Buena ubicación y cubre las necesidades básicas para pasar unos días

Buena ubicación, a 45 min andando del Big Ben, un buen apartamento para hacer turismo que cubre las necesidades básicas suficientes para pasar unos días.

Es un espacio pequeño y que no tiene ascensor, además el edificio está diseñado para retener el calor y en verano se concentraba mucho calor en la habitación.

Ground floor room could hear the trains very well. Small studios but sufficient

Overnight stay in London to see friends. Very convenient room. Check in was efficient

Handing back keys at checkout was difficult so had to hand to cleaning staff

Close to the tube stations. Pub just by the hotel. Plenty of shops within walking distance. The bed was comfortable.

budget friendly and central

it was super central to anything you want to see, the rooms were clean but small and budget friendly, the heater was broken out first night but the guy working on the reception counter was so friendly and helpful(great customer service) he moved our room for the next night to a nicer room with heating at no extra cost I would recommend

the heater didn’t work but the staff were accomodating

ongoing construction work euston station - siffering bed during the night, icould not sleep at all and left the apartment there was no opportunity to get another stidio at this place. the staff member as helpful, however, the "cellar studio" (downstairs) included mould - do not take a room or studio there! (a foto will be following - no view, mouldy wall, called "souterrain" - however, cellar ...)

tiny room in the basement, hair on towels and bedsheets, spiders, you could hear the trains or metros very clearly, walls paper thin, no room to even sit on the toilet

Was given an economy room which was more like a broom cupboard- I needed an accessible room which is non existent I wouldn’t recommend this place - avoid at every cost

the location in general was great but everything else was mediocre at best, not worth the money we paid for it at all

i guess the kitchen worked fine, but other than that, everything was disappointing

location changed, type of room changed, floor changed, there were pieces of hair on the towels and in the bed as well as in the shower, the room was aesthetically very disappointing (dirty-looking bed, armchair and floor etc), and the toilet brush was in a disgusting condition, the check-in was unhelpful, we had to go to the reception to ask for more tp (we only got 1 and we had to use it also as a teatowel)

In overall we are happy!

Location is good very close to bus and train stations. Room is clean and all facilities are ready.

Room is very small but no problem cz we knew it when making the booking. Our room was on 3rd floor it's hard to carry big luggage using stairs.

This is a review of Cartwright Gardens (booking moved)

Friendly receptionist; plenty of hot water; luggage store

Didn't have kitchenette as expected - had patio instead. Did have sink, microwave, fridge in a cupboard but had to use kettle on floor, plugging kettle into sockets under tv. Only other sockets were behind bed. Bed very boucy, didn't dare move! Very noisy bathroom extractor fan. Note this is review of Cartwright Gardens as we were moved from North Gower due to staff shortage. Room wasn't like for like.
