Customer service is at a deplorable level in this hotel.
I was physically injured in the hotel spa after receiving a massage. I would urge you to reconsider any spa treatments you have or intend to book as the injury I suffered completely crippled me and obliterated my future travel plans.
They chose to deny what happened. The email received by the manager of “deSPA” was utterly disgusting, they expressed no compassion and claimed no responsibility.
Within a half hour of getting the massage, my back seized up. I was unable to walk.
I contacted reception straight away and they initially did not send help. I had to outsource a doctor from outside the hotel. I ended up in hospital on an IV drip for the excruciating pain I was in.
3 weeks on I am still in pain, receiving medical attention and waiting for an MRI scan to see the extent of the damage to my back.
This holiday of a lifetime literally turned into a nightmare. I missed my trip to Australia and therefore I am thousands of euro out of pocket and still suffering due to the injury caused in the spa in this hotel.
AVOID this hotel and Spa at all costs.

Large garden. Area Nusa dua. Nice photo in internet.
Bedroom were crowded. No place for 2 big Luggage. Just mini place for hangers. Sink /lavatory near the bed. The lay out of bathroom , WC, and sink were discomfort. Toilet door and bathroom door were cross to each others. Strange designed. Shower were broken. No towels ready, mini Terrace. Mini Bed room only 3 m wide.

Room is clean and comfortable
Breakfast to be upgraded with variety of foods include some Indian food for the benefit of Indian travellers

The location was great, it is close to the beach and supermarket. The staff is pretty friendly. The breakfast was not bad. Also, there is a suitable road on the hotel territory to practice riding a motorbike
The sink in the room is too close to the bed. It would be better if it were in a separate room. Unfortunately, if you go to the toilet when someone sleeps, you will bother them because of the noise. The glass door in the toilet room makes you feel uncomfortable because your silhouette is partially seen from the room.

Pool was quite nice and it was good to have a gym for a few days. The shuttle bus to the beach was helpful.
Hotel was in need of maintenance. Rooms are extremely small and tight. AC was always freezing and unable to be controlled or temp raised. Rooms were always damp and smelly. Staff were friendly however English was quite poor in comparison to most hotels/villas in Bali. Food was expensive for Bali standards. We waited over 1hr for our kids pizza to be cooked. The decking in the pool are was lifting and causing a trip hazard. There was bottled water in the rooms however it required a bottle opener which was nowhere to be seen. There were marks on the tables where previous guests had opened them. The bathroom was extremely tight and small. Beds were largely uncomfortable. It was quite expensive on a per night basis.
