Lovely staff and can't wait to go back. Deluxe ground floor room was very lovely

Pool area was great. Both pools nice and clean and kiddies pool had a bit of a sun shade. Breakfast had enough variety, with an egg station etc. Staff very friendly and most helpful. Pool Bar staff were fun to chat to. Great location to beach. Resort looks just like what is in the photos. A little quiet oasis in busy Kuta.

Had a bad start with the room , not what we booked and then some nasty bugs. However, staff were very quick to fix the problem and changed rooms for us.

The breakfast was good. Could have a little bit more variety with your hot foods.

The rooms were a little bit dark, needs more lighting and maybe paint the walls a little bit to freshen up

Very uncomfortable rooms, AC IS IN THE WORST LOCATION ABOVE MAIN ENTRANCE AND A WALL blocking the Bed... To many people in resort for everything but of no use...

Room was very clean. Staff were amazing. Location is why we booked this accommodation. Central to everything in Kuta.

I wish there was a couch in the room. After a long day of walking around, I wish there was a couch to sit on and watch TV.

Relaxing and comfortable stay

Great location, friendly staff, great pool area with a separate kids pool to the swim up bar, rooms are clean and well looked after. We stayed in a bungalow so it was big and comfortable.

Limited sun lounges around the pool when hotel is full.

Balinese style property, lovely gardens well maintained. Hundreds of frangipani flowers being swept up each day!! Service was great in restaurant and at pool. Reception staff did not rest until my dress was found it went missing from laundry. Great location for shops, beach and pubs.

very handy location, I was staying for half a day for a flight. Staff helped with everything I needed and ordered a transfer for me also. this place is good value for money.

Good for a couple of days

-staff was really nice and helpful -quiet hotel in a very good location -everything was so close (supermarket , beach , restaurants etc.

-room is a bit dark -the wifi was so slow -the bed was a bit loud

Clean and spacious room. Friendly staffs. Near to shops, cafes and Kuta Beach. Beautiful gardens, good breakfast, peaceful quiet place in an otherwise busy and hectic kuta town.
