La comodidad del cuarto, el estacionamiento, los accesorios como secadora, jabones.

Como tiene jardines amplios cerca de la habitación me ha tocado que otros huéspedes hacen convivencias hasta muy noche con ruidos que no permiten descansar muy bien.

Muy confortable, céntrico y con un espléndido servicio.

Siempre elegimos este hotel por el desayuno, uno de los mejores de Tuxtla Gutiérrez por su sazón y atención.

Nos sorprendió que la variedad de platillos del desayuno ha disminuido, como los sabores de los tamales, la variedad de pan dulce, bebidas y platillos regionales, como el cochito al horno.

The rooms are clean, making the overall atmosphere pleasant despite the mentioned inconveniences.

I stayed at this hotel and overall, it was a good experience. The location is fine, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. However, there were a couple of drawbacks. The room insulation is not great; you can hear loud noises like flushing from neighboring rooms. Additionally, the air conditioning/heater unit is right by the door, so it makes a loud noise whenever you enter the room because every time it's accidentally bumped into. The hotel is located near other restaurant, and in the evenings, you can hear music. On a positive note, the buffet breakfast had a wide variety with excellent traditional Mexican dishes. The restaurant is open to the public, so it's accessible for outsiders. Unfortunately, on our last day, there was a special event, and we couldn't find a table for breakfast. We had to scramble to another restaurant just before checking out to grab a meal and avoid going hungry at the airport. The restaurant is open for breakfast, brunch, and lunch, but unfortunately, there's no option for dinner or a relaxing evening with a glass of wine. The hotel grounds are quite spacious and well-maintained, with plenty of greenery.

I must highlight my dissatisfaction with the inadequate sound insulation in the rooms, making it possible to hear everything. Additionally, the fact that there was no available space for us in the restaurant on the last day was quite disappointing. We didn't receive any prior information about the possibility of limited breakfast access due to a local event, nor were we advised to arrive earlier.

No es la primera vez que me hospedo en este hotel , me gustó las habitaciones, limpias, cómodas y sobre todo la ubicación.

Solo como la vez anterior ,creo tienen que actualizar los equipos de aire acondicionado ya que hacen ruido en exceso, no en todas las habitaciones no se a que se deba

Estancia muy breve 1 día, buena experiencia en lo general, a excepción aire acondicionado, ruidoso.

El lugar tiene muchos jardines y auxilia en el clima caluroso de la ciudad y tienes piscinas chica varias, agradable permanecer tiene áreas techadas alrededor de esta. no hice uso del restaurante pero se aprecia muy agradable y tiene buffet en desayuno.

El Aire acondicionado es antiguo y muy ruidoso en la habitación que me asignaron. Por la temporada y como le da sombra en el día a la habitación y por ser invierno esta mas fresco, la verdad para poder dormir lo apague.

Très bon hôtel sans prendre en compte l’insonorisation

La douche était top. Belle surprise pour la chambre. Petit havre de paix dans une grande ville bruyante.

Malheureusement, courant au Mexique j’ai l’impression, l’insonorisation de la chambre inexistante. Passer une nuit en train d’entendre le voisin vomir sans cesse..

Our stay was enjoyable for adults and children. The hotel is very nice, and we would stay again.

The suites were large and furniture was comfortable. Rooms were clean. The breakfast was delicious. Parking was conveniently near rooms. Grounds were quite nice--tropical plants, and parrots flying overhead. The pools were small but refreshing.

The ladders to enter both pools were slippery and hard on the feet. The area around the pools, was paved in beautiful stone, but also slippery--we would recommend some type of anti-slip strips to prevent accidents. Location is on the west end of the city, making it somewhat distant from zoo, shopping, market, etc. in Tuxtla. It is located near the southern perimeter highway so major central city traffic is avoided if that is the traveler's wish. There are some restaurants and large malls in walking distance to hotel.

Good hotel for a fair price.

The personal was friendly and the location was good.

The airco is very loud and the shower and bed are tiny. The breakfast is expensive, I'd recommend to go to the "tu Mandarina en gajos" restaurant around the corner. Better quality for half of the money.
