not too far from Avignon. I would definitely stay again!
We were aware before going but the rooms are upstairs so someone with physical needs may have difficulties. The staff are really accommodating people however!
