Everything. The location was near to an excellent beach. Lots of sunbeds and umbrellas were present for 20€/day. Little pebbles present, water shoes would be good.
The room was very comfortable for a family of four. Good beds, pillows, blankets, towels, and toiletries were all provided in abundance. Kitchenette was provided, too. If you want to cook, just have to buy everything yourself.
A.C. was great. There was a balcony too sit and dry your clothes. No oven, microwave, or washer.
Breakfast is included in the price, and it's delicious plus different every day. There's an option of eating lunch and dinner too, as they cook local cuisine every day and night. On our last day, there was a traditional Greek dinner and dance party. There are no words for how good it was. The owner taught us dance steps, and guests joined her.

Faliraki is a happening place, so there's plenty to do and eat nearby.
If possible, visit Rhodes old Town, there's a good bus service( takes 35-40 minutes , taxi 25 euros from hotel). At least allocate two hours there, as there is a good amount of walking in the town.
The Wifi was not working properly.
The kitchen area was small .
Water pressure is very low during the high season. For example, in the evening, when everyone comes back, there was hardly an opportunity to shower.

The place was very nice and the rooms were very clean. Cleaning was
every day. The price included a good breakfast with Greek specialities. The accommodation was a perfect value for money.
The staff was excellent. Anna & the team made everything that we were feeling comfortable. Definitely worth for trying.

What can i add to all those positive reviews which are already there :D
The appartement is really well done and kept. For the price we paid we could not expect more: rooms cleaned every day, breakfast when everyone could choose something, different dessert every morning, greek dancing nights (so much fun!!!) and 1 min walk to the beach.
And if you plan to rent a car - rent it from Anna directly, you will not regret it!
Big thank you dear Anna and Melina (and all others) for the work you do. It brings people together and makes it super difficult to leave the island!
Wifi was a bit weak but it is holiday time - no need to stay in front of the screen :))

Everything was perfect, Ana & Melina and other hosts were amazing, these Greek evenings were superb, I have never eaten so delicious moussaka before!!! Perfect stay, perfect rooms, will come back definitely!!!

We had a wonderful stay at Anelia! Our suite was big and beautiful furnished with my favorite colors and had such a beautiful view from the balcony! Ana und Melina were wonderful smiling hosts and were there to help, without being intrusive. They had such a heartfelt manner and made us feel comfortable and like friends, although we were just there for 2 nights! The breakfast had everything one could want and more! Many homemade good tasting greek dishes. I have such a sweet tooth and was happy about the sweet treat after breakfast...all of it was so delicious!
We usually rent Airbnb's and no hotels, because we like to do our own stuff at our own schedule and have it quiet. But after reading all the great reviews, I thought, let's try it and we didn't regret it at all! It is a small hotel and wasn't too busy while we were there and so I was positively surprised, that they even had the Greek evening with buffett and Sirtaki dancing for just a couple of us guests. That shows how nice and customer oriented Ana and Melina are!
Also we liked that the beach was just around the corner, where we went to the right, that is the quiet corner with the view of the cute little chapel! The whole experience was perfect and if we will be in the area again, we will stay definetly here again!

Anna and her team are AMAZING! They made our stay unique. Everybody is superfriendly, the breakfast is amazing and it is only 2min to the beach. We loved it at Anelias. We recommend to arrange the rental car via Anna/Anelia. Many thanks for making our holdiday unique!

Absolutely amazing place to stay at during a holiday in Faliraki. Our host Anna and everyone we’ve had the pleasure to meet during our stay made us feel truly at home - so hospitable, sweet and cheerful people! The room was clean and comfy, with a large balcony. The breakfast buffet was very enjoyable, with a plenty of yummy food to choose from. The location is also perfect - just two or three minutes from a nice sandy beach. We would definitely choose Anelia apartments for our next Rhodes vacation again :)

Anna, Melina and all of the other women made our stay perfect! They are really nice and friendly, are eager to talk to you and give tips. Anna also offers Car rental (and airport shuttle). They host a BBQ night on Saturday and Greek night on Wednesday! They cooked delicious and learned us some Greek dances 😊✨

shower curtains are outdated, they should maybe switch to shower doors sooner or later because everytime you take a shower the bathroom is totally flooded…

Was the best place where I stayed in Greece. The sea is visible from the apartment. The host is a very nice lady ho made a greek evening - she teach us to dance. We hade free dinner. Everything was grade!

As travelers who have already traveled around the world and met different people, we agreed that you are absolutely wonderful people, kind, extremely helpful and pleasant women who made sure that we had a truly unforgettable holiday. I dare to say that I have never seen such an attitude and love with which you do your work. Unfortunately, you've raised the bar for us and I'm afraid we won't get along anywhere as well as with you! We chose this accommodation mainly because of your reviews and we didn't really understand what it is that you have so many great reviews! And we were suspicious! But 10 out of 10 is really not enough for you! You're great! If you are going to Rhodes, you will definitely not find better accommodation!!! Amazing. I'm sad, thank you so much for everything! You entered our hearts.

Nice location near the beach and the city center.
The staff were all quite friendly, very welcoming especially since we had a bad experience with the hotel before them. They tried to be as helpful as possible to make our stay better.

Anna is the best host ever! This is the 2nd time we visited Rhodes and Faliraki; and in the last 7 years; she exceeded any expectation again! The location is perfect; rooms are exceptionally clean( which is extremely critical since we travelled with a 4- year old) Breakfast is delicious and we were served with a new homemade sweet pie every single day after breakfast. And she also organizes barbeque for the whole hotel once/twice a week where everybody in the hotel gets acquinted and she also teaches sirtaki ;) It will be our only choice to stay when we go to rhodes next year hopefully.

The owner lady and the staff members were all amazing, breakfast was a wide selection and very tasty, everything is homemade by the chef lady using local food.

The beach is very close by, 1 min walking. Buffet breakfast very rich and nice. The staff are very welcoming with an enjoyable family atmosphere. The Wednesday warm up Greek dinner and dances is unmissable! Everything was perfect!!! Thank you Anna, Elia and all the staff there.

Very friendly and helpful hosts and all the staff. All advises in regards what to visit and where to eat were 10 out of 10. Whatever we asked for was completed within seconds - transfers from and to the airport, car rental, last min lunch/dinner requests. Very reasonable prices in the bar. We were even allowed to stay all day in the room as our flight was late - really grateful for this.
Wednesday and Saturday Greek nights where Anna cooks traditional food and shows Greek dances - not to miss! Thank you so much for my Birthday party!

Location - if you want to avoid the main street noise, but wake up hearing birds singing, enjoy your evenings in a private garden, be just 1min away from the beach, local shops and at the same time only 5 min walk to the nightlife - this place is definitely for you! 10 out of 10!

Beautiful family run and family friendly apartments. Very nice rooms with everything needed. Very close to the beach. Great location in general as not too far from Faliraki centre and convenience store. The breakfast had everything. Nothing was too much for the staff. The car rental and airport transfer adds convenience as no need to search for it, Anna gave us a guide how to travel island in three days. There was an option to order dinner with drinks every day. We were served very delicious meals every night. Just a wonderful stay, definitely would go back and recommend to others.

That’s what I call a felicitous short stay thanks to a motivated, friendly and very obliging staff! Although I booked the smallest room I was upgraded into one of the family apartments on the top floor as the establishment was not yet fully booked! Everything was in good condition and functional. And as I had to leave very early on the last morning I was even given some sandwiches and a bottle of juice for breakfast on the evening before!

The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were very clean and comfortable, breakfast was faultless, and the hosts were incredibly kind and helpful. They also helped me rent a car for only €18, allowing me to explore the whole island. After every breakfast I was brought extra homemade dessert and smoothies for me to try - which were always delicious! I had an awful experience with an Airbnb the night before, and despite booking very last minute I was even allowed to check in early. I couldn't recommend Anelia Boutique Studios & Apartments more if I tried, it was genuinely difficult to leave!

So glad we stayed here! It was a unique experience and so much fun meeting all the lovely staff members. We had awesome breakfast every day, dance sessions and deep conversations. Its like staying with family. Highly recommend spending your holiday here. We miss you!
The balcony doors should be more sound proof. My only problem was loud motorbikes and cars driving to the beach at night...

Breakfast is excellent, plentiful, with a wide selection and quality of ingredients, hot and cold dishes, homemade cakes.
Comfortable terrace for meals, the cleanliness is perfect, strict application of Covid standards (face mask and gloves mandatory at self-service tables, gloves provided by Anelia to all guests every meals).
The accommodation is located in a quiet part of Faliraki, but everything can be reached on foot quickly (shops, restaurants). The beach is very close, 1 minute walk.
The rooms were cleaned every day, very carefully. The hosts helped with any questions (car rental, information about the island, transfer to the airport). Everything was really perfect!
We had nothing problem, we had a great time!

Anna’s and her colleagues’ hospitality was absolutely wonderful! The sea is 2 min walk from the hotel. Renting a car is so hassle free through Anna and it is delivered right to the hotel. You get free transfer from to the airport if you rent a car for more than 3 days.

We loved our stay here. The place is beautiful and breakfast is amazing. What really sets the place apart are the people that work there. They are absolutely lovely! We loved the owner Anna and also Agnes and Effie and Melina! We stayed a week and it was not long enough. Every Wednesday and Saturday Anna and Agnes put on a lovely Greek Dinner and we all learned to dance. It was so fun. In addition Anna runs a car rental and will include Airport Shuttle to and from the property when you rent a car for 3 or more days. The property is next to a beautiful beach with clear water and beautiful sand. It is the perfect sand for sand sculptures and we enjoyed making these and going along the beach to enjoy other people's sand creations. A small walk north and you find numerous water sports and boat tours. A small walk south and you find an even quieter part of the beach. There was something for everyone in my family to enjoy.
