The staff made our stay at the property great

Excellent service, flexibility, nice breakfast, hood location.

A bit obsolete, needs some improvements, not all rooms have opening windows, also the air conditioning a bit noisy and hard to control.

Für einen Kurztrip kann man hier nichts falsch machen. Preis-Leistung sehr gut.

Gutes und umfangreiches Standardfrühstück dieser Hotelklassifikation, Gratis Willkommendrink, Gratis gekühltes Wasser auf den Zimmerfluren, äußerst hiflsbereites Personal

Einige Fahrzeuge nutzen aus welchen Gründen auch immer nicht die Tiefgarage des Hotels und blockieren die kleine Außengastronomie und Ausgänge vom Restaurant; sehr unschön dann dort z.B. zu frühstücken

O experienta placuta

Personal amabil. Micul dejun variat, la solicitarea noastra ne-au adus paine fara gluten. Barul deschis non-stop, poti cumpara diverse bauturi si snacksuri la orice ora. Pentru scurta noastra sedere, a fost perfect.

Short and cosy stay at Hilton Cluj

The hotel is nice and has clean and comfy rooms., 15 minutes drive for the airport. The staff is lovely, especially Ionela and Laurentiu, tried their best to accommodate all our needs.

We wanted to have dinner but the restaurant has a very poor selection of foods, no room service, also breakfast didn’t have much variety. I would recommend improving in this area.

Súper bien!!

El personal fue muy agradable. La habitación familiar muy amplia. Nos pusieron una cuna para el bebé. Todo genial. Tiene parking, súper cómodo. El desayuno buffet bueno. Para repetir. Recomendable!!!

Está todo muy bien. Por decir algo malo, la ubicación no tiene nada para ver, pero el centro está muy cerca.

In centru, mic dejun bun, personal amabil,curat, cosmetice de calitate in baie.

Am avut loc de parcare, dar nu se asigura pentru toti cei cazati, ma asteptam sa fie mai mare camera, conform descrierii.

Very nice place near the center of Cluj-Napoca.

Breakfast was really good. Room was clean and tidy. The staff was perfect, very kind and helpful.

Sometimes the company policies make the room booking more difficult.

Great value for money

Very comfortable room. Good breakfast with lots of choice. We had a very late check in - 03.00 hrs. We were expected and speedily checked in. 12.00 hrs standard check out was fine.

Big, clean room, safe parking, fabulous breakfast, kind personnel.

Minor things: only 2 large towels and glasses in a room booked for 3 people, no streaming or external USB on the big new TV.

Not coming back again

Location is good view not bad .. friendly staff .. breakfast for the first two days was good and then it got bad ..

The air conditioning was not working properly and i asked the staff to fix and they did nothing about it .. plus i asked them to change the bed sheets when they cleaned the room because i stayed there for 3 night and again they did not … breaking fasts was not good as well in the last days ..

Hotel foarte curat, baia fara mirosuri suspecte, foarte curata, camera la fel, liniste (bine izolat). La fiecare nivel si la recepție este cate un aparat de apa cu utilizare gratuita. Micul dejun este foarte variat si consistent.

Micul dejun a fost bogat si variat, camera spatioasa, cu vedere frumoasa (etajul 7). Baia mare si curata, patul mare si confortabil. Nimic de reprosat.

Intrarea in parcare nu este foarte bine marcata, am ratat-o de prima data si, fiind sens unic, a trebuit sa mai dau o tura.

Sejurul meu a fost scurt , am revenit in oras insa la alt hotel.

Da , micul dejun a fost fabulos. Nota 1.00 Ca si lu Nadia.Dar sa fiu mai clar nota 10 cu steluta si personalu de dimineata excelent si foarte amabil.

Televizorul di camera a trebuit sa-l inlocuiasca cu unu din alta camera atunci pe loc , cand noi veneam de departe si numa asta ne-o lipsit, sa ne rugam de staful de seara sa ne aduca unul functionabil.

Hampton-Hilton - sejurul perfect!

Locație excelentă foarte aproape de centru, staff-ul hotelului foarte bine pegatit(atent la detalii aparent minore)- raspunde prompt la orice solicitare, existenta parcări ext/demisol, micul dejun excelent.

Run away and don't stay here! Avoid at any cost! Mark my word!

There is nothing good and I would defeinitely not recommend this hotel to anyone. Use it on your own risk, or book it just as "tranzit hotel" though there are so many "tranzit hotels" where we stayed that were so much more than this hotel. Our stay was awful

Under my bed there was a pair of socks so the cleaning was not done properly. The hotel's breakfast area is too small, there were no free tables to have breakfast, when we found a table after 15 minutes, we just waited in a queue to receive a plate, then another queue to get some fork and knife, just to find out afterwards that there was no food left on any counter. No glasses, no juice, no nothing. Thank you Hampton for treating us worse than in any public canteen. This is outrageous, not to mention that in the parking there were not enough spots, and some cars were left on the main acces making it impossible for everyone else to maneuver and get in or out. This is shameful
